Walked in the store and Hannah was incredibly friendly and professonal. There was another girl, but didnt catch her name, but she was awesome also. Hard to find great people in this city but great job UPS! Please give both ladies a raise! :)

It would be nice if the hours posted were the hours they actually opened the store...Website AND door both say 8, sat and waited until 9 before they opened. I saw 5 different people leave because they cant be proper and post the correct time.

The kids that work there are more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Shipped a package out Friday morning. Said it would be at the destination on Saturday. Turns out, they JUST shipped it two and a half days later

Probably the best ups store you can go to the rest of the ups store around west Texas have terrible customer service and don’t care about your package.

If you ship a heavy item at This location this is what you will get in return then you try to contact them of course no answer I asked them specifically if they wanted me to strap it to a pallette they said sir we guarantee it

Not sure exactly how returns work. But the Item I was shipping was carelessly put in the box, they said theyd take care of wrapping the item before putting it inside the box, came back for a question and noticed they never wraped the item (because obviously id take more time), they just packaged it and got it ready for delivery. Too Lazy

I needed to get documents put together and while at first it was messed up, when i when back they were so helpful to get it fixed. Hannah helped me and she was so patient and understanding. She really went the extra mile to ensure all was corrected, printed properly and put together right. I really appreciated all the effort and her attitude about it all was great!

I have had nothing but good service from this store. One time there was a problem with a package I sent, the manager quickly fixed it, then I received a phone call from the owner. I was impressed that the owner followed up on the issue. Great place to do business with.

I went in to ship for my first time and Jasmine was very helpful and patient.

Even though there is another UPS Store a block from my apartment, I only go to this location because of the excellent customer service. There is a an outstanding staff who go out of their way to help with the packing, sending, and then receiving of the artwork that I have been mailing to exhibitions throughout the US. Torre and Nicole (not sure of all the names) have been very helpful along with the others who work there.

I will avoid this location in the future. Christine is the name on my receipt. she never even looked me in the eye. She looked miserable and like she didnt want to be there let alone help m . Paid more to ship then what was inside and she was vague when I asked about option . Where is the great customer service???? I work with people every day and even on my worst day wouldnt treat people with such disregard Its a shame

Bad service. Went this morning to return packages. I asked for a manager. Turns out she was the manager. Needed help with the packages she was not no help at all. I asked questions all she could say was I dont know. To top it off I was the only one at the store. She was just standing there behind the cas register. Its sad to see an employee that is a manager not willing to go the extra mile.😡😡

Great people very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and one of the best places ever when it comes to customer service. Always greeted and treated like a number one priority. Love this place.

The 3 young ladies that work at this location are just awesome! I had the pleasure of working with Torre and she has the greatest personality and customer service skills. I’ve been to a lot of ups stores, but this one by far is that best.! Thank you ladies

Called the Faudree location for a notary and was told that she was in, when I arrived the older woman told me she had quit? I then went to this location and had a full staff that were notaries, there was no wait walked right in and was taken care of. Will definitely spend the extra gas money for a service I know they will guarantee!

I always used this store, close to my home address and very polite ladies. I used to send the label to their email to get it printed since I dont have a printer. Free of charge, since the computer there was super slow. Today I went there like always. Ended up being super upset when they told me to pay $10 to print the label from the email they always provided me. 😡 not going there anymore

You cant ship with a company account here like you can at every UPS Store that Ive been to outside of Odessa.Reply: Ive used this store twice since the original review with the same results. If there is a way of doing it, you should teach the employees. My customer is frustrated they they are being billed back at my rate of shipping instead of their corporate rates.

$10.00 holding fee to get a package rerouted to this facility?? Not to mention this place has rude service. If I didnt need my package this bad I wouldve returned it.. this place is not recommended and I would go with FedEx all the way!!!! Never again!!! Shipped Key Fobs worth ~$2000 paid $50 to ship. Contents of package were lost box was discarded. UPS has no idea what happened to a bubble wrapped bundle of 120 key fobs. No type of compensation just thank you for giving us your money. Read about their insurance policy and understand each store is individually owned. Meaning they play the blame game and you lose. If you have to use UPS: buy the box from them, have them pack the box, them seal the box, and buy insurance. Good luck

Called the store earlier to pickup at 7 pm which is when they close. I reached there at 7 pm and even though the staff saw me, they shut the door. Drove 40 miles for nothing. They could have saved me the trip by asking me to reschedule my pickup. Inefficient and indifferent when it comes to accommodating schedules. I called the 1-800 number to seek help. The 1-800 customer service is also not very helpful as they do very little from their end. All in all, it is very uncomfortable to deal with pickup when you have a busy schedule. Better to look for other options.

Unsatisfied customer. I needed a print a form, which normally I paid $1.25 at the store in Dallas. Well the unfriendly girls that work there sent me to login to the computer where I was charge $10 dlls on my credit card for using the computer. This was ridiculous! $10 for 1 copy. I should to get a refund. Just be careful using the computer

Ive had aa mailbo here for last 3 years. The manager and one or two employees have been extremely nice. However one of the employees named Ashley is extremely rude and disrespectful. She pretty much said and I quote If you can read this, sign at the bottom. The level of discrimination is unbelievable. Honestly, I wouldnt be surprised if more than half of the reviews is due to her behavior.

Need to double check address when delivering. This is the 5th package that has been dropped off at someone elses house good thing there are still goos people or I would have never got it. They even delivered medications to someone elses house that was meant for my house.

Ive had a postal box at this store for over three years and the service and store hours have always been great. Even though it is a much longer drive to the UPS Store than to my nearest US Post Office, the UPS Store offers so much more service.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS.......they are not sweet little girls at all they are thieves.These little chicks stole my amazon return. I will be comin in VERY soon. I do not play about my money. I don’t like thieves. I’ve been trackin my package that y’all left open (so you could steal it) and you were supposed to drop the shippin labelInside. Sure is funny the weight that amazon received is lighter than what came to me in the mail. I’m not stupid. Thieves. Like I said I don’t play about my money. You will regret it.UPDATE. I’ve been tracking my tracking # ending in 5324 and the total weight of the box should have been over 2.00 lbs it weighed .90 lbs upon arrival. This store doesn’t have a manager. Manager on maternity leave and the back up manager is “on vacation” so these teenager lookin “sweet girls” (according to some of these posts) are stealin peoples items that are being returned.

I went to this store yesterday to send a couple of items and all the girls working in this store looked miserable they had a poor attitude and were so rude when asking customers questions I cant even tell you how many times I caught them talking to a customer looking at each other and rolling their eyes I will not be going back to this store in the future.

Drove over an hour and a half to drop off a package, and the shop was closed 30 minutes earlier than the hours posted on the door. Employees are still inside and refuse to open the door, or answer the phone.

This store closed out my mail box without letting me know and I know I updated my information plus they never called me but I do know I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Okay, the hours were still posted online as being open on July 4th so I get on my trusty bike and ride the 3 miles there and back. When I got there a sign was placed on the door for the regular customers. If it would have said closed on the site, then I wouldnt be standing here in front of picked doors typing this note. Thanks, UPS, for not being able to post a closed sign. Even the post office had it on their site.

Poor customers service phone rings and rings machines answers to enter remote access code !!! how would I know that?

I arrived near 5 oclock and the place was full. I thought I was going to be there for a while, so I went over to print up my packing slip. By the time I was done looking it up and sending it for printing, the store was empty and they took my package for shipment. All in all, I spent like 15 minutes to get my package sent.

The staff that works in that store is rude and they do not give me solutions
