The store is clean and well stocked. Theyre doing in store and online shopping. Plenty of parking space and friendly employees

I called this store and asked what could be done about a product, (a phone charger) that cost $10 and that does not work on my phone. She said that she would have to exchange and give me the very same product.. I repeated myself by saying that the product doesnt charge my phone. She said I am sorry but this is what I was told to do. Then she said its policy. So I asked when does the person make a better decision when policy gives the customer no options? And by the way, the location in Winter Garden was at least willing to give a product that she knew personally works but it was only $5 dollars, so I asked what about the other $5. She said she would give me a gift card. Ok, but not okay. Customer is dissatisfied. And this rating is not even worth 1 star because I walked away with the same condition.

The maneger is rude 50% of the time the other 50%hes cool

My experience yesterday was the cashier walking up to ring up my things. He never greeted me and he was on his cell phone the whole time! He started by ringing up something I didn’t buy so I told him. He said to the person on the phone hold on these customers getting on my nerves puts the phone down and after ringing me up, he didn’t tell me my total. He just put his hand out and as I was leaving he didn’t even say have a good night or nothing. He just picked up his phone and continued his conversation as he rung up the next person. I call the store today to complain only to find out it was a manager! He’s not a good manager! The store was so dirty and so was the way he looked. The team they have there are weird and lack customer service big time. Fire that manager before he ruins the store and the employees with his foolishness!

The cashier is rude and confused. I asked for a specific item and pointed to the be I wanted but insisted I looked at something else. It was incompatible with my device at which point I had to advise her that I wanted the one I pointed to she reluctantly handed it to me

This place needs help. The employees are great, friendly but the store is a hot mess! Too much jammed into too little space and even more stock piled up willy-nilly. Think it has MANAGEMENT issues.

This place is now open again, found out, it was closed and boarded due to some body driving into building like a smash and grab!

I only have two complaints, one they never have enough shopping carts I’m handicapped and I need the cart to lean on and I’m usually told they might be in the parking lot or someone took them, the second thing is I like the power aid green melon or watermelon and they only had it once other store carries them so I will do business with them
