Cant really say good or bad no one was around. I had called before I went to the garage after setting up appointment and when I arrived it was closed.I hung around over 30 min no one showed, I called several times no one answered the phone and no answering machine. According to the shops hours it should have been open, totally waisted my time.
Ive been meaning to write this for two years! I wanted to put apes on my bike. Terry gave me a quote to do it, soup to nuts. I decided to do it myself so I could learn more about the bike. Read books, looked at videos, and started. . . and was soon in way over my head. I had to eventually call Terry, who sent his guy to pick up my bike, which at this point had no handlebars, brake cables, accelerator cables, etc. Everything just taken apart in a box. It was a mess, I was a fool. Terry fixed everything for me, and did a great job. And lets be honest, he had me by the balls. I couldnt fix the problem I created. In the end, though, he still charged me the original price he had quoted me. Terry is trustworthy and a good man. He gives me advice, tells me how it is, and with his experience and know how, I always listen to him. Thanks Terry!
Excellent service
Terry is always honest. Never have to worry about upsell.
I had a problem with my 2016 street bob. I brought it to a couple of different places and then my friend mikey Riely recommended, Terry at south shore cycles. I had a computer issue with my tuner on my bike. My bike was popping on acceleration and nobody could figure it out. It took terry a week to figure it out and he tuned my bike on my original stock computer. My bike now runs so much better it is unbelievable how good the bike is running now. I highly recommend.
Honest fair and quality work.
They are too much money and they dont do good repair very very unhappy dont ever use them again
He charge me a $300 storage fee 4 days after my bike was done when I told him I would pick up the bike days later even though I had to get the bike that Wed. However I had the flu and when I picked the bike up one of my friends rode it to my house because I was still sick. When I brought the bike home end of March 2019 I began to find things that werent right with the bike. I first rode the bike in April 2019 and by them found multiple things wrong with the bike that I had to fix1) My right powder coated fork dust cover which I had powder coated 2 years earlier was all chipped up and he painted the areas that were chipped instead of fixing the issue and powder coating it. The reason he even touched it was because he had to re-adjust my racetech gold emulators and fork springs2) He used duct tape to tape the wires coming from my swing arm mounted license plate bracket. The wires were going to my battery but instead of zip tying them to the swing arm he used duct tape which came off after 1 ride and I could have run over the wire3) The screws from my top clamp on my hardcase performance risers have 12 bolts that clamp down to the risers. 3 of the bolts were so loose they were above the clamp. The rest were loose enough that i could loosen them with my fingers4) My risers were loose at the bottom where they mount to the triple trees5) My hand controls were loose and the start and off switch housing bolt was so loose I could remove with my fingers6) My primary that he had powder coated was leaking because he didnt sand down the lip which had some powder coating7) My derby cover didnt have a gasket and i found this out because I installed a AIM variable clutch pressure plate8) I didnt have a gasket on my shifter shaft and found this out when I removed the leaky primary9) my foot pegs were mounted crooked. He didnt straighten them so I had to lift my entire foot to hit the rear brake because of the angle.10) tires were never inflated properly11) PM hand grips almost slid off because set screws were never tightened. The guy is a hack. Dont use him
