They have everything that you need for a great birthday party. The pull apart cup cakes were absolutely delicious. The already prepared sandwich trays were very reasonable priced and fed over 20 adults and children. Very friendly service as well.

This is a great place to shop! They have a variety of merchandise. The produce looks wonderful and the prices are good.The shelves are well stocked and clean.The employees are eager to help you in any way.I will give them a big thumbs up!

I would devastated when I arrived they said that my order wasnt put in that made me very upset because I was sure that I had put the order in at least 3 days ahead of time. At the same store that I always order my cakes and party supplies but the person took my order over the phone did not do it correctly I did not get no email verification that I made the order and I wasnt aware of it at the time. But being persistent going back and forth they finally found some of my order which where the cake that I ordered but it wasnt prepared the way I indicated it to the person on the phone. Just to solve it all up I had a bad experience that particular day but that has been other times that I had an excellent experience.

I went to their Deli to order a Boars Head Ultimate sandwich. They were out of Boars Head roast beef so I said the publix meat was ok to use even. So he cut the bread put mayo on put the meat and cheese on and asked what veggies. I said onions, tomato and lettuce. He said we have no onions. I pointed to the produce dept 15 feet away and said there are several hundred onions over there can you get one. He looked at the manager and asked and the manager shook his head no!!!!!!!So instead of getting a 25cent onion for my sandwich they have a dissatisfied customer and threw away the meat, cheese and bread for my sandwich. Great business practice Publix!!!!

🌹 Miss Marie and Erika were so excellent over at the Publix Deli. Their service was speedy and effecient. They are GREAT conversationalist as they work. Everything was fresh and fully stocked. This is going to be a great location for us to come to since its just 5 minutes from our home. Thank you so much ladies for making our spur of the moment lunch break into a whole experience. Whatever happened to Publixs policy of greeting their customers? Ill be short and sweet. If your Customer Service associate cannot give a smile or a Good Morning, she shouldnt be working behind that CUSTOMER SERVICE counter. When customers have a question about why no chicken today, CS should have an answer. When you are out of a product for weeks and months, CS should have an answer as to why and when. When your scanner shows you have 2 boxes of a chocolate that cannot be found in the back, give me an option, or better yet... MAKE IT HAPPEN. If you are thinking now: make it happen, HOW? You shouldnt be reading this as a problem-solver. Its all about training your employees. Lack of training, low store morale. Youre welcome.

I ABSOLUTELY love Publix. The reason you pay more is because they pay their employees better and have a great benefits package. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about the store.

My go-to shopping place. Great selection, great bakery and produce. The employees are always attentive, and they have taken COVID seriously.

Just got a sub from the deli. First off, they were out of chicken tender subs, and then they were out of meatballs for a meatball sub which is understandable. But I had the pleasure of claudette making my sandwich. I ask for a turkey sub and she says they are out of turkey which cannot be right, there is a whole deli section with turkey. She then gets the turkey after I explain that to her. So after waiting 30 minutes I finally get my sub (traditional turkey sub) which costs $7.49, she rings it for a roast beef sub??? For $8.49. My friend also got the sub of the week and was rung up for a $8.49 sub too. She was just terrible.

This place is disappointing. It has been going downhill for the past 3 to 4 years.The staff is pleasant and but the store is just disappointing and the quality is lacking. Im guessing this is largely due to the location and the clientele.Ive recently started visiting a different Publix store in the area and it is night and day difference!

Hot Deli is good..veggies, salad and spinach packages not fresh go bad fast.

I love this Publix! Dia, Maria, and Christina are fantastic. The produce department is great there is one employee that goes above and beyond. One time I asked a produce employee to see if they had an item in the back and he didn’t want to go check and he went to check and says the item isn’t available. So one employee named L asked me if I needed any help and I told him what happened and he goes in the back and finds the item I was amazed he apologized to me about the other employee for lying. I appreciate it made me realize that some employees don’t want to do their job and some like L go above and beyond.

This is one of my neighborhood Publix. We happen to be very lucky to sit smack dab in the center of 2. This Publix is always clean, the staff is always helpful, however the sales are Out Of Stock by the weekend and you have to be strategic in planning your trip to try and grab the deals. But, that us bc they always have great deals. I love Publix, they are a FL staple. Check out the comic @Omgitswicks on TikTok, his Publix raves are on point every time.

The service is shotty these days. And alot of customers standing to check out.This used to be a better managed place, but new people works there now who dont care about customer service, like carrying your bag out for you or asking to help you to your car.

Generally a great place, the parking lot can be tight and fills up frequently, but the customer service is great.

I live in the neighborhood. The staff is always friendly, but this store needs some major help. Without fail, if I’m there between 5 and 7pm there are three or four open lanes with lines of people halfway down the aisles. I don’t see hiring signs, so I’m not sure why the checkouts can’t be properly staffed. Also, the parking lot maybe has one cart corral? Everyone has to leave carts in the parking lot, which is a huge liability and just plain unsafe for guests and staff.Lastly, lots of Ocoee folks have wells, so we use the water machine regularly. It’s broken or out of order more often than it works.PLEASE help make this store better. These aren’t difficult changes.

This is another Publix that does not allow Apple Wallet. They allow Android pay but not Apple. This is really inconvenient, Publix. I wish you would get with the program because you are so progressive otherwise.Handicap parking is a bit limited here too but there is a ramp and wide doors.As in most Publix the staff are wonderful!

They advertise free flu shots with no mention of insurance anywhere. I drive there just to get this done. The lady gives me forms to fill out for me and my kids. Only then does the lady ask for my insurance. She takes a few minutes and then says they dont take that insurance (FL Blue), which is a pretty common insurance. They should say with accepted insurance so as to not waste peoples time. I dont care for Publix anyway. Now I have more reason.

This store is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is always pleasant. They know my son by name, and are always excited to see him when we visit. The deli is always willing to make fresh popcorn chicken. Jasmine in the deli is an amazingly kind human. Diane in the catering department is always willing to help. Mary, too is equally kind and helpful. The cashiers, Shirley and Maria are very efficient and kind. Crystal up front is very helpful. But the one holding this fabric of awesomeness together is Mr. Pritchard who is professional, understanding, and caring.

Ever since the news spread about the COVID-19 pandemic this location has stepped up for their community with wiping down the grocery carts manually, placing distance stickers and one way markers for clear direction and even handing out FREE 3 layer face masks for individuals who were silly enough to leave their home without one. Thanks Teresa, Amy and Ericka for listening to me, you deserve to hear the good feedback.

I went to the Deli to order two Veggie Subs. The Associate was Nadine, first off, there was a lady within close proximity of me. I said to her we need to maintain a 6Ft distance between us. Nadine interjected and said she is at safe distance. Nadine continued to prepare my food, I worked hospitality for many years Ritz Carlton Ny, and Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress she should NOT be in counter service, just saying. Nadine seemed like it was a bother to prepare my food after that comment.

Employees always seem polite here, and the store is pretty clean. Ive never personally had problems with the store itself, just some of the customers who shop there. I dont frequent this store often though, usually just when I dont feel like dealing with Walmart on Holidays.
