Such a delightful,cozy place.They are very accommodating and the wifi and fact that they will let you use it as long as you need is a big plus.

For the business and crazy, steady flow of customers; walk-in, drive thru, and mobile orders... I believe the employees of this location did a stellar job keeping up.Suggestion: I do think that with the high turn around of high school students, that it would be nice if disinfectant wipes were provided.... Like at the grocery store.... I dont think most people would mind wiping their own tables or chairs down before sitting down. Its kinda an acceptable thing now.

Excellent service but the fact that we only have 2 drive thru Starbucks make it extreme to get coffee in the mornings. Still worth the wait.

Regular Starbucks but theres a woman that works the indoor pick-up line that brightens my day with fun comments every time I see her. People like her bring joy and are invaluable. John is really cool too.

Placed an order online thinking this was the pick up location... Im not a local. Walked in lobby to pick up my order.... which of course wasnt ready... because I was at the wrong place. The staff after seeing me and my daughter waiting longer than usual asked what we had ordered and made our order right away. They didnt even ask for a receipt... they just made our order. Now thats GREAT customer service in my book. After dropping off my daughter at school I looked up order and realized I was in the wrong location. I want to Thank the whole staff for the great service yall render! Keep it up.

This morning I go inside to get my coffee and I’m already in my head and feelings as i have to go see my oncologist for 6 month check up and as I get called up for my order two workers start chanting my name Delores Delores and tell me Im going to conqueror my day! Wooooooow that was amazing and it lifted my spirits! They had no idea but im grateful for their great hearts and their attitudes on this dark chilly morning!

Theyre always nice & super on top of it. Mainly never get my order & they are starting to run out of stuff faster lately (9/21) but they give options to substitute if needed/wated. Thank you!

The staff at this location are the best..they always greet me by name, they know what I want and always get my order out quickly. They care about their customers and are always friendly..I wont go to any other location but this one.

I went to this Starbucks and this tall blonde girl was being rude while taking my order she had given me attitude for no reason but that’s not all she messed up order and gave me something completely different and forget my cake pop but I ask the girl who regularly takes my order and she polite redid my order which I appreciate I understand that they have a job but I don’t appreciate the attitude I was given while giving her my order and the audacity she had to mess up my order completely

Worst one in Odessa, the drive through was 45 minutes, and when they gave me my London fog, they messed up the order and put no vanilla in it. When I went back in, they couldnt just add the vanilla, they were going to have me wait again so they could remake it. I said screw it and left, theres better coffee shops in town. Starbucks cant handle any kind of rush, just go somewhere better, I cant think of another way to waste so much of your time.

Just wow! My family and I came inside to get Sunday coffee and some snacks we were standing there for about 5 mins and they saw us but ignored us so I waived my hands. A barista by the name of Penny decided to say,” Oh my gosh are you ok?” Where I responded we’ve been here for like 5 mins and no one has helped us. Then I got her attitude and a reply, “well we are very busy” that maybe so for drive thru but all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to they can handle it and help their customers and receive no attitude in asking for service. I then said “sure Penny some help would be nice.” While ordering our drinks she was even more rude with making me repeat everything and rolling her eyes. I get it and I didn’t come mean to come across any way just you’re looking at us but no one is helping us. The reaction from Penny was uncalled for.

I’m not one to normally make reviews but I thought these girls deserved one today. My order is ALWAYS made to perfection! But we are all human and today tasted particularly different, I hate confrontation when it comes to service workers, But today I went inside and the girl with freckles was so sweet and understanding. I never really complain in fear of attitude from the service team, but she was just as sweet as can be as well as the lady who remade it! Y’all are an AWESOME team and I LOVE ordering from you guys always! Thank you for making my complex coffee! Y’all are amazing!

The most horrid experience Ive ever received at a Starbucks. After waiting in line for an hour, only to find out they couldnt accommodate 4/6 drinks that I ordered, the employee, who was an older male, was SO rude. I understand that the wait and running out of supplies is out of any employees hands, but the way to respond and treat customers is everything. I ordered 4 cold brews, in which the man replied were not going to have enough for that. I asked him if they were completely out, meaning if they could make just one cold brew, that would be great. In to which he replied do you think Im just making it up? Wow.

Ofcourse Starbucks is good why wouldnt it be ?

Came by for a Frappuccino at this location for the first time in like 3 years. Same as it’s always been - slow drive thru service. Only 4 cars in front of me and it took almost 30 minutes. If you have all the time in the world then this is the place for you. It certainly isn’t for me. 👎🏼And today 12-10-19) I happened to come by and I forgot about my old review. Nothing has improved. Place needs an upgrade. Look at my video.

I hate that I didn’t catch the woman’s name who helped me today. She was extremely polite and treated everyone as they were her kids. Genuine. Something the world needs right now!

Orders are always correct and wait time is decent with all the traffic they have.

The women who work here have great customer service. When I do mobile pickup they will ask for my name if they see me waiting, in drive thru they apologize for the wait, and because they’re required to wear their mask I wear mine as well regardless if it’s drive thru. For people who say there’s a long wait, mobile pickup is very quick. You order on your way there and it’s usually waiting for you by the time you arrive.

Disappointed they do not carry the sweetners I use such as Equal and Sweet n Low

Arrived at 10pm on Sunday night. By the time we got to order at 10:33pm we received a message saying they were closed. The manger could of had the courtesy to arrange a plan with employees to have someone go outside to notifying people ahead of us and behind us that they will not be taking anymore orders instead of having customers waste their time in line.

This place its always busy, and thats because of the location. I recommend to order through the app, the only negative thing about this location is that no body from the staff seems to care to greet the customers. You can be standing there for almost 2 to 3 minutes and nobody will bother to help. I have had this happening to me, I have to always ask for help. I think the management team I can a better job as well. Other than that I do not see any issues even with the COVID-19 pandemic happening these days.

After placing the order I found that I didnt have my wallet. Told them about it. They were pretty considerate and still have me.my order. Really appreciate the gesture from the staff :) .

So very upset I arrived in line at 9:40 pm. I waited in line and when I need to order they said a lady in front of me ordered 30 drinks. So the machines would shut down by the time they made drink. To top it off i was stuck in line. I couldnt reverse to get out or go forward. Waste of my evening 😒 it is now 10:45

I travel all around the country in a semi and this location is the ONLY one I have ever been to that has very friendly baristas who understand that. And all who were working at the time we’re so happy and appreciative to help take our order. As a previous Starbucks employee I want to spotlight how that team environment and energy of this store was so apparent that they were all going above and beyond putting very noticeable pride in thier duties. And the young woman who catered to us I especially want to extend gratitude and appreciation. Thank you keep up the amazing job!

I am not sure why, though everytime i order an iced tea or water from this starbucks it taste different almost like the water is not filtered.

My ham and cheese was cold. Was in town visoting and this was the worst service and food we have ever had from a Starbucks.

The staff was friendly and my simple order was delivered quickly. Sat on the patio to do some laptop work. Beautiful day outside. I cannot say the same for the patio. Trash everywhere and it could use a good pressure washing. No security cameras. This store is on a very busy street and the noise is obtrusive.

I dont know what I can really say about Starbucks that hasnt been said. Its flavored coffee. It is good. This particular location seems to be one of the most efficient as they get drinks out fast and have never messed mine up, but sometimes they taste a little off.
