This company truly cares about its customers. We had two of the products that were lost due to a pretty crummy situation. I emailed customer service explaining what happened and didnt expect to even get a reply, but to my surprise I did. Not only did they respond, they told me not to worry and asked for my address so they could send out a care package. Less than a week later and the package came. I truly am grateful, and just amazed at just how human this company is. I feel like they listened to me and they really responded with feelings in a personable way. Now a days, companies kind of have automatically generated responses to questions and comments and there isnt any real feeling behind it. You kind of just feel like a number and its really awesome that this company makes you feel like a person and appreciates you as a customer. Also on the products, we have the skylite and the light that plugs into a USB port and both are just captivating. Theyre easy to use, theyre sturdy, beautiful, and just well made. My son loves them and we love them, theyre just honestly calming and help you relax. I really cant say enough about this company and its products, if I could give ten stars I would. Thank you Bliss Lights for having an old school approach to business with a new school spin.

This is the second time I have ordered products from this company and they have sent me incompatible accessories. Trying to get through to Customer Service is nearly impossible. I ordered a new transformer and 2 stake extensions for my Compact Spright light and LED light by speaking directly to an agent in order to be sure to order the correct items. I paid shipping and waited 9 days for my order to arrive from CA. Only to discover, they sent me a refurbished NOT new transformer and stake extenders that will never fit my LED light. The stake extenders cost $25. plus shipping. I have called, left voice messages and sent emails. NO RESPONSE. This light is only used at Christmas time which is fast approaching. UPDATE: Finally, someone answered the phone. The LED light has been discontinued and is not supported. The stake extender fits the Spright light but will not fit the LED light. The resolution was to keep one stake and return the other for a refund. A postage paid shipping label was provided by BlissLights. I immediately dropped the package off at UPS. It will take about 2 weeks to get the refund. I hope it happens as promised because it is next to impossible to get a response from this company.12/3/19 UPDATEI NEVER received the refund I was promised. Phone calls and emails to the company went unanswered. Will NEVER deal with Bliss Lights again!1/27/21 UPDATE Out of the blue, I received the below response from Bliss Lights today. Bliss Lights, if your desire is to make things right, send me the refund for which I have been waiting. In addition, the light appears to be much dimmer now. Mind you, the Sprite light is only used outside at Christmas time. The light is on for about a month each year and stored in the house when not in use. Is that to be expected? I would love to close the chapter on this, so please contact me. Thank you!

I purchased the bliss firefly light, in green, from QVC, about three years ago. I have no complaints about the light. Recently it wouldnt work and I noted that the wire going into the timer was broken. I called customer service, who were very helpful and pleasant and managed to get a new timer sent out to me for a minimal cost. I changed the timer and my bliss light is as good as new. I get more compliments on this light I have no complaints with this company, Their product, or their customer service and would definitely buy another. I do have the one with the metal housing and stake. I had purchased one that was made of plastic and it didnt hold up well in the New England weather. It froze in the ground and the stake broke. QVC gave me a refund.

Horrible customer service. It doesnt exist, there is no warranty with this company. They simply ignore you until you go away. I spent alot of money on their product which after 9 months stopped working. Avoid this company at all costs.
