Great place to get costume and party supplies. Good variety of items. Also some nice seasonal things for your home. Kids love going in there and looking at all the fun stuff.

Party City is really awesome! Ive gotten so many fun ideas and decorations from here for parties and events. I was kind of bummed the last two times I went they were out of helium so I wasnt able to do my balloon decorations with them. Overall Party City is very organized and clean and the customer service is always decent.

Went there to buy some solar string lights but they didnt have any. But the nice sales guy, I believe his name was Joseph was happy to help me and took me to the lights that they had on sale which happened to be Halloween lights. He even showed the samples of them. Very nice and helpful.

This location was going out of business and had shipped out most of their items... So something you needed that was left that was great but if not it was a waste of time and most of the things were marked down that much anyways

Nice selection and friendly staff. They have items, like CDS and DVDS, you would not expect to see. Large bows, too. Except for main food items, they stock tons of party and wedding items. Its worth the trip, just to start planning for your next event.

We came in first and baby shower stuff. We found everything we were looking for. Theres not a huge selection but they do have everything you would need. They do however have 10 million costumes. So thats the place to go.

Maybe it was just the time of day I stopped by but the store was a horrible mess with empty boxes and new product lining every single aisle. I asked for help and all I got was eh, it might be on that aisle as they pointed in the direction of where the item should be. I learned on my own that many items were out of stock and there were two other people searching the same section, looking for the same product. So many empty shelves yet every single aisle was packed with boxes, stacked high, clogging up every aisle so I had to take turns with the two other customers so we could all have a chance to search through the half empty birthday decoration section. I improvised and ended up purchasing every single letter individually to make my own birthday balloon banner, which was unfortunate due to how much more it cost me and how much longer it took me to put together. I plan to avoid this store and either shop online next time or travel further for a better store.

Party City has a little bit of everything. This Oceanside location was really busy and under staffed so getting help to get something down from above was a long wait as was the check out line. It wasnt the tidiest either. It kind of looked like maybe they were changing inventory; the shelves were not well stocked and some isles were cluttered. Over the last couple months we have made multiple stops and purchases of bridal shower, wedding, and reception decorations as well as buffet items. I find their prices a little higher than some other places but theyre pretty much a one stop shop and you pay for convenience. I did find a super bargain on a box of beautiful linen wedding invitation jackets, lined envelopes, and RSVP cards - 100 for $2.50 - - - SCORE!

My cashier, tatiana was so kind and she was nothing but happy to help me! she made the whole experience there so much better!

Cant really give a good review, theyre always doing a good job, but in the middle of the holiday change. Not their fault..but theyre working hard..I always use their service..

My mom and i spent a whole hour in FRONT of the balloon line for just 7 regular balloons. the manager was oblivious to fiasco and said absolutely nothing. there were so many people who came in who had called ahead and STILL had to wait a while. i recommend going here the day before your party bc you will not start on time. several customers were complaining around us too so it wasn’t just us. there were only 3 workers and one of them said it was only her third day. one customer actually said something to the manager but she did nothing and the guy working next to her went and did it. i was going to give 3 stars bc i don’t think one bad day should affect their overall view but it was a one star experience. to think i applied to work here TWICE. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I went in once and a lot of their shelves were empty so they didn’t have what I needed. They had many boxes around and with the small store, there wasn’t a lot of room to walk around them.

Up to 90% off of everything... Employee said store closing in August...go get what u can...w/o savings I would of spent almost $400 w/ discounts I only spent $160!!!!

I went here to purchase parry item. I had photo copies of the same items that were on the website for a lower price and they would not honor it. I was told they dont price match their own inventory, even with the proper sku. Very disappointing. I will not purchase here again, I couldve saved around 60.00 for the same items I purchased.

Crowded store with employees who dont know the merchandise and get simple balloon orders wrong. Lots of stuff if you are willing to spend the time searching through it all.

Carts of merchandise all through the aisles. They are setting Halloween right now but its a complete mess with carts blocking the aisles. They also had an 8 ft ladder free standing in the aisle on he sales floor. Very dangerous. Poor management during a seasonal reset.
