I took my 2008 Ford F150 with 175,000 miles in to have the brakes replaced based on an inspection from the Firestone on 8th street in Odessa. The 8th Street Firestone was booked for appointments so I took it to the Firestone on Andrews Highway. I have used this location several times for maintenance and repair. Patrick was working in the front and took all my information and said they would do an inspection of my truck before doing any work. I dropped off my truck and did errands around Odessa. A couple of hours later, Patrick calls me and tells me that my brakes are just fine and I do not need to replace them. He even called the 8th Street location to find out why they had recommended I needed new brakes. They had mislabeled my truck in their computer system so it recommended I needed new brakes. I was having other work done on my truck, getting new struts and an alignment. Patrick was very professional, offered me several discounts for the mistake and being a loyal customer. I was very impressed with the honesty of Firestone and the integrity shown by Patrick and the employees at the Andrews Highway location. I have used this location for many of my maintenance and repair needs. I will continue to do so and I can highly recommend this repair shop.

Kept my jeep for a week and a half. In the end they did not fix the problem. I was then charged 900.00.for an alignment and my vehicle was still not completely fixed. I dont think I will use again. I really was not happy as to how long my jeep was there nor was I happy to pay 900.00 for a half finished job. I took my jeep to a different shop a few days later. 2 hours and 120.00 and my jeep was great. Im not using again. You can make up your own mind.

Louis was very helpful when I called to get a same day appointment for the purchase of 4 tires, front end alignment and oil change. I had to go back a couple of times because my car displayed tire pressure low, both times the staff members were very helpful and worked hard to correct the issue. The last time, I knocked on the front door as the store had just closed, Patrick graciously went above and beyond to resolve the issue, which required him to stay late. This was especially helpful since I live 3+ hours away and a repeat trip would have been incredibly inconvenient. I highly recommend this establishment, not only because they are capable and well stocked, but because their customer service is outstanding!

I would give them a straight up ZERO. I sit there for 4 and a half hours today and waited for my truck to get aligned and they did absolutely nothing. Never been more unhappy with a service EVER.

Very slow, appointment was at 3 it took until 5 so it could have been due to being short handed. However, the employees working were very polite, covered my interior including the steering wheel with plastic to prevent damage or getting duty so the attitude of the employees is why I gave it 5 stars.

These guys replaced all 4 tires. Quick. I had my spare on. They put it back in its holder under the truck. The tires were nice and clean. Very friendly guys.

Look I got my car aligned however the environment just seems kinda hostile.. all the techs seem to have tension within each other. Service writer needs to be more enthusiastic at least show a smile or something. All the recommendations he gave me was clearly scripted and therefore I did not buy the up sale. So its ehh if you got no where else to go.

My daughter had her car towed to this Firestone station and we’ve been speaking with them for the last two months. Thanks to Liliana, Lewis and Brenda who’ve been a major help in getting my daughter’s car taken care of . Her car was left there being unfixable (new engine at least) and we finally had to get IAA to get a flatbed and driver on a Saturday to take it off the premises for salvage or auction. Lewis was so cooperative and helpful, he made sure the car was available for towing, kept the key for us and we couldn’t have ask for more professional service and cooperation! Thank you To all for dealing with a mom in Florida trying to help out her daughter in Texas.

Overall, the experience wasnt great. Lets talk good aspects:1. Front desk personnel was wearing masks per the State of Texas mandates.Now the issues that I saw and experienced:1. Crew from the bays constantly entering the building not wearing masks. Regardless of your stance on this issue, its a state mandate.2. Crew from the bays portraying a very low priority of getting work done. It was quite visible that their focus wasnt on getting the customers work handled and completed. It was a little frustrating to watch.The gentleman who completed the transaction with me did well and apologized for some of the wait.The crew out in the bays looks undisciplined and lacks clear direction and supervision. Im only visiting and needed a quick repair before I head home. If I lived here, I would never return.

Scheduled an appointment for 830 on a Saturday morning for AC repair. Drive an hour to get to the location only to find out they do not have the staff to cover the work. I guess my time does not matter to them since they are unable to pick up a phone to call and let me know.

Good customer service. Friendly. Time will tell if the repair job is good. So far I notice that theres no difficulty shifting into 1st gear and Reverse like before.

Reputation precedes. Asked about a simple tire balance and the new guy there said the tech said no. Then said I couldnt speak with the tech because he gets paid by the job and not the hour. Id mount and balance it myself if I had the time and equipment and this amazing new employee just brushed me off. Thanks guys

Very good manager Im not sure of her name she help me and my family we ran over a nail in the road and they was closing and the manager she had her workers put it on at no charge and she had also noticed that one of the other front tires was worn on our mini van she had them put a brand new tire on the front at no cost it was our first time at fire stone off andrews hwy thank u so much fire stone you have a great caring nice manager she is a good person thank you God bless u.

Battery I needed was in stock when I called. Writer said I could bring the car in same day. Installation was about 45 minutes. Excellent! (I recommend a quick service bay at all centers for similar, simple installarions). This avoided a 5 hour wait for battery installation during this visit. Will return to this store for future services.

Awful service!!! They placed me an appointment at 10am saying that the truck will be ready by 12. My truck was ready until 7pm and they get mad at me because I called them like three or four time asking about my truck. When I pick up my truck the alignment was wrong my steering wheel was like 30 degrees out of its place! Not recommend at all!!!!

The gentleman who helped me was super nice. But it took 2 hiuho to change the oil. The tech were to busy shopping for tools and then decide to let me know after 2 hours they didnt have the oil in stock

Went in for a front end alignment. They were a little busy but got me in fairly quickly. The service took about an hour and a half. Overall I was pleased with the service I received.

Its 930 am on a Monday morning they have one GS in the shop and the maintenance writer told me its going to be 3.5 hrs before they can perform a 20 min oil change service on my truck. I assume this firestone doesnt like money or they employ incompetent employees but as someone that worked at firestone for 2 years Ill tell you that this shop is absolutely pathetic. These guys are on flag hours and for them to not be able to multitask such as perform basic level maintenance on multiple vehicles is absolutely atrocious. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait all day long for basic services.

Checked other things not given permission to. Tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs. No one worked on my car for half an hour. I spent nearly 3 hours there and all they accomplished was a brake inspection. They couldnt get the lugnut off.

Over $30 just to fix a flat???? Really??? This is why I will never buy my tires from Firestone. Discount Tire has the right idea. I will always buy my tires from them.

Place is a complete joke. Firestone already has bad name but this place makes it look worse. Dont recommend anyone to bring anything here. It would take them 8hrs to scrape a bug of the windshield.

Scheduled service here and then they deleted my my appointment from their data base and failed to call and notify me. Then they tell me that they would have called me if they had planned on doing to service like if I am supposed to know to expect for them to notify me. Drove 2 hours on my only day off in a month to get here thank you Firestone incomplete auto care.

Horrible service. 2 plus hours for an oil change? And i ask them to bleed my brake lines and they have the audacity to lie to me and tell me my master cylinder is messing up. Im a mechanic i know my truck. The cyclinder was fine. It was air in the lines. So they render horrible service, lie and try to steal my hard earned money. Im never bringing my truck to a Firestone ever again.

Im usually all about going by good reviews. Ha. Not this place. I came because every morning Im needing to jump start my wor truck. Unfortunately we are not allowed to work on the truck so we gotta bring them in to the Profesionals. Well after 1.5 hours of waiting for my truck to be looked at get a well everything checked out good. I said Im I guess jump starting my truck is normal.

Good customer service. Kind of slow. It took almost 6 hours for an alignment and 4 new tires but the customer service made up for it.

Scheduled ahead with this store and another online... took off work to do it... only to find out the alignment machine was broken for some time. I even had them look me up to verify that I was scheduled, and there I was. They further called their 8th street store and said they can take me today. Well I get there and they tell me there is no way and come back some other day. That was 5 minutes from the call. What is wrong with the Odessa Firestone stores????

What a waste of $500! I went in with an older truck that hadnt had AC since we bought it. We had replaced the compressor ourselves ($300!) but it still wasnt blowing cold. First, they told us they would only inspect it and wouldnt be able to actually fix it for 20 days. Then they came back and said theyd fix it for the next day. Whatever. They quoted us for around $500! At that point we just wanted AC as it was July in west Texas. I go there to pay and she said $450, so I was like cool. Savings right? I asked her about it after paying and the lady acted like she messed up. I could see the screen and it had a recommended price section at the bottom that said over $500. She charged me the non-marked up price. Way to stay classy, Firestone. A month later and my AC is hot again. $800 for nothing. I will not be going to a Firestone ever again.Update: I contacted Firestone about the issue I had and received a call back from the desk guy who had an attitude with me for filing a complaint. He then explained that they could look at it under warranty as there was clearly a leak after adding fryon ourselves and having the AC hot again by the next day. We had also noticed that the caps were missing off the AC lines. So I went back not really expecting anything better, and I was right. This time, suddenly my accumulator needs to be replaced as well as the plug. The guy claimed they hadnt done a dye test when Im pretty sure I payed for a dye test the first time. He quoted me another $200. I left instead. I got home and my husband wanted to see what the guy was talking about. Not only had they just left the wires hanging off the accumulator, but the bar over the battery was missing a bolt and was over the frame with the hood shut on it causing a huge gap. And the bolt beside the battery that keeps it from rocking was also missing! They had no reason to take the battery out! Though we cant prove it, my husband thinks they may have repkaced the battery with an older one. Always photograph your engine before taking it to a mechanic! Never going back to this place!

Terrible service..i knew but couldnt prove previous missing services, so i marked tires and caught them lying about completing rotate and balance and left items on ticket they even said they didnt do...id never recommend this shop. Ya think your slick and gettin away with sumthing till you get caught by an old and former mechanic. Then proceed to curse and throw a childish tantrum due to having to complete the task asked of you that you cheated.

Terrible place to get work done... paid $890.00 for a radiator not including labor.. total came out to $1500.00 i sat here from 10:00 a.m to 8:30 p.m then come in 2 daus later to get my antifreeze filled up AGAIN cant tell me why its using fluid anf then ive been here since 8 just to get more antifreeze put in.. extremly terrible place to go for anything including tires!!!!

I called on Thursday june 14th and made an appointment for an alignment on Saturday the 16th . My appt was at 4pm and i received a call from Firestone asking me what i was coming in for. I said an alignment. She then said oh well our alignment machine is broken . You might call other places to see if they can get you . I informed her i leave on Tuesday for a road trip. They definitely lost a customer. I give no stars

I brought my truck in at 2pm Friday, bought 4 new tires, front end alignment and was asked to bring my truck back at 10am Saturday. My truck sat there until around 3pm before anyone touched my truck and they asked me to leave it another day so I did. At 2:30pm I went and got my truck and they still didnt do my front end alignment. Terrible service, terrible place to get your work done.

It took 5hrs to change a battery on a day when there were just a couple of customers being waited on. They were under staffed.

They tried to charge me $3700 to replace two hub assemblies!!
