They stand behind the items they sell. I bought a small refrigerator from All Appliances Plus as a temporary garage solution while waiting for my main refrigerator to be repaired by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this fridge also had a problem and I called back after a day to complain. They immediately offered to switch it out with a different one and delivered it the next day. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

They were very nice, helped us find something at a very reasonable price, and even loaded it on my truck! 5 star top notch service! Note: they have a lot of variety, just about everything you could need in a home...All and i mean ALL kind of appliances, furniture, electronics, garden tools, decor, toys, and etc etc...I was baffled, that place lives up to its storefront name all appliance plus. Purchased a washer and dryer two years ago. The sales people were professional and very helpful. The appliances were purchased used and have never given us any problems. We are currently looking for a replacement dishwasher and will be returning to All Appliance Plus.

All Appliance Plus customer service is amazing. We had a problem with a part we ordered, and I contacted them via their website and within an hour Carl, the service manager, had contacted me to work on correcting. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to correct the issue. When we then had another part we needed for the same job (refrigerator repair), they again provided phenomenal assistance. I would highly recommend them.

They put in a lid switch in my washer. They got to me in a reasonable time frame. They were very friendly and nice to work with on my washing macine problem. I highly recommend using them. Also, visit their store they have lots of merchandise and appliances.

We have now made purchases from, and had service done by All Appliance Plus. We have been very happy with the washer and dryer we bought last year. Price was right, and they have held up great after a year of heavy use. This week we had a microwave that didnt work (purchased from a different store), and brought it in for service. They figured out the problem quickly and had it back to me in a couple of hours, at a very reasonable price.

They seem to have a never ending supply of beautiful appliances. I have several rental properties and have used this company to furnish all of them with updated appliances. They are very knowledgeable and take great pride in making my purchase fast and easy!

Purchased two refurbished refrigerators at the beginning of the year and they work great. Had the need to call for service twice. They were so honest about the issues, which were minor and didnt need parts, that they did not charge for the service. Their repairman is great about explaining the issues and make you feel confident of the 100% honest and great service. We will be a repeat customer for appliances in the future. Definitely check them out before ending up with others that scam.

I needed to replace my refrigerator and I wasnt prepared to do so. I looked around for a good used refrigerator when I came across All Appliance Plus in Ocoees website and ad. Went on my lunch hour and found a great selection of good clean used and new refrigerators in all price ranges. The owner was very helpful and even asked what was wrong with my old one because maybe I just needed to repair it rather than replace it. It needed replaced as the door fell off and the hinge broke. I bought a new one for a lot less then going to a box store. They delivered the next day and the guys were so professional and took great care to protect my home and appliance as they took out the old refrigerator and brought in the new one. Love my new refrigerator and will go back next time I am in need of an appliance.

Bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer July 2018. What a rip off. ....terrible set. Both are junk. Just went to Loews for a brand new set which actually costs less...but I have to pay haul away of this junk...I cant even give it away.. I had high hopes for this place. Used appliances, if repaired correctly, should sell themselves.Firstly, they didnt give me credit for the washer I brought to them even though the salesman said himself that they would be flipping it for profit. Then, they attempted up upsell like crazy. I say that with quotations because the washers that they pushed have HORRIBLE reputations and reviews. I settled on an older washer. An older, simpler machine meant less risk of complicated issues later down the road. Am I happy with the washer? Yes... Now that Ive fixed it properly. IT DIDNT HAVE A DRUM BALANCING SPRING INSTALLED. What does that mean? It means water was dumped on my floor instead of in the washer drum because the drum was allowed to lean forward too far. I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix the issue, but the place was suddenly closed for two days that they would normally be open. Im not pleased. They get two stars because they didnt sell me irrepiarable junk.

Good price on a washer and dryer set. The only problem which I hope the owner will fix. I bought the set yesterday and decided to pick it up the next day. Well I rented a uhal and sat outside their store for 4 hours with nobody in sight. They open at 9? Waited while 3 other customers drove up and left seeing Noone there. Now I have wasted the fee for a uhal and I still dont have my washer set. Hoping they reimburse me by free delivery for the inconvenience. Stay tuned...
