Went into Halal 360 Meat market today after reading all the great reviews and my family and I were not disappointed at all! From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. The owner took his time to educate us on the Halal process and how the meat is cut and the best way to cook it. We wanted to by meat to freeze for Thanksgiving, but he kindly talked me out of it because it would take away from the freshness of the product. You guys have gained repeat customers!

Searched long and hard for fresh meat in the Orlando/ Ocoee area and finally found the absolute best spot. Fresh, inexpensive, great customer service and overall great place. Highly recommended. Roasted and cut on the spot. Run by 3 Brothers. Family owned.

I called to inquire about their available meat. After a question or two the person not knowing what type of meat they have, he got annoyed and hung up on me. He said he was the meat cutter person and not the owner. Not only disrespectful but shows lack of organization which makes me doubt about the quality and cleanliness of the place.

Today I visited, and while placing and order with an employee, the owner came over and accused me of writing a bad review in regards to the price increase of the ribeye. My first and only review was posted 2 years ago, attached below. No mention of ribeye, and I have still been supporting of the business whenever I’m in Florida. I do not appreciate how I was approached, nor was I able to say anything as he walked away before I could speak. Then as he charged my card he told me I should write them a nice review. I no longer feel comfortable shopping here, which is really sad because the quality of the meat is so great! The owner used to be so nice and personable, but a mistake made on their end 2 years ago and false accusations 2 years later have me suddenly looking for a new halal butcher.

In an effort to save money, my wife and I have been trying to eat more at home recently. However, we’ve been disappointed by the meat on offer at local groceries. We found Halal 360 via a Google search and gave them a try.We’ve since shopped this cozy Ocoee business twice and it will be our go-to from now on. The chicken breasts and sirloin we’ve bought are absolutely delicious – hands down the best cut, cleaned, and tasting meat we’ve ever had which, as a Texas native, is high praise.Like most butcher shops, experts there are happy to make custom cuts or suggestions depending on the meal you’re making. We originally stopped in for tender flank steak but, instead, went for sirloin. We even had it cubed for us which is a small but meaningful gesture. I’ve also had to clean the meat we’ve bought very minimally once we got it home. As the primary cook, every little step like this helps.Obviously, being a halal butcher shop, 360 isn’t going to offer pork but for everything else, you could scarcely do better than Halal 360.

They have fresh, clean meat. The staff is helpful and friendly. There’s different varieties of meat-at a great reasonable price.

I am glad I found this place. This is one of the nicest butcher shops Ive seen. The brothers that run this place are very friendly and helpful. The prices are great as well. $6.99 a lb for korean galbi style shirt runs which cost about $13 a pound ar the Asian Lotte market and halal! They also have great package deals. I highly recommend this place.

I will definitely be back!! Staff was nice and personable. Got the meat package with 10lbs leg quarters (7-8 quarters) which they graciously cut for me, 5 lbs chicken wings (30 wings), 5 lbs chicken breasts (12 breasts) and 5lbs ground chuck.....normally $65 but due to price increases it was $75. I admit I am not big on pounds and purchase more by quantity, thus the numbers in parentheses for people like me. Definitely nice to get local fresh meat and not worry about whats being put in it.

Finally found halal meat! And this store meat was fresh, well displayed and the display was very hygienic. Definitely found my spot and the customer service is very welcoming.

You will not be disappointed! All of their meat is cut fresh and is all custom ordered by however many pounds or cut of meat you prefer. I have noticed their meats are much juicer, lower in grease, and much tastier than meat I have purchased at chain stores. Highly recommend!

They claim that the chicken they sell is organic and halal. However, when you ask them for proof they dance around it and get agitated. After my last visit I’m not even sure if the meet is even halal.

This place is great. It’s very clean and the meat is very fresh. The one thing I notice when I first walked in was I didn’t smell meat. And to me that’s a very clean place. Most meat markets have an odor but this place is very clean. They have a Coustomer for life.

I had a good experience the first time that I visited this store. The staff is super friendly respectful and that goes a long way. There are no Halal store where I live so my first experience is my reason for choosing this location.

This place probably has the best meat anywhere in central Florida. The owner is so kind and took the time to explain how best to cook each type of meat I bought and even gave me some of his own steak marinade. The meat is fresh and cut to order and knowing that it is halal makes me feel better about giving it to my family. I have yet to come across anywhere else that has better meat than this place. Definately worth the trip!!!

Clean market. Friendly & helpful. Purchased lamb shoulder cut into slices. Whole chicken BIG at 7.75 lbs & lbs of 3 ground grass fed beef. Will be placing an order tomorrow for grass fed beef and beef suet and marrow bones. We drove 53 miles one way to check this place out.

Simply the best: Better than all the rest!My wife and I moved down to Florida a little over a year ago. Since doing so, we have purchased meat at several locations in an effort to find the place to keep coming back to. Our search has now ended. We live all the way down in Haines City, take a cooler with us, and drive 45 minutes to an hour just to specifically shop here. This place has a very nice selection of meats, all at a very reasonable price. The owners are extremely friendly and treat their customers incredibly well.We are very fortunate to have found this place and highly recommend anyone undergoing the same search as we did to come here as well. You will not be disappointed.

What a nice and clean place. Very good variety of meats. I got 7 pounds of lamb chops for very very good price. They have organic chickens, beef, and goats too. They cut it for you right away and however you wanted. Its a bit far from me but 100% anytime Ill need some lamb chops Ill go there. Btw the guy who cut it for me was very polite and friendly. Stop by and check them out if you like lamb meat.

The person who served me, probably the owner, was rude! I was asking for less fat in the meat because its for a 1 year old baby! He threw the bag of meat on the table for his colleague to serve me and left to other customers! Most probably hat was because I asked for 1 pound only for my baby, one should ask for huge quantities to be served good! I will never go back to the shop!

I went to this shop with my wife to buy fresh bone meat and the young man was cutting the meat with his hand, no gloves at all. I asked the other boy why he didnt have gloves to cut the product and he gave me the sign that he doesnt know anything. But he whispered that to his father who was cutting other product with his hand, no gloves again. When the young man came to the counter to weigh the product, I addressed the issue to him when his father came with the knife he was cutting with, no gloves again,and said I can leave it if I dont need it and started shouting and cursing as I told him I would report his business to the Florida Health Department. He kept on cursing and shouting. That was my first and my last visit to that shop. I would do anything I can on my end to protect the safety of other customers. I would neither go nor recommend anybody to shop there.

Dirty place. He used the same gloves for meat and chicken also he wrote in a piece of paper, and he went back to finish the ground meat with the same gloves. When I talked to the owner, he told me look for another Butcher. Rude + dirty place. Don’t poison your family.

THE LOW REVIEW IS FRom A PHONE ORDER, NOT MEAT QUALITY!! So I’ve been coming here about once a month for a few months now. A one way trip for me is 2 hours. I came on Wednesday, which they’re Facebook page said they were open, but they were closed and didn’t answer their phone for 2 days. I waited for about 45 minutes, as I really didn’t want the whole 4 hour total drive to not be wasted. This was very frustrating for me, as I only come to Ocoee for them! I totally understand if they had no meat, but an update on their Facebook or answering their phone would have been very appreciated. So I call on Friday and they were open. Yay! So I give them an order over the phone for my husband to pick up. Firstly, the young man taking the order was not sure or accurate on many of the prices. This caused a huge issue for me, as I ended paying more than double than what I’m used to spending. Secondly, there was miscommunication on how the meat was supposed or not supposed to be cut. Again, super frustrating, as I live two whole hours away. Thirdly, I notice that they sometimes weigh and price the meat BEFORE they trim it, which I’m not sure is the normal for butcher shops, but nonetheless, I’m sure it was done again for all of the meats. As awesome as this place is, I don’t think I will ever place an order over the phone again, unless I’m for sure speaking to the shop owner. Even then, I’d prefer to see them dress the meat so as to get it as I’d like.

The people that work there is very disrespectful, rude. I called to find out something about the meat and they hung up the phone. When I tried calling back they didn’t pick up the phone and so I called back later on and when I asked the question once again they did the same thing to me and hung up.

Peace be to all, I would like to share my experience at this business. The owner was very arrogrant and swore at me. He should have done it before I had swiped my credit card for the purchase. That way, I wouldnt have bought anything & I would have walked out. Its very unethical business behavior to a customer.He was annoyed at me because I happened to have mentioned to his teenage kid, that I have my kid going to the same High School and I felt the virtual schooling was not easy, and I was looking for a tutor.Casually without thinking much if it, I said my thoughts out loud, that I felt when the boy grows up (which I did not realize) he would be a nice match for my daughter.I did apologise for saying that, I did not intend to make much of it.The owner as he verbally abused me, he asked me: if I was from Black Bush in Guyana, I told him I was from G.T and my mom was originally from LaPenitence, but we moved to a better area when I was 5 years old. The owner told me that I am a liar. I said to him, wa laa howla wa laa ku wa ta il Laah bil Laah hul aleeyul Azeem aameen. Then he said to me: Youre a devil! I answered: Youre an idiot. Also he refused to give me a refund.I had to call the cops.I gave the meat I paid for to a customer in the store, she witnessed what happened. I told her I didnt feel comfortable to take that meat home to cook, because it was such a horrible experience. The customer did not mind taking it, also I asked her for her phone number, since she witnessed everything.I am now buying halaal meat from the Indian Store on Dillards Road, Winter Garden. Their meat is nicely packaged and sealed in plastic for freshness. 360 Meat Shop is fresh meat, dont misunderstand me by this review, its just that the business ethics, could have been more on a professional level. Im so glad the Indian Store is near to me, this owner has much better business practices.
