Gary Raught met my needs with a perfect solution. I really don’t know how they make any money though. I paid fair market value and got fair market value for my trade. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I went in to purchase a vehicle and had a couple of options in mind and we were a little bit under a time crunch. We were able to get in, complete the documentation, and drive away in a great vehicle to be on time for other appointments we had that day. It seems like many other dealerships want to keep you there for as long as possible. They were completely up front about any costs, taxes & dealer doc fees etc. I would definitely recommend them and I will consider buying future vehicles from them.

Sales guy was great but the finance guy was very unclear on the paperwork and I am embarrassed to admit he got me to sign for an extended warranty. He asks what you want your monthly payment to be and talks about GAP coverage etc. but didn’t say it cost an extra $2500 added onto the loan.

They got it cleaned out and turned around very quickly. Kasey kept apologizing that it wasnt more thoroughly cleaned, and honestly we thought it looked great. More than that, he was completely upfront and patient with our many questions, and couldnt have been less pushy--a rarity for his industry. I cannot remember the name of the finance man we worked with, but I have great things to say about him as well--straightforward and honest, offering options but willing to immediately take no for an answer when we wished to decline them. I got my car back in August of 2017, so please dont judge. I LOVED my experience with Hertz. When I walked in with my parents, I kinda felt like family for the few hours. I wasnt really even planning on making a purchase but I did. They were doing a deal that day where if you bought a car you got a Yeti cooler, but I opted out but instead they tinted my windows for free. Atmosphere was amazing, people were awesome, they were pretty opened with us test driving vehicles and such. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone go here to purchase a vehicle or look into getting one.

Our experience with Hertz was incredible. Our salesman Josh Ray is incredible! When the first car we purchased didnt quite work out, he told us to come on back in and he had a better vehicle in mind. We ended up going home with a newer car for less money. While we paid cash for the car, we still received top of the line service and ended up in a great car. We took this car to Arizona shortly after our purchase and got over 40mpg just on our trip down there. The Nissan Versa we purchased is a great car, so comfortable and drives like a dream. First of all, let me start off by saying the people here are BEYOND AWESOME! I live in Las Vegas, NV. I have dealt with Josh Ray from the beginning, and have purchased the last three of my vehicles from him and the Hertz Ogden dealership. Josh has since moved on to finance, but still, because i was a past customer, takes great care of me. Never once have i ever felt forced or pressured to give an answer, or buy a vehicle. This is now how they do business.Truth be told, Josh is now a friend of mine. we talk outside of car dealing. I trust Josh like a brother. The last vehicle i purchased (2 weeks ago) i did so without test driving and only seeing pictures. I trusted Josh to drive the vehicle, look it over, tell me about any and all repairs done to it over the history of the car, and ensure that everything functioned well. not only did Josh do all of this, but he fixed any imperfections in the body (that were fixable) before allowing it to be officially sold to me. Once i had it trucked down here, i could not be more happy with my purchase of this $50,000 vehicle!! Josh knows what i look for, and did a GREAT job of ensuring it was Ryan worthy.My first impression of this dealership (back in 2012 when i purchased my first vehicle from them) was that they were just a reseller of rental cars.
