Austin hooked me up! :) I live in Oregon and purchased a Blue Kawasaki Mule XC FI (4X4) from him. I was able to work with him and get the entire deal dialed in over email and phone, I never had to enter the store till the day I walked in and out with my new Mule. We drove the Mule home to Oregon and we could not be any happier.

The store was clean for a start. The sales representative could not answer but a couple questions didnt really know anything about what he was trying to sale. Then when I asked for a detailed out the cost sheet for two different models Ill go with what a ordeal for something that should have very simple and should have only taken a few minutes to do. Well after 25 minutes of waiting for it they couldnt even get that right they instead of two separate cost sheets they put the two together and didnt even get the right models that I requested.

These folks are resourceful and AWESOME! This recent purchase of a custom built-out 2021 Honda XR650L is the 2nd bike in 2 months that we have traveled from Oregon to Utah to purchase from Young Powersports. The previous bike was a 2022 Yamaha TW200 which our son is ripping around on the campus of University of Utah with. Young Powersports was the only dealer out of over 50 dealers that we reached out to that could deliver the right bike(s) at the right price within the right timeframe. This most recent experience required some heavy lifting, as it was a fairly extensive custom-build of a new Honda XR650L. After collaborating with Conley, Austin, and Dillon in the Sales Department, Kash in the Parts Department, and Billy in the Service Department, these guys delivered EXACTLY the INSANELY COOL custom-build dual-sport that we wanted for ripping around all over the backroads and trails of Mt. Hood with! We absolutely love this bike! It is perfect!! And our son is super stoked with his TW200 as well. Many thanks to ALL at Young Powersports! Now, about that new snow machine!?.......

Sales department is great, service department sucks. I have a brand new Honda rebel 1100 dct owned it for 6 months and it has been in there shop for two of them because there service department is so slow. I had but it in for a shifting issue and engine light and they gave it back to me 5 weeks later and told me that they don’t know what’s wrong with it. It happened again and took them 2 more weeks to find the issue a 3 more to fix it. Basically 10weeks in the shop to replace one speed sensor.

My wife and I purchased a Kawasaki Mule just this week. We had the pleasure of working with Austin Jimenez. Austin did a fantastic job of informing us of the operation of our Mule and all of its features. He is extremely knowledgeable and most of all, very customer oriented. Austin even helped me properly tie the Mule to our trailer, giving me pointers as to the best method and locations for the straps. Since Young Auto group bought newgate honda i was apprehensive. But they were same ol home town guys wanting to get you to have the best experience you can have. Between Dillon and Austin they were not pressuring or rushing at all. In April, my husband and I bought a Honda Pioneer 700. When we went in we were looking for a lower priced, 2 seater. Very confident, knowledgeable sales staff helped us into a 4 seater and to this day VERY happy we did.The day after we bought our machine, We had a technical issue with the water pump. We were to be leaving for the weekend for a weekend full of riding. Immediate response, Rob, the store manager, got us into a brand new machine with no hesitation! What could have been a huge letdown of a weekend, Rob made it happen!Thank you Rob!!I am very pleased with the staff and product at Ogden’s Young Powersports. Just needed to so our Appreciation for the young power sports in Ogden . We bought our 950 z and loved it but had ran into an issue with it and hit an Impasse with CFmoto and young’s stepped up and made things happen to help us and got us a new machine . Austin, Parker, Conley and the new Service manager all lead by Devin have turned that place into a prize power sports store . Disappointed. Attempted to get my quad serviced with an alignment there, and went in to make an appointment on Tuesday. I was told that Friday was their first available appt. Sounds great, but then I asked about drop off an pick up. They told me that it would take them a couple days to get parts, after I dropped off the quad (oil and filter?) and that I should be able to pick it up after Tuesday the following week. I was basically told that their new units take priority over existing customer service requirements.If you make an appointment days ahead of drop off wouldnt the service department be able to get the supplies needed ahead of time? Why quote an appointment day if your not going to work on that customers vehicle that day?Im glad I didnt make the appt and after reading the reviews Im pretty solid I made the right choice. There are other competitors that would most likely have better customer service. Young Power Sports does not have a great customer service model.

Very disappointed, I went to Young Powersports on 3/27/21 with the intention of buying a motorcycle. I had a trade in and an appointment with a salesman. Brought my trade in, they looked at it and gave me a price, everything was good up until this point. I ended up waiting for three hours for them to get paperwork in order. I was not financing the new motorcycle but paying the difference.Finally when financing stated they were ready for me I was told they do not take a card for payment because of previous issues with cards. Unfortunately I had already signed over the title for my trade in. No one had told me that they did not take cards. I was forced to complete financing paperwork in the event that my card did not work. Even up to this point I could overlook the issues. But then I did not receive all the paperwork I needed to title and register the new motorcycle. I had to wait until the 16th of April, 3 weeks after my purchase to receive the paperwork, even though I had paid in full the day I received the new motorcycle.Also my new motorcycle did not come with an owners manual, they made sure to ask me for the manual of my trade in, which I was able to provide to them. They took down my address and said they would ship it to me when they found it. It has been 3 weeks and I have still not received it.I am not trying to be overly critical, everyone I dealt with was polite and courteous with me, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! NOT HAPPY!!!That one star stands for minus 10. We took our ATV in because it wouldnt stay started and when it did, it had no power. They had it over 2 months with us having to call them to check the progress. They wanted $1100 for diagnostic, oil change, & spark plug. We asked them what the compression test showed ...their response was ... We didnt do a compression test. REALLY? Isnt that one of the first things you would check?It was one thing after another. When all said and done, they wanted over $5000 for totally rebuilt engine because it is now blowing white smoke.Now its in worse shape than when we took it in.NEVER AGAIN!

My father in law bought a new KRX this evening. He was tickled about going down to pick it up. When we arrived, the dealer added $2500 in additional fees and would not budge on them because of a UTV shortage.Additionally, we had to wait an hour supposedly because an area finance guy was in the area and they needed to β€œhold a meeting” and that was the reason for us to have to wait. Anyway, the product quality was good, the staff was friendly but I was not impressed with the overall service levels.

Alec and Heather were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable in helping with the purchase of my bike Ive had my eyes on for years. The entire process was very enjoyable. They were very friendly. Of course, after the fact trying to get all the paperwork complete due to being an out of state purchaser was a nightmare. I was even told be Heather at one point that once I signed the deal it was no longer their problem, even though everything WAS their issue including that, despite my warning, they put all the addressing to my physical address rather than my mailing address. Living off grid i never would gave got things complete. A full three days of effort on my part finally got everything corrected so i could title and register my bike. I wouldnt use these people again on a dare.

I took my 2005 Kawasaki KLR 250 in to Young Powersports Newgate Mall location on May 27th. Took them weeks and weeks to provide an estimate and now they wont give an ETA on finishing the repairs. They need to rebuild the carburetor and replace the front shock seals. Kestra Casteel wont return phone calls and always ducks my questions. Never mind that a good repair shop would call ME to give ME an update on repairs. Six weeks and counting . . .

I dropped the quad off the next morning and it was done by the end of the day including a full tune up. Everything worked great and everyone involved was very helpful and communicative. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These techs (2 week trained ) are trained to fix machines and pass off as new. They take OLD parts and put them on passing them off as if they are new. The wait is HORRIBLE. After a two hours waiting for someone to take my money I notice the BRAND NEW Atv leaking. There is a blue 2021 KFX50c brand new leaking oil from the engine. Beware when purchasing.

Took my Atv down a few years back to have it fixed because it was smoking and have had a leak a round the shift shafts since then. Taken it back to have them fix it. Which they have failed in doing so for the past few years. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE Department. They say they will call they never call back i always have to call them to find out what is going on. There has been a lack of professionalism since the Young Motor group took over. This not any better than their dealerships, they lost me as customer there as well. I WOULD NOT BUY OR TAKE ANYTHING TO THE YOUNG MOTOR GROUP. It is sad that a once great place has gone down hill. Rob at Young Powersports in Ogden is fantastic to work with. I called a half dozen or more motorcycle dealers along the Wasatch front mid-day on a Saturday to inquire about buying a motorcycle. Almost every dealer routed me to voice mail (hello 21st century), never returned my call, or didn’t even answer. Young Powersports in Ogden answered my call, and Rob was very friendly and helpful. Pretty simple, Rob sold me a new motorcycle and the others lost out on a sale. Word to the wise, customer service still matters. Great job Rob and YPS!

Writing this review on behalf of my Father (Paul), who recently purchased an ATV from Young Power Sports.Do not shop here folks. The financing manager ( Ryan Boomer Smith) is a complete joke. Boomer took hours to complete the financing that should have only taken a few minutes. I have purchased expensive cars at other reputable dealer-ships that have taken an hour tops. His demanor at the time of the sell was extremely hostile and was extremely rude upon entering his office, almost yelling at us for entering his office with paperwork that he requested to complete the financing. Furthermore, Boomer acted treated my father like he had nothing in the bank, despite having enough to cash the entire purchase out...On top of all this, they sold my father a new ATV that backfires, pops, and makes other odd mechanic noises that it should not make. I am pretty sure they sold him a lemon. On top of that, Boomer forced my Father to accept additonal packages that added nearly $3,500 to the sell of the ATV. An ATV that should have cost ~$7,500 out the door, ended up costing $12,000 and the large down payment made, clearly went into Boomer and Young Powersports pocket for absolutely nothing. My father called today, to ask about taking the ATV back in hopes that he could trade it back in to get a larger side by side, only to be promised by (Austin) that he would call back. Nothing put crickets after. This is not the same place it used to be 10-15 years ago when it was under ownership of different management. Because of this rocky and horrible experience with Young, I will never even think Young for anything auto or ATV related. I am so sick of seeing their advertisements, but overall a terrible company.

The customer service here was bad, I was consistently promised callbacks that never came, the reps took no notes, so each time I called nobody could tell me what was happening with my moped.The person who checked me into their system originally didnt listen when I told him the list of things I wanted them to look at so none of the reps after him knew what I wanted done.They didnt do half the things that were on my list (probably because they didnt bother to write them down after each time I told them)They promised me it would be done several times, and that they would call me several times, and when I called them at the end of each day (because they never called back) they would give me some excuse about why it wasnt done yet, which usually was down to that they didnt work on it.When I finally received my moped the mechanic had neglected to set the idle on the carburetor properly, which I had to fix when I got home.It definitely is working better now but I will never be back.

Im a happy customer of Young Powersports Service Dept. My Goldwing quit running after I checked into a motel in Tremmington Ut for the night, went to move it, and nothing. I let my finger do the walking and found Young Powersports in Ogden. The minute the silky-tongued young lady in Service took the call, no problem, can you hold for a minute? I can have a tow truck ready to pick you up at 8 am, Will that work? Yes maam, says I. The Driver calls and picked up the bike and the service person said give us a call around 4 pm They put their top gun Goldwing mechanic on it. The next day I was back on the road. The bill was more than fair. The confidence the phone lady gave me in the conversation sold the job. Nice Going to Young Powersports and crew.

The worst salesmen I have ever seen. You walk in to a void of life showroom. As you wander around the room, you wonder if Thanos, from Avengers:Infinity War has snapped his fingers somewhere and took 1/2 of life in the universe with it. However, sadly, it isnt that simple. Pretty crummy experience. I feel it’s mostly due to me buying a used, cheaper model instead of a new expensive one. They were really helpful until I handed them a check. No big deal at first. They needed to order new tires, service the bike, then reinstall the full luggage kit (that prior to purchase I was told it included), so they told me it’d be 3-5 business days. After the weekend I called on the 3rd business day, I was overly excited. I was told it’d be today or tomorrow and they’d call me. On the 5th business day I called again and they took down my info and was told β€œ I’m going to look into this right now and call you right back”. 7hrs later my son offered to stop by and see what was going on. After 45 minutes and given the run around he was told one of the tires was on back order until August, I was never notified (btw, this was mid April). So I called the service department (very professional, friendly, and kind) they said they’d order a different set of tires that’ll be there sooner. I proceeded to ask the service department if I can just grab the bike in the morning and bring it back for the tire installation, which they said would be great. So I returned Saturday morning and went straight to the service department. They greeted me with smiles then after I gave them my info they had no idea what the sales department was saying because they had the original new tires, ready to be installed, and received them a day or two ago. They told me to call back around 4pm to see if it was ready. At 3:30pm I got a call from the sales department saying how excited they were that the bike was finished and ready. I, again, went straight to the service department who verified the bike was ready and very sweetly walked me to the sales department to the guy that sold me the bike and told him I was waiting. 20 min later after my salesman got done talking to customers he proceeded to play around on a mini bike while a different salesman came to help. I asked him where the luggage set (which is WHY I paid the overly price for) was he said he assumed there was luggage for it and told me he’d leave a message for the original owner ?!?!?! (Why not offer to make it right). Anyhow, he grabbed my salesman who acted like I wasn’t 20 ft away this whole 40 min time and faked how he had no idea I was there. Finally ready to take the bike I asked them to put the temp license on where he snapped off a plate light which shorted out the bike blowing a fuse leaving it with no workable lights. I took the bike straight home to do my own repairs to get it where it was between the service department and my ownership. I will never in my life buy or recommend anyone to the sales department. I am feeling really bad because this is really like 2 bad reviews I have ever left out of literally 100’s of positive ones. Positive reviews feel nice to post. Plus I understand stuff happens but multiple problems with the same department? I’ve had bad luck 3 or 4 times with the parts department as well as 3 interactions with the service department who are always AMAZING, fun, friendly, professional, and prompt to call/return calls. If I come back, it’d be for the service department only. Btw, no luggage.Update- bought bike 5/1/21 it’s now 6/18/21 and no plates. They told me it was an issue for several people bu I talked to the DMV and they said this is in no way normal and a week was pushing it. I did by the luggage I was promised and it ended up being around $500.

Austin and Heather at Young Powersports took great care of us. There was no pressure, they held the machine for almost a week while we did more research. Even after checking prices at multiple dealerships their initial price on a Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT was lower than any that we found. I would definitely work with them again. In addition they quoted prices on a plow and winch and after doing further research online all of their prices beat the online prices that I found. They also threw in a 5-year battery warranty at the last minute without increasing my out the door price. Thank you Austin and Heather!

Nice people but I cannot recommend the service and parts departments. Arranged to have snow tracks put on my Teryx. Parts guy said it may need a lift kit when I spoke to them. After dropping it off they insisted it would require 8 hours labor to install the tracks and 2 hours more for a lift kit. The tracks manufacturer says no lift kit needed and it should take 2 hours for initial installation. Other shops I spoke to confirmed it should take 2-3 hours so I took it to another shop that charged me $270 for about 3 hrs labor and it all is looking and working great, no lift kit needed! Either this service department doesnt know what theyre doing, are trying to rip you off, or both.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I bought a bike with a ton of accessories from Austin and he was awesome. Very low pressure sales, but still available for questions and suggestions. Exactly what you want in a salesperson. Heather helped with financing, and it was a 100% transparent buying experience. I Visited Young Powersports today and was highly impressed with the service. I purchased two Honda Groms for my boys. Within a minute of my arrival, I was greeted by an employee. I made the decision to purchase the two bikes and the process went smoothly and quickly. It was smooth from the time I entered the sales office to the time I left the finance office. I paid for the bikes flat out, so I am certain this helped with the speed of the transaction. After completing my transaction, the staff delivered my bikes within 30 minutes of leaving the store. I got a call from them wanted to do more service on my teryx. Here is my experience from 2019. Check engine light kept coming on, some throttling issues and a battery system that kept discharging the battery. Kept it for several months (missed all fall trips). Still have check engine and battery discharge problems. But don’t expect me to bring it back for another few months. Could not possibly take it back for more service. Cannot possibly recommended them. Would not post a comment if they had left me alone but I know they really don’t know or care who I am if they would ask me to come back to drop more money. Can there be less than one (one star)?

Amazing team at Young Powersports Ogden. We worked with Heather, Austin and Boomer. We drove from American Fork to Ogden to buy an ATV from them; that is how impressed we were with them.We were in the market for a midsize ATV. We emailed several Utah County dealers (from their website link) to get the out the door price of an in stock ATV. Not one of them responded to our email. So we visited a dealer in Provo and found a Cforce 500 we liked at a good base price. My wife had to be back to work in an hour, so we asked the salesman for the out the door price. After 30 minutes back and forth with the sales manager, the salesman still did not have a final out the door price for us. He emailed it to us later. The fees looked all jacked up, so we decided to check dealers outside of Utah county.Young Powersports Ogden was the only dealer we could find that had the Cforce 500 in stock. Using their website link, we emailed a request for an out the door price. Heather responded quickly (after hours) and asked questions about our ATV experiences, financing, what were we looking for, did we have a trade in etc. After a couple of quick email exchanges she gave us an itemized out the door price. Heather got our financing preapproved and we arranged a time for my wife and I to visit the dealership to test drive the ATV. Working with Heather was very pleasant. She took care of everything with no pressure to make the sale.Austin helped finalize our purchase at the dealership. He helped us with the test drive, answered our questions and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the ATV we purchased; he also helped load it in our trailer. He was very pleasant to work with.Boomer was our finance guy. While we signed our paperwork, he explained the extended warranties available. He is the first low pressure finance guy we have ever dealt with.From our first email inquiry to loading up our new ATV, every interaction with Young Powersports Ogden associates was pleasant. Jeramie always greets us by name and remembers every machine/bike we’ve ever purchased and never tried to push us into something we don’t need or is out of our range. Last spring I took my Honda st 1100 in for service and valve adjustment. It took 3 weeks past the promised date to get my bike back. Today when I picked my bike up after having it serviced by a different mechanic, I was told that the valve covers were leaking and that each spark plug had oil on it. This was after less than 3,00 miles driving since the adjustment.

Young Powersports in Ogden is the BEST!! And Austin, the man with possibly the most beautiful hair in Utah, is absolutely NUMERO UNO!! I was shopping for a new Kawasaki KRX 1000 after doing tons of reviews and shopping online prices. Well, I found the best online deal out of state. So, I went to Young Powersports in Ogden, where I was greeted immediately, and not in a total creeper way, but this amazing young man. I told him about what i wanted and the deal i had found elsewhere. He did not try to convince me they were shady, didnt try to scare me away from them, didnt try to talk me into a cheaper machine, and actually confirmed why my reasons for picking this particular one were spot on. Then negotiations started... Not only did Austin fight, pretty sure they have an octagon out back, for me and got them to match the price, he pulled a total one upper and got me a great deal all around!! Make no mistake, this was no ordinary go to the store, pick out a model and buy it story.. That would be way too easy. I had a trade in to deal with. Anyone ever trade in a car for a UTV?? Well, I did.. And, i already had a buyer line up for it. So, Austin, or as he may be known from here on out as Mr Austin Hair So Fine lol, went to work again!! He helped me do what is called an In-and-Out. And yes, they can do that even on a recreational vehicle. Hooked me up big time, and dealt with all my curve balls like the amazing professional he is! So, traded in the jeep, gave me an amazing price on the KRX and left that place feeling like the cops were gonna show cause I stole that thing! Any way, i hope that if you are in the market, you will go see Austin and give him and the whole crew at Young Powersports in Ogden Utah, the chance to prove they are truly the best around!!-end rant- :) Not only did they kill it on that deal, i turned right around and bought an impossible to find KLX from him the very next day!!(Magicians!!!) :) Go see them, you wont regret it!!
