The patio cover is nice and looks great but... the rain gutter part is horrible!! Its so hard to clean them out. No room to get the leaves out and when I do try my hands are cut up and sore. We called them to see what can be done and they said they have no solution to fix it. So before you buy i would check this part out.

I didn’t bother shopping around before scheduling with Kool Breeze, their reviews are pretty solid and they are close to home! We had a great experience from start to finish and it was done in a day! Did have one little problem where we got a ton of rain after installment and had a tiny leak in the rain gutter since whatever sealant was used didn’t get much time dry. They were back out as soon as the weather cleared up to fix it, now no leak! I appreciate the good communication and customer service they provide!!

Highly recommend the outstanding company! The bid was to leave existing gutter and down spout. Unfortunately, plans had to change due to structural integrity. However, I just had a separate deck installation company cut around trex board down spout. Now I have a hole in brand new trex board. Scott and crew from Kool Breeze purchased and replaced trex board at no additional cost!! They also touched up additional areas of cosmetic flashing for free. Glad to know there are still good people and companies around, that have honor, integrity, and guarantee customer satisfaction!! Thanks again! Kool Breeze was a pleasure to work with. The siding crew was very meticulous in their installation of siding on the entire house. Kevin and Jason went the extra mile while here. Be assured that if anyone should ask who did the work, we would highly recommend Kool Breeze and tell them to ask for Kevin and Jason. Kool Breeze also did a nice job installing the cover, over the ramp, that leads to the front door.

Kudos to Kool Breeze. Had them install a steel awning several years ago and we love it! It developed a few leaks last winter. Called them on Monday for repairs, their technicians arrived, as scheduled, on Tuesday and made the repairs. We were pleasantly surprised, there was no charge! Have always recommended them in the past, and will definitely continue to do so.

Kool Breeze is the most professional, nicest, most genuine company I have ever had to deal with! I cant say enough good things about everything and everyone I had talked to or worked with, with being a newly married couple me and my wife purchased our first home and decided to undertake a huge landscaping project. So not only was Kool Breeze the best priced company between other steel awning companies by thousands they were competitive against aluminum built awning companies! With not knowing, I needed the poles set for the awning only a week in advance of notice to be able to stay on schedule with my landscaper! Not only were they welling to jump on the job despite being booked for months of other jobs they were the only company to do so! After setting that schedule I had to RESCHEDULE for the following week due to getting behind from weather, worried they would be mad due to already doing me a favor in the first place by doing the job on such short notice I had to call the night before to say I wasnt ready for them.. The guy was very understanding and super nice about the whole ordeal and actually apologize to me about my situation! After all landscaping was done they just finished putting up the awning right on schedule! And it looks AMAZING! Im so impressed I could go one forever about how well these guys treated me! I will recommend them to anyone!

Kool Breeze is awesome. They installed a two level awning to cover our deck and patio. Another company told us it couldnt be done. It took these dorks 3 months to get a small amount of material from California to finish our pergola. The rating would be lower except that the (finally) finished pergola looks nice. But 3 months! Really???
