I can’t with this store today!!! We just left the store in Odessa TX. We were wanting to get a company logo on our hat. Mind you we purchased the hat then paid an additional 14 plus tax to embroider our logo. They messed it up BAD!!!!! And although it was their fault, policy states (according to them) they can’t refund anything!!!! I understand no liking the logo but they ruined it!! I wish I could upload a picture! I advise NOT getting ANYTHING embroidered here!!

The guy doing the embroidery misspelled what we wanted written, took almost an hour and a half to take it out, and still did an awful stitch job in the end. Just go to midland if you want good work, they were much more helpful and flexible.

Horrible. They dont answer phone. Save time.amd go to Midland instead of this trash store.

Went in to buy a hat and I was helped by a young man. He was very helpful, he was able to find two different hats for me in two different colors. I tried one on and I didn’t think on trying the other one. I went back in there and again he helped me find the right size in the same style of hat. When I went to the register Kimberly the MANAGER gave me real bad attitude while making the exchange. Ever since I was trying on the hats, I was buying two, she seemed bothered that I had the guy looking for different sizes and styles. Long story short for the exchange she said I couldn’t get my original receipt back so I told her the customer always gets the original back if they have an other item. So she says well aren’t you going to wear the hat or are you planing on returning it. So I said well I came back to exchange this one I don’t know maybe I will come back to return it. So can I have the original receipt she still refused so I told her to return all the money back to me and she said ok that’s fine and yanked the bag out of my hand. So I told her you do not have customer service what so ever. She said I’m the manager so I told her well it sad that your employee has better customer service than you. She didn’t care about making a sale she was happy to make the refund.

Employe laughed when I asked him to scan a hat to see if it was cheaper and rudely said its what it is on the sticker. The store was advertising that some hats are five dollars including other Clarence items. It said ask associates for details on the sale and could not say details. I say screw it Ill buy my stuff elsewhere. Dont like shopping in places with lazy employees who are not helpful at all and giving an attitude. This was the newer lids by fudruckers and Spencers. The sales rep was a tall young man African American. This was around 1:50 pm January 21st 2020.

Went there and spent 200 dollars on merchandise and embroidery. They told me wait 30 min. Came back in 30 min and hadnt even begun. 30 min later they were done and went completely wrong on embroidery. They said they could refund caps but not embroidery. So went home with only half my money. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

I went there last week and the experience was terrible. The cashier, whose name was DeAndre, was apparently from Austin and spent the entire transaction trashing the Odessa-Midland area as the middle of nowhere. He even asked me if I had been to Austin and when I said no, he said youre missing out on life. Im originally from an even smaller community and I didnt like having to deal with that patronizing attitude, especially during a business transaction, or to be involved in his conversation about drinking. I dont know if this was some sort of exchange program, but if this is the standard this store strives to maintain, I will never shop here again.
