Coco and her brother are absolutely wonderful! We went into the store without a clear idea of what we were looking for, but we left with everything we needed to set up for TWO separate parties this weekend. Coco is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and her brother had excellent suggestions and also provided great customer service. The selection is very broad so you have plenty of options to choose from, but they are willing to accommodate most situations and will even create custom piñatas with sufficient notice! Easily the best store of its kind we have ever visited, and the standard for customer experience has been raised after they set the bar so high—we are so impressed!

My family has celebrated joyous birthdays and other milestone celebrations over the last 20 years. We’ve been able to depend on Craft Party Supply for bounce houses, balloons, piñatas, party decorations, their great variety of candy and specialty favors. I shop Craft for all our party supplies from work parties to birthday parties and anniversaries. They have supplies for all the holidays; Halloween, Christmas, etc. The selection is immense and the prices are excellent! I highly recommend checking them out!

Craft Party Supply is my go-to store for ANY celebration! I love how its organized and I can easily find what Im looking for (and of course awesome stuff that I wasnt looking for!), plus the people there are helpful but never pushy. They also have ideas ready if Im not sure what kind of party favors or decorations to get. Best of all, they have those wonderful bouncy houses and water slides that they will come put up in our yard and remove it afterwards. EVERYTHING is there: balloons, tables, chairs, engagement and wedding items, baby showers, tailgate parties...everything!!

I’m a big fan of both Craft Party Supply Stores. The staff at both are very friendly and helpful. It almost seems like a well-oiled machine they way everything ran. Everyone is being a team player from the staff on the floor to the cashiers. The store are clean and organized and the only problem wasnt really staff related it was people staying to long in the dressing room and the staff took care of it in a great manor even gave kudos to the manager Marc on the initiative of the staff member who took care of this issue. I would defiantly recommend Craft Party Supply for your party needs!

We used Craft Party Supply to rent chairs for our wedding in October. From start to finish, this company did great. I had to ask a lot of questions from a distance (we live in NorCal but were travelling to SoCal for our wedding) and they answered everything politely and expediantly. My mom was able to secure our order and it was such a great deal! Im so impressed with their prices. We rented 60 chairs and they were delivered on time and picked up on time as well which was perfect because we had a somewhat narrow window between the ceremony and reception so expediency was key. The chairs, pickup, and drop off all came out to just under $100 which is almost half of what some of the other rental places near by wanted to charge. Hands down some of the best customer service Ive had and would absolutely use them again!

I went on Sunday to the store when they were supposed be open at 10AM. I waited 20 minutes before loosing my patience and left. It is bad customer service when you have store hours posted and you are not open when the store should be open. There was no additional sign apologizing for why they were closed.

Poor Customer Service- came in to inquire about a jumper, clerk wasnt very friendly to begin with. As I am asking questions, she answered a phone call and began to have a lenghty conversation on the phone and left me hanging at the counter. I just walked out. Will most likely NOT be renting a jumper from this company.
