We were shopping for a new home in Oceanside area and ended up stopping at this store. It was a pleasure working with Stephan and his team who help us pick up the new chandelier. The store has nice stuff much better than shopping online! Will come back for more.

I am absolutely amazed at the quality of this Lamps Plus, the respect and great service the staff shows, and the wonderful catalogue of lighting available. During my visit here, I came to buy some new bulbs but talking to the manager Pal, he was showing me how they also provide furniture as well! I decided to buy a chair for my apartment on my way out as well because Pal sold me on it! The extreme friendliness and kindness Pal had shown me is what drove me here to write this review. Staff worked well together. I bought sime lamps offline but they didnt work out. They made exchange easy and helped me find a new better lamp.

A lamp we purchased a while back started blinking so we took it back. They made a good effort to fix it, couldnt, and gave us a nice discount on a replacement. Well keep going back because of their integrity, great selection and knowledgable staff.

Huge shout out to Jennifer. My lamp shade broke On the lamp that I bought here spaceand I couldn’t find a new lamp shade online for it. I was finally in the area and was able to swing in. She looked at my name and found when I purchased it then we went and looked at the model, I remember that the on off switch stopped working as well and she told me that I could warranty it out. They just so happen to have one in stock pulled it through my name on it and I went home and brought back my damaged lamp in the next day. I was so surprised that they replaced my damage lamp and it completely made my day. Not to mention Jennifer was very personable, caring and had great customer service. I will definitely be back for more lighting and a fan or two!

We have been so happy with Lamps Plus - Oceanside. Normally we are Costco-Home Depot-Lowes for lighting but... eh. NOTHING special there. We popped into Lamps Plus and there is soooo much to look at. We thought it would be super $$$ and its not. There is alot of variety in all price ranges. We got great service and attention from Gary. Highly recommend! He has a good eye and helped us with design advice. He even printed out info on things we were just THINKING about... in case we wanted to order. Then when we did, it was so easy to do on the phone instead of coming back in. Excellent, helpful sales person. We are so pleased with our choices.

Stopped in at 5 pm on a Thursday to try and find an odd, small picture frame fixture light bulb. Shocked to see a line in front of the store to get in...no problem, that was for the neighboring Trader Joes,lol.As I walked in the 3 women sales associates quickly pegged me to be not the guy looking to remodel the lighting fixtures throughout the house.They directed me to the guy in the back who handled the specialty bulbs.Glad they did. Sales Associate # 007( RIP Sean Connery)285 was the kinda guy that provides 110% service.Knew his product. Idbrought in the burnt out one. Thats a T-10; would you like frosted or clear? Let me show you the difference . Screwed them both into empty sockets he had set up to give customers a real life comparison. That specialty bulb section was his domain. Courteous, prompt, and polite. They have a great employee in # 007285.Unfortunately their Customer Service Satisfaction Survey sucks cuz I couldnt get it to open after 3 trys.Glad this Google survey gave me a venue to express the good experience that I had there.Btw,Trader Joes aint worth a 20 minute wait IMHO.And I grew up in Pasadena going to the original one on Arroyo Seco Blvd back in the 70s

We went into our Oceanside store to see if we could find blades for a fan we bought about 12 years ago, not expecting to find any. Christy Doeren researched several areas and found them at the Chatsworth store. Her willingness to go above and beyond was amazing. An online order that we received in January 2018 was kept in storage unopened until our new home was completed at the end of May. The end table was damaged and we were afraid that because it was past the 30 day return policy we were out of luck. After speaking to the associate on the phone, he said to bring the table in and they would be happy to replace it. They were WONDERFUL.

Lamps Plus in Oceanside is my go to source for lighting for both my personal needs as well as for my business clients. They have an incredible inventory of lighting products and if they do not have what you want they can get it for you. I have had several lamps custom modified to suit the needs. Every order is correct and delivery times have always been honored The staff is helpful and pleasant however the real gem of the store is the owner, Pal. What a genuinely nice guy. He creates a welcoming presence and is extremely helpful, he goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this store to everyone looking for any type of lighting!

This company is terrible. The employees are too busy on the phone to help shoppers in the store, the manager is either never there or not available, they’re constantly changing prices on everything and their price match policy conveniently never applies to your purchase, they’re understaffed so even if you do get help the person helping is involved in 5 other things so you never get real help, and everyone there is obviously unhappy ! Total mess, feel sorry for anyone working there really.

Expensive but good selection. Cant buy online some of the bulbs for lamps they sell in the store. Wasted a lot of time chatting with online assistant before driving to the store. Courteous and knowledgable staff in the store.

I came in just before closing time. Three ladies there helped me get everything I needed, lead by Michele Whitaker, the Lighting Consultant, who went out of her way in providing expert advice and friendly assistance. The customer service provided by this staff was exceptional.

Lamps Plus has something for everyones taste and budget. You wont wonder around for very long before you find something you like, service is very good but and their sales are even better!

Completely understaffed. The two people I saw were helping others while it was three deep at the unattended counter. I looked around on my own and would have bought 3 post lamps I saw on their website but why wait. I found them on Amazon for the same price.Just to support a brink and mortor store, I may still order from them if in stock but will not wait again for someone to man the counter.Get your sh... together LP.

I like the 2 year in store Warranty. Ask about special orders and price matching. I got 85+ Cree LED lights for my Church building and exchanged 3 bad ones.
