Decent helpful staff. Found a great vehicle at a reasonable price. They tried to tack on four completely unnecessary fees and services: GAP scam insurance, a security system that includes tiny stickers (not really helpful), $250 environmental protection fee (a carpet warranty... Dear Gob) and the PULSE flashing light thing. A bunch of garbage that takes money from blue-collar hard working Americans and makes old, white men richer.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. These guys not only screwed me out of my Cadillac, I was forced to drive away in a vehicle I did not even want. That was a few years ago. And now I am ready to buy again I will not even look at a cutrubus dealer sign.
