I tried to cancel within one hour of ordering because they wouldn’t arrive in time, the app said it’d take a few minutes to update, they sent it anyway, to an address 2 hours from my home, tried to contact seller within the 1st day and it took them 4 days to respond, now Walmart won’t refund my money, and I either eat $90 or make a 4.5 hour trip to get and return items, when the app failed to cancel and the seller failed to respond for 4 days. They say they want to exceed expectations but take 4 days to respond to an issue. That’s failing expectations. I will avoid this seller in the future.

Placed order through Amazon. Week later still hadnt shipped. Called to cancel. I was sent a form letter email stating that they were within Amazon guidelines. Now, that maybe true but the product will not arrive in time and I dont want it. Silence from them. Called Amazon support. Amazon tried to call but they wouldnt answer. What a joke. I guess they will be issuing a refund in November. Losers!
