Just wanted to say thank you again to all the wonderful team, From Kari in the sales team who handled all my questions and responded with pictures videos to give me the inside scoop being that I was making a boat purchase from out of town! We have purchased several trailers from Darren Bideaux RV through the years and we have always been happy with our purchases and felt like we were treated fairly. They have a good selection and a wide price range to choose from. We also consigned a trailer with them years ago and the trailer sold quickly with good communication from the dealership. Another time, we were considering trading a trailer in and they recommended taking the time to sell it on our own. That worked out best for us, and while every dealership is obviously in it to make money, we really appreciated their honesty and the personal connection they make with their customers to make sure they’re happy. We’ve also had work done in their service department. Throughout the process the service person called us to tell us the price, his recommendations, and make sure we were happy with the service performed.

These guys are awesome to work with. I recently had some extensive electrical work done on my trailer. Their tech Joe took the time to explain everything in detail in a way I could understand it. They were finished on the date it was promised and went over the operating instructions in detail. I highly recommend this business.

They did some warranty work on my Grand Design Momentum. The fridge decided to go out during the hottest days of the summer. They had to order new fans, so they made it so we could temporarily use it while we waited for the parts. Got the fridge fixed up. Cooling like a champ now. They even were able to install a couple of Max Air ceiling fans while it was there. Al took good care of us. They are my go-to place for work now. Very pleased with them.

They were all very kind and friendly. Stewart is very helpful and has a great sense of humor. Makes you feel like youre welcome. Any questions you asked he answered and if he didnt know hed ask someone who did. Had a very good experience at that place. I would recommend Darren Bideaux to anyone.

I havent bought an RV from this company, but my experience with the parts department has been less than satisfactory.I bought several hundred dollars worth of parts to prepare my RV for camping. The prices were pretty good...A few days later, while looking for a part for my trailer, the lady in parts said to just come in and see if they had what I wanted. When I started to tell her that if I had to drive in to look for a part Id just go elsewhere she just hung up on me mid-sentence.I called and talked with Bill who apologized and said hed give me a discount on parts, but the message didnt get to the parts department.Today I called in to find out if they have a propane hose for my RV. Granted, an inexpensive part. But when I tried to get an idea of prices, Tim was pretty vague and seemed like I was an annoyance to him.Most people shop for price and value, especially in todays economy. Part of the value comes from how they handle a customer.

Hands down, best RV shopping experience. Staff was professional with a no pressure sales environment. Great variety and selection, and financing was easy. Bill Hodson and his team have found a way to make RV purchasing enjoyable. Their service department got us in quickly and set up the trailer perfectly to the truck. They regularly made calls to us to let us know the status of the process. They treated us like dear old friends, which is not common in todays marketplace. We tired to buy a trailer at the Weber State fair but ended up not being able to. Bill, Mike and Kari helped us find another trailer that still met all our needs and wants. Kari, and Mike were amazing and remember us every time we stop by. We had an accident right before we were able to take our trailer and Kari and Mike have made sure that our trailer was taken care of while we waited for our truck to be done to take it home. Well I was in the truck with Stephen when Bill said they were having trouble with financing. I seem to remember stephen asking simply what was taking so long? Followed by a response from Bill, and i quote: dont you get arrogant with me .... now I have never met a human being in my life that would take kindly to anyone saying that to them, much less a potential paying customer. We have been talking about buying a new RV for a few years. We finally decided this was the time for us to buy, as my husband retired at the first of the year and we would be spending a lot more time in our trailer. We shopped at a few other sales places and were treated like they could care less whether we bought from them or not. We talked to some of our friends and family and they highly recommended Darren Bidreaux RV Sales. We went there and found a company that really cares about you and what you are interested in purchasing. We looked at a few RVs and didnt find what we were looking for that day. We went back a few days later and looked at a previously purchased RV and both fell in love with it. It had the king size bed and a large kitchen, which was a major thing for me as I am a cook and need a good amount of space. Not to say there were a lot of things in it that we really liked. So we bought it and Mike gave us a great price and Bill walked us through the purchase process with ease. He told us if we had any problems to contact him.They delivered our new RV and picked up our trade which was more than we ever expected. The new RV has a learning curve for us and they are always there to help. To our dismay we found the previous owners had replace a queen size bed with a king and that caused some problem with the slide closing. We were at a loss as we had replaced the old king mattress with a new one. We called Bill and he got back to us and offered to buy a new queen mattress. We knew it wasnt there fault. And could tell they were shocked about this problem as much as we were. I am sure if we come across any other problems they will be there to help us work through it with no problem.This company really cares about you and always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. When we are ready to buy another RV we will always go back to them with confidence of being treated fairly. I will NEVER consider again doing business with someone who chooses to treat his employers customers the way that we were treated. Not good business practice! We are happy that true colors were shown so close to closing a deal. And we are even more happy to take our business elsewhere... Happy camping in a brand new trailer!!!

They were one of the only RV Dealerships that had any used trailers to look at. I made a appointment to to pickup the Trailer and I had some Solar Panels added everything was ready when they said it would be.They did hook up my tongue jack wrong but I was able to fix that. they hooked it up to 6 Volt instead of 12 Volt.The experience was really good.

I had called several different RV dealers in Northern Utah and I was having a difficult time getting any of them to give me an estimate and some of them I couldnt even get to answer the phone. Everything was so much better when I called Darren Bideaux RV . They were absolutely excellent in both service and communication. I had a used truck camper that I purchased and I was not sure of everything that would need repaired. McKenzie gave me an estimate based on what I did know and it ended up being very reasonable and almost exactly correct. They also were very quick to get my camper back to me. Overheard two employees speaking of the owner saying they have never worked for a harder working owner/boss as he was out in the lot shuffling campers around. Came in for parts on the RV. The man in parts is very helpful & friendly. However, I cannot give a 5 star review as it was so unbearably hot in the parts dept. Perhaps the A/C was out that day.

I usually don’t leave reviews unless I was extremely disappointed with a service or product but I felt like I should leave one for this outfit. I was very satisfied with my purchasing experience (the deal, salesman & finance group) but the post-purchase service felt exceptional to me. This was my 1st purchase of a 5th wheel travel trailer & had many questions/concerns of its operation. After purchase, they scheduled a pickup time for orientation. I didn’t know what to expect but the staff (including mechanics & even shop laborers) spent the better part of an afternoon walking me through every aspect of its operation & maintenance as well as installing some last minute add on’s that I had requested. They outfitted my truck with the necessary hitches & walked me through its operation/maintenance. The trailer was used & they did an excellent job detailing & inspecting the entire trailer. I can’t recommend Darren Bideaux RV enough, especially for someone new to the RV game. You can tell that they take pride in ensuring you had a good experience. On another note, the RV market was going crazy so they could have been focused on pushing people through as quickly as possible. These guys spent the time & were never pushy about the sale or the post sale service. Quality operation all around.

If they say AS IS walk away!! They know all the hidden problems. Stuart was great to work with and took the time to check it all out for me and said everything checked out great except the furnace. Got it home and found the bathroom had a broken water line. No big deal I fixed it. Then put water in the fresh tank and it just leaked out the bottom. The drain valve was busted out and gobbed up with fresh sealer. No problem I bought a used trailer so I fixed it. We finally took the first trip and found we had really overlooked the size of the bathroom and shower. I called Bill and he said ya it happens but I’m sure we can help ya out and find something with a bigger bathroom. And that’s when we found out our trailer was worth $8000 less than when we bought it from them 5 days earlier. Happy Camping

My wife and I decided it was time to buy our first trailer. She found one online at Darren Bideauxs that she absolutely loved. When we got to the store, we were happily greeted by Stuart. When we told him that we had one in mind, he took us straight to the trailer without trying to sell us a different one. I did not feel pressured in any way. I do not like working with most salesman just for that reason. They always seem to make you feel pressured into buying. That was not the case here. As we walked through the trailer, he was just there to answer any questions we had and offer any insights that we did not think of. After we decided on the trailer, Bill was the one who took us in to sign all of the papers. Between getting us financed, and going through all the paper work. We were done in around an hour and a half. They kept the trailer for another week to do a final inspection on it and make sure it was all clean and ready to go. When we picked it up, Tim gave us a tour of the trailer and shown in great detail all of the abilities of the trailer. This was very helpful since it was our first trailer.These guys are amazing. I would highly recommend going to them to anyone looking for a trailer. They are willing to help in any way that they can. They are now my go to for anything I need for my new trailer.

From the excellent customer service Ethan demonstrated through his patience in showing us through just about every unit on the lot, to the impeccable hard work and dedication Bill has helping work through the financial end of things, and finally the thorough and comprehensive walkthrough process with Nadine; Beginning to end, this process was leaps and bounds greater than any service we have EVER received at the other “big name” dealerships in the area! If you want to feel appreciated for your patronage while being treated like a member of the family, Darren Bideaux RV is hands down the best!!!!

Not impressed on service. They added a receiver hitch a bolt on. Did not see trailer for a week. Had to call told tech was out not sure when he would be back. Next day they called said it was done. Was verbally quoted 140 labor. Was charged 350 labor. Hitch is not bolted it has 6 tack welds probably took 20 minutes to weld. Wanted guarantee it would hold my generator. Worst service ever. As a mechanic myself if it were bolted that labor would have been fine. 350 for why they Jace done is ridiculous. Sierra will look at it next week

Darren Bideaux RV has by far the best customer service. Weve been thinking about trading in are Motorhome for the past couple of years and went to see what they had. Robert was friendly and very respectfully to what we wanted. We decided to look at a couple of travel trailers and fell in love with the idea of a trailer. They gave us an awesome deal on our trade in and Bill worked magic to get the price where we needed it to be for a new 2020 EVO travel trailer. The service department was awesome, and explained everything to us. We honestly will not go anywhere else for are Trailer needs. Every time I called even with the dumbest of questions everyone was so nice and patient with us. Trailers and Motorhomes are different.We have gone to every RV place within 30 miles of Layton, and they are the best........

Had to drop off my 5th wheel camper for some waranty issues. Maint personnel fixed the issues I informed them of, and then a couple of others even I was unaware of.

Nice friendly people. They did a good job for me on both of my visits. On the most recent visit they gave me a quote for the work to be done. When I picked up my rv the bill was $400.00 less since the additional work was not required. I appreciate the honesty with which they do business. My work was also completed on time.

If you are looking for a camper I highly recommend Darren Bideaux! My wife and I originally stopped here to look at some floor plans and narrow down our decision on which trailer to buy as our first one. Right away we noticed they were not your typical sales people when we asked to look they were happy to show us around. We had Doug show us the trailers we wanted to look at. He was not pushy at all he stayed back a bit and let us just go though the trailers talk about pros and cons of all of them and answered all of our questions we had. We ended up buying a trailer we saw and just wanted to check out. Turned out it was everything we were wanting with a few bonus features. Doug had us do a walk through with him to see if anything needed to be fixed and was very helpful he even helped point things out that needed to be fixed. Then we met Bill for financing, he was just as helpful and friendly as Doug was. We were going to finance through our bank and Bill got a lower rate for us then what our bank quoted us at. These two guys made buying our first trailer experience amazing. We also met with Nadine in service about what needed to be fixed. She is just as friendly as Doug and Bill she has kept us up to date on the repairs we had pointed out. Over all this could have been longer with good things about this place and the people here. Defiantly go see these guys!

I was in a huge dilemma with a boat trailer catastrophe and and an important family trip to Lake Powell scheduled for the following week. I bought a used toy hauler here. The purchase process was easy, and they worked with me on pricing for that model. The office staff deserves 5 stars, unfortunately the young man who did the walk-through with me lacked the skills I think are necessary to be providing trailer advice. He was very kind, professional, and courteous, but not as knowledgeable as I would hope. For that reason I docked my review one star. I will probably look here first for my next toy hauler I buy. The walk-through experience I had will not prevent me from purchasing here again.EDIT: I purchased my toy hauler used as is during a winterized state and was not able to test the water system because the service department was not organized enough to accommodate me. Today I de-winterized and filled the fresh water tanks only to find there is a significant leak in the primary fresh water tank. After a closer investigation there is a very fresh epoxy job done on the area leaking. It is fresh enough I believe it was done by the service department as there was no dirt or dust on the epoxy yet, signaling it had not been used since it was done. Im fine with issues in a used trailer, Im not fine with being told all systems are working when they are not. I would have negotiated differently had I been made aware of the fresh water tank. I dont appreciate being lied to. Buyer beware, if its a new trailer youre probably fine if its used make sure they test everything in front of your eyes even if it requires extra work I no longer trust them

We purchased our new RV here and Mike and Bill could not have made it a more pleasant experience ! They were great to deal with and made the whole transaction go as smoothly as possible especially since we were coming from out of state . Highly recommend this dealership ! Awesome place great service

Great first time experience. Kenzi made recommendations on repairs, explained options, and made sure I was happy with the outcome.

We went to a few dealerships around and found DB RV to be the best. Mike was awesome and showed us trailers that fit our needs and was great to work with. We ended up purchasing a trailer and everything went great. Very happy with our new trailer and happy to be customers!
