Today I started the day with the utmost anticipation for the Google pixel 6, and little did I know they would be out of stock in every location within a 50 mile radius, luckily 3 gentleman, Rashad, Michael and Daniel went wayyyy above and beyond to help me get the pixel, their customer service was beyond exceptional, especially considering my second option for a phone was also out of stock, plz any form of compensation these gentlemen could receive would be rightful deserved they made my entire year, since Id been waiting for this phone for a whole year.

When we walked in the door we were greeted by Jay who grabbed 2 chairs for us out of the back . Michael took over for Jay who was with a client. Michael was a delightful, knowledgeable young man who was very kind and respectful to us 2 elderly folks. He explained everything and got us just what we wanted. 2 phones and 2 tablets. Nice experience

I went into the store to complete upgrades on all my phones. Im so happy I went to the Ocoee store. Winter Garden store did not provide the greatest service and transparency. The rep that help me in Wintergarden was not transparent and upheld the AT&T name. He lied about pricing and details and I wanted to leave AT&T. Daniel in the Ocoee Store however was truthful, transparent and upheld the AT&T brand and made me feel like a valued AT&T customer. Today my husband, Father in law and my self visited the AT&T store on west Colonial Dr. in Orlando Fl. If I tell you it was the best experience I’ve had with AT&T since starting there cell phone service 15 years ago. We went in with many questions. Some for my father in law and most from my husband. Our Rep. Angela took her time and she took very good care of us. She was very knowledgeable in all things AT&T. Never did she make us feel rushed. And Angela is a very pleasant person and very easy to speak to. She took care of everything and I was left feeling so good aboutmy cell phone company that I also chose to use AT&T TV. If I can shout from the rooftops how pleasant it was working with Lorenzo, I would. He was incredible and helped me resolve my frantic concerns. My phone seemingly did not work and I needed the information on my phone which had died and didn’t want to charge. He was so good that I ended up buying another phone despite getting my phone working again. Im thankful for his suggestions to finding a resolution. He was so positive and it was a pleasure. I wish I could give a lower review. My worst experience ever. I am so sorry I switch from Boost to this network. Jay made my experience the most unpleasant customer service I ever received. It’ is now a week and I can’t make a call, send a text, I can only use WiFi because my phone doesn’t work even though I am still paying AT&T for my phone and still have to be paying my bill. I would not recommend anyone to switch to this network. I started the process with him (Jay), ever since then, ii am having major issues. This is not the first time he is rude or disrespectful. Can you imagine a customer service representative! telling you it’s your bad luck why AT&T not working for you. I think I need to switch to a network where my phone works, where people care about their customer and where I will get the service I am paying for.

After visiting an AT&T store on rock Springs Road, and being charged $21.39 for activation yet the guy did nothing for me and I walked out of there two hours later without a phone and without being refunded by $21.39, I was almost fed up. I decided to call this location and see if they could help me get a phone. Nicholas went above and beyond to make sure that I had a phone before I left the store. He was even nice enough to stay a little bit later to ensure that I had a phone before I left. I am so very thankful to Nicolas for doing an outstanding job and ensuring that I left Completely satisfied. Thank you so much!

I went to the Ocoee AT&T store this morning, and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. In all honesty I probably wasn’t the best customer because I was having a rough morning 😬. Alexis was helping me out and she went above and beyond! If she didn’t know the answer to somethings she made sure to go and ask to get me the right information. I appreciated this so much and you could tell that she cared about her customers. I will certainly be making this AT&T store the one I go to moving forward. It was an easy visit!

My experience here goes from kind of good to really Good when Jose is there(the Hispanic gentleman with a really deep voice) because of how PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING he is, and not to mention his Great customer service skills, every time I meet up with him or just go in there; Would definitely recommend going there in the store in general, it’s a great atmosphere and GREAT TEAM, but would highly recommend going in and talking to Jose for assistance.

I would recommend that you retrain your reps at this store. They take forever to follow up with anything and they tried to con me out of $55.00 for a service that I dont have yet. Youre lucky that you have good people in MT Dora. I never stepped foot into this store. Im a brand new customer with you and I was hoping for a better experience with AT&T. Ive been dealing with bad service from Sprint/T Mobile and having friends with AT&T is why I made the switch.

The Employee name Alexis was very nasty to me, very prejudiced like and on top of that she did not take care of my problem and referred me to her manager instead of helping me. I waited for 1 hour and 35 minutes at the store in which I waisted my time since there was no solution to my problem. Shame on that employee Alexis, young black lady with no manners and a nasty attitude. This only shows how completely careless about good a costumer service she is. Shame on store #10300.

Had a huge problem with my bill and the way my account was set up, was extremely upset. Went in talked with Blair the manager, and she worked everything out and was very helpful and explained everything, and even saved me money. Very happy with the outcome. I recommend going in to the store and not calling customer service (as they were no help at all) Employees at this store are very nice and polite as well.

We just moved into our first house and my wife needed internet ASAP for her job. We went to this store 10 minutes from closing (not planned LOL) and received top notch service. Lorenzo went above and beyond in helping us get an account set up and was even able to expedite our in-home setup by several days. I had just spoken to ATT customer care (611) and they did not resolve my issue. When asked who could I discuss this matter with, I was told I needed to write a letter and mail it in. No email available. I drove directly to the store. There I was greeted by the manager, Blair Turpin. I explained the situation and how unhappy I was with customer care. She immediately told me that she was going to handle. She listened, researched and resolved. She was awesome as was the other gentleman working with her. I highly recommend Blaine and her staff to resolve issues!!! Many thanks!

Horrible service today. I went there before and it was all good. All smiles. And today we went, the manager was rude, horrible customer service. Only one employee was doing his job and being good with customers. As soon as I walked in, immediately the manager already had this attitude. I did not feel welcomed at all. This is also our local store and been with At&t for about 15 years. Never going back there again. ✌

Very disappointed in the service I received by staff at the Ocoee office.This is the second time I was treated wrong. Out right lied about my service and also service was not good. Service representative was not knowledgeable .Been a valued customer since 1988..when att was bell south..Never missed a payment nor late in all my service!Feel like being a valued customer means nothing to att.Ps..Only gave it a one star because att representative on phone after getting home helped me fix some of Ocoee store mess up.

The young lady at the Semoran location was very helpful!! She really went out of her way to help my cousin whos phone was stolen from the airport. She helped her get reestablished with another phone. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable.

I came into the store to transfer phones as I am not tech savvy and was not able to finish switching to my new phone. Alex greeted me with a smile and was not only patient fixing contact issues, teaching me about my new phone, but also had wonderful customer service experience and he showed personal care while we processed the transfer. This is a nice clean AT&T Store. However, I do NOT recommend their service. My office is less than a block from this store and I had very poor service on my iPhone. I went to Verizon. Nice store thought.

The employees here need training on professionalism. You enter the store, knowone greets you. You stand there for 10-15 mins ( or longer) in some cases before they take your name for a list. Doesnt matter if the store is busy or not. Just plan to be there for at least a hr. I had a question, the employee said she will go check in the back. She was gone for over 10 mins. When the door swung open, my mother said she saw the employee sitting in the back eating. This really got me aggravated. Because there were others in the store waiting to be helped also. Poor Poor Poor customer service. ATT do better!!

If you are desperate and you have to come to this AT&T store you should speak with Amanda. She is very polite and she tries her hardest to help you but the other employees need training. They are not properly trained with sales and customer service. The manager Maria and the store associate Jay were very rude and dismissive. I am very disappointed with the service I received from the both of them. They refused to help me with a sale because they were to lazy. Again if u have to come here see Amanda.

Our first experience was awesome the second not so much. On our first trip the agent assisting us assisted us in every way he could. He actually didnt want us to leave unless he assisted us fully. The second trip the agency barely wanted to assist us. He kept walking away. He called customer service and put us on the phone and walked awayand when the agenton the phone stated asking question only he could answer and we called him back to the phone he acted as if we were bothering him. The same assistance we should have received in store we has to get by calling customer service ourselves.

Waited 45 minutes for them to finish helping me when there were three available employees throwing around a football instead of helping the trainee who needed help so i could leave... I was just picking up a blank sim card. Horrible service, 3 employees found football more important than their job.

Don’t waste your time calling them at all because you can call a 100 times and they never answer the phone!!!!! Then when they did answer the phone for me the guy goes to check on something for me and never came back to the phone!!!! What do y’all have phones for if you guys are not gonna answer it!! I came in to just ask a couple of questions and was put on a waiting list even thou it was empty. I saw employees leaving, going to the break room and even just sitting not doing anything. Sent me all over town for the iPhone saying other locations had it and no one did. Systems aren’t connected and are highly inaccurate. Staff unenthusiastic and only looking for. Sale, regardless of how it inconveniences the customer. Will handle all affairs online only from now on.

Let me tell you about this store. I have been going to this store for about four years now. The managers and staff are some of the best. They are always smiling. Today was exceptional special because I cheated on my favorite store and went to the one closest to my job to get iPhones. That store will remain nameless but needless to say the person helping me totally messed up my phones. I came to this Ocoee store and sat with Vonte... he not only FIXED THE PROBLEM with complete accuracy but he and his coworkers caught memorable moments for my daughter and niece whom the phones were for. Vonte thank you so much for baring with my frustration. I promise I will never cheat on my favorite ATT store ever again. And thank you Nate and the tall and short bold headed guys!!!

Depending on the person you get and how their day is going,is your treatment when you walk through the door. They will say hi, but seem disinterested and preoccupied with their personal phone.

Well its At&t store so nothing about the products, but only the customer service, not to friendly guy who attended me, I went there for my SIM card replacement for one of our company lines, and was little weird that company selling home internet did not have fast internet on there terminal, the credit card machine on the terminal was not work so i had to through other credit card machine which was hooked up to other POS on the other side of the store, very weird encounter must.

Jay was one of the worst customer service individuals ever and didnt even know his stuff. I highly recommend driving 20 minutes in any direction to avoid this place.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could the person on the phone was rude talked over me and hung up on me. I was told by Tony that ordering phones through ATT will be quicker which is a lie I was told I will get my phones in 3 weeks I got an email saying 6-8 weeks while Apple website said 7-10 days meanwhile ATT customer service wanted to play phone tag with me. I guess ATT doesnt want customers their representatives on the phone and in store give misinformation to get customers when they get them they are just rude this store is the worst I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE POOR FOLLOW THROUGH!!As an update I got my phones after 6+ weeks only to find out that this store cancelled the port of my numbers now I have 2 useless phones that are paid for and cannot be activated!
