This place is awesome! Was unable to find a bike for my girlfriend during the pandemic and they were able to build her one up with parts she picked! Was able to get axs, trp the whole nine yards. And when I had trouble with my trp brakes they were able to help me figure out what was wrong with them and they were able to give me a solution very quickly. Highly recommend these guys. They were very patient and explained things really well so I knew what was going on. I wish their shop was alot closer to my house but even when ordering remote they had the best service. I attached a pic of my girlfriends bike that they built up for us.

Like everybody else during quarantine, I wanted a new mountain bike and could not find them anywhere local. That being Los Angeles. After looking for two months and finally locating Two Hoosiers, they were able to ship me a new bike. And even with all of the delayed shipping that has been occurring all around the country, the bike arrived in 5 days! They even threw in some extra goodies to make the assembly so much easier. Very much appreciated!After about a week, I noticed the rear shock was not holding pressure. I reached out to Two Hoosiers about a warranty. They replied quickly and even offered a faster solution for me to get riding. They sent me a new shock that they had laying around, which came in about a day, and they handled the entire warranty part on my behalf. Talk about excellent customer service! And seeing as I live all the way in LA, I was nervous things would take longer but nope, the exact opposite.I would highly recommend Two Hoosiers for any and all bicycle needs. 5 stars!

Long wait times for tune up.They broke my spoke/nipple after tune up was complete and wouldn’t fix it...****Edit after comment****Two Hoosiers is correct that they offered to fix the broken spoke. I felt that since they broke the spoke/nipple and that by them completing a wheel truing, which could have further weakened the integrity of the spokes/nipples, that they should have offered to fix the spoke/nipple for no fee especially since it is a quite simple task (Completed myself in ~20 min). They offered a discount on a second wheel truing but I didnt hear anything on a discount for the nipple replacement (maybe the two are combined).Overall, the guys are highly knowledgeable with bikes, it was just an unfortunate situation.

Great experience recently purchasing a hard to find popular mountain bike. Two Hoosiers had the bike in stock. Sales person was extremely helpful about answering my questions regarding shipping of the bike, as the store is over 2000 miles from my location. Ordered the bike late Monday and had on Saturday. Just a few minutes to assemble the bike, only the front wheel, pedals and handlebars. Bike was already tuned and ready to go. They even thru in a torque wrench and water bottle. I highly recommend this store.

Couldnt get my tubeless set up to hold air so I took it to a shop to be professionally done. They got it done and it works well but they had to use extra tape and sealant as it took multiple attempts and they charged me for everything used in their attempts. ended up being a lot more costly than expected... Had to pay for a whole role of rim tape and several wheels worth of sealant. Wasnt too happy about that but I guess I have some extra tape now to do my own wheels next time.

Unbelievable and amazing place to buy a bike. Ordered a 2021 Marin elsewhere that was not marked “not in stock” at time of purchase and it was a complete and total abomination of poor service on top of the bike unexpectedly set to arrive 8-10 months after my order (yes this really happened). Two Hoosiers picked up the phone on the very first call and confirmed they had 1 2021 Hawk Hill in stock and just a few days later it arrived at my door. The bike was perfectly set up right out the box since they asked my height and weight and adjusted accordingly. I am beyond impressed with Two Hoosiers and will refer them every chance I get.

Ordered a rift zone 3 online from them and they have been more than helpful with the whole process. Received the bike in great condition in about 3 days after I placed my order.. Really couldnt ask for a better experience. Will absolutely be back after I beat this awesome bike to death.

I wish I could give Matt and Ryan (and the rest of the Two Hoosiers Staff) 10 stars! Easily the best bike shop in Northern Utah. Their customer service is amazing and their workmanship and attention to detail is even better. Last week, my rear brake lever broke right before I was about to head out of town for a long weekend of riding. I took the bike in during lunch along with a spare set of brakes and they dropped what they were doing and changed my front and rear brakes (including internal routing), and front and rear rotors all before I was done with work for the day. They didnt have to do it fast, nor did they have to even start it that day, but they did just because they knew I was going out of town for a ride (despite knowing I have other bikes I could have ridden). And, like normal, they did it perfectly. Sure, its just a brake swap, but I know of plenty of Bike Shoppes that can screw up simple tasks, or take weeks to accomplish them.They treat me like Im their best customer every time I go into their shop which is great, but the best part is thats how they treat all their customers. If you are looking for a new bike, or need service, give them a shot. They might not have the brand you are looking for and their shop may be a little smell, but you want be disappointed. Theyll treat you like gold and wont try to sell you something you dont need. There are 4 shops that are closer to my home than Two Hoosiers, but I dont go to any of them anymore unless I absolutely must.

I grew up in Michigan, where pesky Hoosiers clogged up our lift lines. It took a really good pair of Hoosiers to change my opinion and these guys sure did. They are really decent dudes that I sincerely doubt will ever stick it to a customer. Even a new 2020 bike bought in spring 2020 was a great deal (for anyone) and they were really helpful with a few mandatory upgrades. Its clear these guys had a lot of expertise prior to opening up for retail in Weber county. Dont hesitate to do your business there, youll be glad you paid them a visit.

The guys here are great. Got me a special order part for my Marin Pine Mountain in less than a week, and theyre very conveniently located close to the Bonneville Shoreline trails on the east bench of Ogden.

Most experienced, expert bike technicians Ive worked with, and they have my complete loyalty. I trust very few shops to work on my bikes after being burned at a couple of them, specifically in Ogden. They never try to over-sell me, and they always provide great advice/guidance above and beyond the actual maintenance or repair.

We are so glad we found this bike shop!. The brothers are knowledgable, personable and helpful. We had an old bike that needed some service and they found parts and got it running better than new. Found a mountain bike on pinkbike that was for sale at their shop, $100 under retail price. I’ve been looking for a good affordable mountain bike, and have had a difficult time finding a bike given the pandemic and lack of inventory. I called them up here and reserved the bike, went in to try it, they were nothing but friendly and helpful. Best bike shop I’ve ever been to hands down. They had detailed explanations for everything they did, were very clear about the price, and you get 20% off a helmet, and a discount on new tires if you buy a bike. Then, when the bike wouldn’t fit on my roof rack (I got 29” tires, lesson learned), they noticed me struggling outside and came out to help me dissemble some of the parts so that I could fit it in my trunk. Overall would 100% come back for the excellent service, friendliness, and pricing.

Excellent experience dealing with this cycle shop! They were very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. I never felt that they were trying to up-sale me to a more expensive bike. Their life time service policy that comes with buying a bike there is amazing, and if you have a teenage rider you will know why.

Recommended to check the place out from a friend, small shop but quality staff and very nice and knowledgeable. Broke down components and brands in detail explaining why companys did what they did or put on the bikes. Staff was very friendly and did not try and push a sale on me and my friend. Would like to come back closer to spring to see the new inventory they got coming in.

We purchased a new 2018 fat tire bike from Two Hoosiers on-line. We were in a bit of a time crunch, as we were less than a week away from departing our home in Seattle on a bicycling vacation and realized that our 10yr old had suddenly outgrown her 24 bike. Ryan immediately indicated that he could make that happen and thats exactly what he did. I am not a great cyclist but I love to ride and usually get in about 1500 miles each year. Ive had the same bike (kine of a low end middle level bike) for 6 or 7 years. Ive been frustrated with the shifting on the rear derailleur for several years. Ive taken it to the local bike shops for adjusting, a friend that used to work for a LBS for adjusting, and finally, in frustration, even watched YouTube to see if I could figure out the fine tuning that it needed. It still skipped and wouldnt shift smoothly. A friend told me about a new shop in town and I thought Id give them a try -- before I resorted to buying a new bike.Ryan was great. He was able to put what he was doing on hold for a quick adjustment attempt that wasnt going to solve the problem. He asked if he could keep it for a couple of hours and he sprinkled it with pixie dust, fixed a bent derailleur, and replaced a badly worn cable for less than my wife and I are going to spend on dinner tonight... a lot less!I took it out for my first longer ride of the season a couple of hours after I got it back from him and was thrilled! In fact, the first couple of times I shifted I thought there was something wrong again because I literally couldnt feel it shift. So smooth I actually laughed out loud on my ride.Ryan, Im sorry that you may have taken me out of the new bike market but youve won me (and my family and friends if I have anything to say about it) over for all bike care and repair.He also took more time with me than any other bike shop has helping me understand what I can do to keep my bike running better longer. I cant thank you enough!

These guys truly are awesome. I was a first time customer ordering a bike through them. I ordered a Salsa Cycles bike, and it took slightly longer than expected to arrive. But the guys kept me updated on the status and new that I was itching to get it. The day it arrived they got it built up and told me I could pick it up that night around closing. It ended up taking a little longer to get everything finished up and Matthew ended up staying over 2 hours after closing to get it all sorted out for me. I had ran there on foot expecting to ride it home, but it was now dark and raining so he even went out of his way to take me and my bike a mile to my house. Even though the bike I got wasnt a multi thousand dollar bike they still cared as if it was. I couldnt ask for better service and hospitality. They have made a lifetime customer!

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and met Ryan. We talked about upgrading my mtb drivetrain to a 1x11, he was able to answer all of my questions and suggested a specific setup for me. He was not your typical pushy salesman, he told me to think about it and research it over the weekend and make sure its what I wanted. I called him on Monday morning and gave him the ok. He had to order the parts and told me that they would arrive quickly and he would probably have my bike ready to ride by the weekend if I drop it off on Wednesday. I said ok skeptically. I got the call THURSDAY right after lunch. I couldnt believe how fast he got it done. I picked it up that evening and it was perfect. I highly recommend these guys. They have earned my business forever.
