Matt the service technician is very personable about his identification of my vehicle, and highly regarded by this customer.

Thought they were honest when I took my 2013 Jetta wagon to get the rear end fixed after a minor crash. After talking to the owner he advised it’s a $900 job. A week later I had my cousin pick it up for me because I was out of town. Upon paying for the job I was told it was almost $1500.00. I was not given a call to advise me of the cost at any point and wouldn’t have been so disappointed if they did a decent job. They did NOT fix a dent and scratch that was obviously caused by the crash that I took it in to fix. Upon taking it back to them, I was told I would get a call back which happened two weeks later after stopping by two times. The owner then called me with an attitude telling me we did not do a “line item estimate” as if it was my job to do that. I don’t work for him and am still confused at why that would be my job. Long story short, DONT GO THERE!! I will be taking them to civil court and will give updates on the case. Attached are pictures of the OBVIOUS damage that should’ve been fixed.

This shop is fabulous. I literally called the same day they had my car done in 2 days. New Bumper job and it looks great! Quality work and fair price when other shops where at least 2 weeks out! Fast friendly knowledgeable!!

Typical, crooked mechanics who will take advantage of you if they can! After a cyclist ran in to my driver side door, the hinges were bent too far forward for the latch to close. They wanted $230 to take the door off, bend the hinges back and replace the door. I told them that was ridiculous and he immediately dropped down to $180. However, he had already told me that his hourly rate was $45 and I had seen him enter 2 hours into the expected time on the computer. I told him I knew that he didnt need to put anything new on to the car and asked why it was so much and he proceeded to attempt to make the process sound overly complicated, which he failed at because it was insanely easy. I told him to have a nice day and drove down the street to where Larsen Lane meets Hwy 89 and found a small shop called Image Auto. I walked in, explained my problem, the guy asked me if I wanted it to be pretty or just functional. It was an 98 jetta thats already beat to hell anyway so I just told him I wanted my door to close, he grabbed a pry bar and a crow-bar, stuck the crow-bar in a hole in the hinge, bent the hinge back, then used the pry bar to bend the door panel back so it no longer rubbed on the front fender. He had the job done in 5 minutes as opposed to collision craft, who wanted me to leave my car for the rest of the day. And instead of $180, when I asked him how much I owed him for his brilliant work, he responded got any lunch money?. I gave him $20 bucks and we were all happy... except for collision craft.

The quality of work who is second to none. We would definitely recommend this body shop for any work you need on your car

Got into an accident with two vehicles around the same time for the first one we bought most of the parts to save on our deductible and they said they would help us by buying cheaper parts so we can save money they added more labor time and charged us full list price not saving us any money at all on the first car.On the second car they did the same thing bought cheap Chinese parts that didnt fit quite right and when they painter they had trash in the paint heavy orange peel heavy sanding scratches they didnt fit the panels right. They repainted the mirror they messed up fit the panels a little better not by much and as far as all the trash in the paint they said that was as good as it gets. Take your car somewhere else where they actually care about the work they do

Great service. I come to this place every time I have any problems with my car and they will either get me a better deal on car parts, install it their self, fix my problem with my car, or help me find someone who is affordable who can fix my problem instead.Ive had all kinds of things from new tires, new filter, new filter sensor, valve stem, struts, shocks, allignment, etc. On my old car they fixed my door handle, paint, etc. Some work they could do for me, and others that they didnt specialize in they would help me find a affordable company that could take care of it. And sometimes you can find car parts or car service for a dicounted price if you go to them first so thats nice too.Matt has helped me every time Ive ever had a problem. Great person, great service.
