Ive been going to this game stop since I was 12. It has its up and down but tend to fix their and the companies mistakes. Highly recommend going there, especially when in a good mood.

I LOVE this community GameStop. I had a blast talking to Neal about different products be offered (like DND dice or headphones) and he was really knowledgeable. He knew a lot about everything, and was really really kind!I also liked Josh - when I went into inquire about the price of something and the price difference between online and in store, Josh was able to help me out navigating the website and understanding what I was looking at. He made sure he came up with a great outcome for both of us.Ive been coming here for years ever since I was a little girl with my older brother. I think being here constantly and seeing new games and new rollouts of systems, GameStop in ocoee has kept their spirits and their personality and their culture. These people care about you. And I dont think Ill ever stop shopping at this particular gamestop.

Great customer service and a large variety of games. If you are looking for a console I suggest you buy online on your own or online in the store because there is a shortage right now and the store itself most likely will not have it.

They do things like try to give you refuse prices for trading items without even inquiring if your a pro member

Stopped in about a week ago because our Joy Cons werent working with our newly purchased Ringfit game. Thankfully, I was the only customer in at the time, so both the associate and manager were able to help me figure out the problem within 10 minutes. Today, after searching and searching for a new pair of Joy Cons, I stopped in here again and was able to get the very last set! Some things are just meant to be.

I tried to call them and the declined my call

I put in an online order for a game. I got confirmation for said game that it was ready for pick up but when I show up this new game is already opened and they dont have case for new game that is opened. Which brings up curious question. They always seem to have new version of games cheaper than used version of games but all the new games are sold out and only have used games. My question is are they purposely opening new games to sell at higher price? Seems a bit suspicious. Perhaps in good faith when running a sale drop used games to 20% less than listed new games price temporarily. On top of everything would not recognize elite status for ordering from store to home. Finally the sales person called a store about 5 miles away and they secured me a new sealed copy of game. If sale runs for a limited time take online orders for game until that limited time is up. Im almost sure if you tell most people buying hey I can honor the 50% off but it may take a few weeks until it is back in stock or pay $20 more for used copy today the person buying would probably say I can wait. The one Star goes for the employee who tried and found a work around which was me having to go to another store but at least he tried.

This is my go to gamestop. I love this place. Does anyone know why they are closed for the rest of the week? They were just open yesterday and the nearest open one is fashion square mall. I understand why they might be closed because of the hurricane but why were they open yesterday? Not upset, just curious

Zack, Kish and the head manager are fantastic and always helpful. They make sure you get what you need and are always on top of making sure you have a great experience. Its the only reason I even visit GameStop anymore since a lot of items are readily available online. But these employees always insure a great doing experience with a friendly attitude. Great work!!

Was hugely busy during holidays but staff still remained upbeat, professional and tried to aid customers quickly. Even when the air went out one employee actually let me borrow a fan to cool off. Cant beat that!

I went to gamestop to trade in my ps4 for a ps4 pro and Jonathan (manager) was awesome from start to finish. He walked me through everything, and did not rush everything. He was also very knowledgeable of all the upcoming games. I even signed up for the pro reward card. Will be back for Black Friday and Christmas. Thanks Jonathan!

I typically go to the Game Stop in fowlers grove. About 95% of the time they have been rude and ignore customers as well as act as if you are an inconvenience to them. I have been to this location twice. First time I did not like it because it is a pain to get into sometimes and park, now especially because of all the construction going on. But the staff at this particular location is amazing, offer to help, are knowledgeable and very respectful. They also seem to have a better selection all around then the other location around here. Customer service really matters anymore and they are more then helpful.

I love gamespot but sometimes it doesnt have the games I want and I pre-ordered Mortal Kombat 11 and I didnt get Shao Kahn.

GameStop is, unfortunately, the only decent game store around. You will not get fair money for trade-ins, or a good price on most decent pre-owned games. Nowadays, I mostly go there for free Pokémon codes for my 3ds titles. I will buy a t-shirt there when on sale, because they have nerd stuff. The staff is usually awesome.

Sometimes you dont necessarily get what you pay for. Huge selection of games some might be priced too high. Look before you buy!

They did not have preowned playstation 4s but had the preowned boxes out on display near the entrance as if they were available. THey did have a new one available with a free game on sale which I purchased instead.

Ive never had any issues and customer service is just plan simple and helpful.

Went into this gamestop and was treated rudely for trying to trade in 2 DSs we didnt want; on one we needed, and then we were accused of stealing our 2DSs(which are on our purchase history). Why would you trade 2 games in on one- the whiteguy with dreads. Idk man because gamestop offered only 33% of the system i bought 3 months ago. This was the absolute worste experience and i come there because i want to enjouly the game buying experience i grew up with, but ill go online from now on. Anthony at this store has always been a huge help and extremely nice, but he wasnt there and its a shitshow. Only one employee out of four was even helping customers. Sorry about the long review.

Never buy anything used from a gamestop! I traded in some controllers that had joystick issues which made them unusable and watched them package them up and place them on the shelf for sale. Gamestop is only in business to give you nothing but charge you everything.
