Heather Taylor and Dylan were amazing!! They treated my husband as if he was part of the family, they We are pleasant and patient and answered all of our questions. You could honestly tell that the whole team enjoyed working there, it was awesome to see. They delivered when they said they were going to. There even was a typo in our address, because someone had fat fingers and none of us caught it till a week later but it was like it was no big deal and we all just got it taken care of. They spent the time with my husband, Answered all his questions, They didn’t pressure him in any decision. Even served me a refreshment why I waited. They didn’t Have to but they did give us a lifetime cooler for having us come back to fix the typo… So I tell you all this because this is my husband‘s second bike the first bike he bought from the young in Ogden and it was the worst experience . It was so bad that we had plans the day we went to the Young in Pleasant View to drive to Salt Lake so he could go to a different dealership to look at bikes which is an hour drive for us… So if you’re interested in purchasing any type of outside motor vehicle I know for a fact because of our experience you’ll be treated amazingly well at the young auto sports in Pleasant view but only at that one!! Don’t bother visiting Ogden. I can tell you everything that went wrong there but I just wanted you to know that both Dylan and Heather made this experience almost worth Forgetting about the experience in the Ogden branch. Ask for them both… I know you won’t be disappointed… In fact everybody that was there seem absolutely happy to be there and eager to help and patience so I’m sure you’ll be fine with any of them
Went looking for a 4 wheeler. Been wanting one for a while. Based on COVID, it has been difficult to find inventory. This place is pretty new and they are trying to get up and running. Super nice employees. Walked in and met Bohdi. Very friendly and willing to help out. Happened to be raining and he was willing to go get the wheeler and bring it in the store for us to see. Very knowledgeable about the wheeler. He did everything he could to meet my financial needs as well. The financial manager Heather, was able to do a great job in working with my credit union to get all the necessary information to get me the best rate and years needed to meet my budget. I would go again to them. Great place

Terrible experience! I had the oil changed in my 2018 turbo 1000 here, crunched for time before a trip out so I thought I could trust them. Oil filter was cross threaded on, loose bolts everywhere that shouldn’t have even been touched, and over torqued the drain plug bolt. I called to talk to them about it, and was HUNG UP ON! Hopefully they can get some better customer service and will be more caring towards customers. Hopefully others have better experiences, but wouldn’t waste my time there again.
Fantastic customer service!!! They explained everything in detail on brands and are very knowledgeable about their products. I also found that the inventory on Jerseys and motocross gear had more colors and styles than the other stores. I will continue to shop at this store first before going elsewhere!

Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful. They all truly love the sport and are excited for everyone who shares that same passion. I spoke with Austin originally who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the bikes I was looking at. I ended up calling them saying which mx bike I wanted to purchase and he took care of everything for me. Painless and easy to buy stuff from these guys.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Bought a RZR from this dealership, and they lost my license plates! What kind of dealership looses license plates? Will never do business here again, will never refer anyone to this location. Spoke with different employees and no one can help me get my license plates. I now have a machine I paid cash for that I can not use because this dealership is incompetent and will not take care of their mistakes. Very unprofessional!

The end of July 2021, we called and made an appointment to have a repair made on our 2015 Polaris Rzr. The first available appointment was for 6 Aug. A couple of weeks after we took the Rzr in to be worked on, we had not been given any update so we called only to find out they still had not even looked at it and were hoping to get to it that week. Another week went by with no word so we called again only to find out it still had not been worked on. They told us that they were down to one technician and were having trouble hiring someone. After 3 weeks went by, we finally got tired of waiting for them to get to it and found someone else to do the repair. I understand hiring problems but they should have told us when we dropped it off and let us decide if we wanted to let it sit on their property for 4 weeks. Terrible communication.
Please avoid the business. I made an appointment for the service department. They were 3 weeks out. I was fine with that. My appointment was on a Wednesday, I brought my atv in on the Saturday before. They said “ if we can, we will look at it before your appointment.” I did not hear anything from them for a week, so I called then. They informed me that they still haven’t looked and my atv. A week later, still no call. Once again I called them. Still nothing. For 3 weeks this continues. I finally just went back and picked up my atv and took it somewhere else. I was really hoping that after young’s took over, this place would improve. But unfortunately the same problems are still going on from before.

I have always had a very good experience with these guys dealing with them for parts. They have recently been purchased and are under new ownership. The new ownership is supposed to be top notch and my most recent experience here, since the change of ownership did not disappoint. The team members there have always been very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I came to Young Powersports in Pleasant View after another local snowmobile dealer in the area couldnt identify a throttle issue with my Polaris Pro snowmobile. Once Kenny got a look at it, he quickly identified the problem. He took a video of the throttle position sensor and where the problems were, educated me step by step through the process of fixing each issue. I also told him of an issue with clutch engagement, and he quickly identified the problem there. He was willing to take a video of that as well, showing me the parts of the clutch and where the problem occurred within the clutch itself. His attention to detail made all the difference. I will request Kenny @ Young Powersports fix all our family and friends sleds going forward. Thanks to Riley as well for calling me with the updates and keeping me informed. They are now my go-to for any service needs on my sleds!

Buy from Young Powersports! I just purchased two brand new Kawasaki KLX 300’s. The first one on March 31st from Karl Malone Powersports in Salt Lake, the second on April 23rd from Young Powersports in Pleasant View. It cost me $7786 for the bike at Karl Malone. It cost $7144 from Young. That’s a difference of $642 for the exact same bike. And Young added on the theft protection that Karl Malone wanted $200 for, plus Young added a $200 battery protection plan, at no cost! Young charged $410 for freight which is what Kawasaki charges. And they charged $125 for assembly. Reasonable. Karl Malone charged $997 for those. Young has a $159 doc fee. Karl Malone charges $249. Young charged $178 for vehicle registration fees, Karl Malone was $211. I’m sure any Young Powersport dealership will be the same as well any Karl Malone dealership.
Bought a brand new back tire from them and had them swap it out on the rim for the old one. Took our machine out and within the first 5 minutes of riding we had a complete flat. When I called to talk to them about it, Larry came at me with attitude and clearly didn’t seem to care about the situation we were in.
I was disappointed that they didnt have any used street bikes, but the sales person I talked to was freaking awesome!!!! I wish I could remember his name. Sorry

I had a really good experience with dillon and all was good up to the financial side of things I got approved and was trading in. Figured it would be a smooth transaction but man was I wrong the numbers on the contract didnt match up and the worst part is its been a month now and they still have yet to pay my trade off at the bank which has now costed me way more money now Im so fed up with dealing with this dealership I will never go back and definitely dont recommend it to anyone.

We dropped off a dirt bike tire to be replaced . When we picked it, they put a new tube in the tire, which was not what we asked . The tire was greasy, prob from putting the tube in the tire. They didnt clean it up before giving it back. We asked them to put a new tire on the rim . The individual working in parts and service said he would send pictures of available tires to choose from. He did not text us pictures allowing us to choose what tire to be mounted to our rim. They did not return phone calls. We had bad experience when it was Big Boys toys . The customer service has not changed from Big Boys toys . I wont even go into detail how the mechanics did not fix out rzr right the first time. We took the rzr back for warranty, did not fix it correctly the second time . We ended up taking our RZr to another mechanic 4-seasons power sports to put in a new motor .
They took great care of me when I bought my new bike, and had some great deals of helmets, jackets and pants.

Took my new RZR 4 there to get it upgraded from stock and Larry in Service and Austin in parts were AMAZING!!! I ended up getting a rear bench, winch, light bar, and front and rear windshield. They took the time with me and picked out the ones that would look the best but also do what I was needing. They even sent me pictures as the project progressed.

We went in today to get ATV riding gear after buying our YFZ450 at Youngs Layton. What a different experience. We will NOT be back! Not 1 employee would help us and there was only 1 other couple in the store. Customer service is everything. We will go back to Youngs Powersports Layton.
Went in looking at a potential snowmobile purchase. The gentleman who helped us was nice enough, but total used car salesman vibe. When talking price, they lowballed our potential trade in and for a $200 add on they wanted $700. To add a can, he quoted us $2k.We went to ADS Motorsports and they were $1k less on the exact same sled, gave us a legit trade in quote and to have a can installed (parts and labor)it was a little over $400. Overall, dont waste your time with these guys, they love their mark ups and definitely have the used car salesman mentality. If you really want to be taken care of, go to ADS Motorsports and ask for Adam!

I bought a Polaris turbo S from Braxton Khousakoune. Everything from start to finish was easy and fun. Definitely recommend everybody to go see Braxton if there look for any off-road toys!

Randal is a stud muffin oh and he knows his stuff. Saved me some money where he could and gave me some tips on how to take care of my bike! Way better than the other “Krew” you might find on Google.

We purchased our Kawasaki Teryx here a few years back. They installed a street legal kit for us and did an excellent job. This past week I had them install and new rear tire and re-balance the front tire on my Honda Goldwing. Mike Barney did and excellent job. He went the extra mile by thoroughly cleaning the rims in addition to the mounting and balancing. The price was very reasonable. We love this place!

Unbelievably bad customer service experience. Walked into the store, stood at the parts counter for several minutes while two employees were discussing some inventory matter in front of the computer. I waited patiently and they looked right at me, never said Hi, never said may I help you, never said hang on a second will be right with you... nothing.Wish I had a business so profitable that I could completely ignore new customers wanting to purchase my services.

Their website says they do state safety inspection for street legal side by sides (which is still required in the state of Utah for any street legal atv) I tried calling and no one answered. When I got there they told me they no longer do safety inspections. They were nice but their website is misleading.
Not impressed with this place. I bought a new 2020 Teryx from them and needed a required first service oil change They couldnt get me in for two months. Called a different dealer and they got me in next day. This place has changed ownership and the service is much better since it bacame part of the.Young family.
Took my bike in for a thermostat, came back running better than ever. Fun people all were kind and helpful
Waved when I came through the door, salesman was helping someone else. He looked start at me as I walked past to a machine. Wait 15 minutes for him to finish up. Then waited another 20 + minutes and he never came to see what I needed. Even with me getting his attention twice. Then started talking to a co worker about absolutely nothing. Waited another five minues, walked out infront of him and not even a word.

Ive always gotten greeted and helped right away. Selection is pretty great as well even with everyone getting great end of year deals from here. I price shopped for months with my wife and they honestly COULD NOT be beat. If they dont have what you need there...they will get it. The razor we wanted was in a crate and they took it out/put it together overnight for us to ride the next day. We ended up getting what we wanted and more for such a great deal. Shane hooked us up and wasnt there the next day due to something coming up, but Derick picked up right where he left off! We werent talked into anything or tricked to buy something we didnt need. Staff is very straight forward and really does have prices that cant be beat. Im sure if most people coming to this store simply asked, they would receive. Not a huge staff for this place and Im sure if a question was asked they could answer...maybe some need a little something called patience.
Pretty much called about a motorcycle they had on their web site and was told it was sold and they are pretty much done selling bikes in mid June. Why even have your doors open. Waste of a Kawasaki Dealer

I am doing a few repairs on my razor 800 before I upgrade to a 1000, I went into big boys toys with the idea I was going to purchase my new rzr through them, after dealing with the older gentleman at the parts counter I have decided to go to ADS in west haven. He was very annoyed and ride to me when I asked for parts and wasn’t willing to help. Wouldn’t recommend. I hope others have a more positive experience.
