I had a large amount of skin cancer surgically removed from my nose which caused me to have a deviated septum. I had my nose pierced at a different piercing establishment in Ogden that was kind enough to work around my issue and pierce my nose in a place that isn’t usually preferred but they made it work and made me feel good about it. I went into Deja Vu today to get a new hoop and the first thing the girl said was “who pierced your nose, it’s in a horrible place they did a terrible job”. How rude and completely unprofessional. Find more caring employees that have been taught basic manners and customer service skills. I will never walk in the door of this business again.

Travis is so friendly and great at what he does! He made the whole process so quick and easy and was so so nice! I will definitely be coming back! They also use good quality jewelry and the shop is very clean.

I hate to give bad reviews but I hope this saves someone’s nose. Kayla might be great for other piercings but she pierced my septum incorrectly and damaged the nerves in my face. Do NOT use dish soap to clean your piercings. She should know better than to recommend that to people, especially by the way mine kept drying out, infecting, hurting, etc. and how others must have as well. I reached out to her to take another look at it, but she told me my symptoms were fine, when they were very much not. I had shock pains going through my face if I wiggled or even sniffled the wrong way. If she’s good at ear piercings, sure, get your ears pierced, but I wouldn’t let her pierce your face after my experience. I’m sorry

First off the staff is not friendly at all here, and second, I had a tattoo appointment at 2pm and the “artist” never showed. The unfriendly staffed tried calling the “artist” 3 times with no answer. The unfriendly staff did not even tell me what was going on so I had to ask them if they got ahold of him? They said no and so I left. I wasted my time and gas driving to this place. I will not go go back

I cant recommend this place enough. My 7 year old decided she wanted her ears pierced. Love that you dont have to book an appointment, they welcomed us in and got us situated right away. My daughter was pretty nervous, but the piercer was amazing and walked her through it. This was such a great experience as a parent and I couldnt be happier.

I went in to get my Daith piercings a couple months ago and they were very kind. They gave me a lot of information about the peircings that I was unaware of beforehand. I was also really nervous to get them, but the peircer was really friendly and made jokes to lessen my anxiety.

Travis did a really good job he is fast

My screw in lip piercing fell out after 20 hours. Either the jewelry failed, or the piercer didnt get it in correctly. They have offered to pierce it again, but I no longer trust the companys hygiene because the woman who answered the phone suggested I shove something in there to hold my fresh piercing open until I could figure out a time to come in for new jewelry. That kind of advice is so incredibly dangerous.

Kayla did an amazing job piercing my two girls ears(ages 7 & 4). No tears, not even a flinch. Highly recommend!

Me and my dad set up an apt about a week ago to get tattoos together, we showed up to our appointment and was told our artist went on break and won’t be back until 30 minutes past our appointment. When we asked to see if he’d come back for our PRE SCHEDULED appointment. He said no. Absolutely ridiculous to not be on time for an appointment that was pre booked. One star is being generous.

Very clean and professional. I got my nose done and it did not hurt at all. They made sure I was comfortable, the wait was not long at all. I would definitely recommend to come again.

I got two piercings here. My shen men and my rook, however they didnt ever heal because they werent done right. I got my shen men redone, and they made me pay for it.. Ive had my rook for two years, it never healed.. because it wasnt done right... and my cartridge has stayed swollen for the last month the jewelry has been out. I wont be returning.

I will no longer be recommending dejavu to my friends after the experience my friend and her 8year old daughter had yesterday. Kayla was extremely rude saying my friend wasn’t her daughter’s “real mom” (adopted doesn’t mean she isn’t her real mom!) Kayla was so unprofessional and mean to this sweet little 8 yr old who got scared after the first piercing and ended up charging them double for it. I cannot in good conscious recommend this shop to anyone unless this situation is remedied. Who acts like a total jerk to an 8 yr old on their birthday??I posted this same review on their FB page and Kayla tried defending her rudeness by saying she was patient and understanding for 30 min. If youre looking for someone to do a child piercing do not go here. They do not provide a calm and professional place for your kids. Terrible service, terrible response from them.

The piercer was amazing! My 4 year old got her ears pierced and loved the experience! The piercer was so friendly and comforting to my daughter, anf had full conversations with HER, and helped guide her through the process.Covid precautions were great in the piercing room and the lobby.The cashier though! Dang, she was outstanding!!! She was multi tasking with the 10 customers in there. Running around. Soooo friendly! I wish I had caught her name.Thank you everyone for the great experience! I hope this has taught my daughter that piercings and tattoos are done in clean shops with professionals. 🧡🧡

I definitely do not recommend this place for tattoos. They charge way to much for the littlest thing. I highly recommend this place for piercings, but not tattoos.🙄

Went in to get a daith piercing to help with migraines. The guy who did mine (unfortunately I cant remember his name) was very nice. I had a headache at the time I went in so he was able to find the best point to pierce. Havent had a migraine in over a year. He also did 3 other earrings for me on the same ear. Would definitely go here again for piercings and tattoos.

Had a headache for 5 days so I ended up going in to get my daith pierced on both ears. I was terrified. Travis has the best humor and made it less scary lol.. it hurt but it instantly helped. I appreciate him so much. Also the girl at the front desk was amazing! ❤

I got my Dath pearcing for migraines here. I was nervous but the piercer helped me to be calm and got me through it. I have since had to trade them out for surgery. The staff was very helpful.

The Tip: tells if you will get a good piercing Or not. went in for a nose piercing and I didn’t tip well Only what I could afford and so I got a too small of a ring which it got irritated and infected no matter how many time I cleaned itthe inside hole was to high couldn’t get a new ring in. People told me not to go here but I went anyway and it was a bad experience

I got both my daiths pierced a month or two ago. BEST THING EVER!!! However, the ball on one of them came off. So very grateful that they replaced it and tightened all the others!!! These guys are 100%!!!

He was careful about finding the right pressure point and when he pierced it my 5 day old migraine went away immediately! I was suspicious but it worked and Travis did a great job!

Raul did a cover up tattoo for me and I couldn’t be happier with it. Honestly can’t even tell it was a cover up. The price I was quoted was very reasonable as well! I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo or a piercing! My girlfriend has got all her piercing here and they have all been amazing!

I took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced today for her birthday. Travis did the piercing and did an awesome job! He was super friendly with my daughter and made her nice and comfortable even though she was nervous. He was quick and precise with the stick, the shop and equipment was sterile. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend going here over cheap gun style piercing places.

Me and my friend both got Daith piercings today from Kayla. She was very professional and knew what she was doing. I suffer from bad migraines from a brain injury and have already felt relief on the side I got pierced. I’m going to go back and get the other side done this week. Thanks guys!

I came here to get the lip piercing Angel Bites, since I was in the area and randomly thought of getting them. 😂Staff/employees were very nice. The place was also very clean and safe. I didn’t catch the piercers name but but he was very kind through the process. (: it’s now day 5 of having them in!! They look very nice although I do have to say they look very uneven but it could be from the swelling. Also I’m rating this 4 stars because my Piercer gave me a small bar and stud which actually gave me embedding problems. :(Had to go to Spencer’s to get a bigger bar and studs. Not really blaming him though.. everyone swells different 🤷🏻‍♀️

Got my nostril pierced here almost a year ago and had no problems with it at all. The piercer went through their steps for sterilization and what they would do for the piercing. Aside from the pain of the piercing, the piercer was very professional and seems proud of his work.

I got my daith piercings here over a year ago and they were fantastic!About a week after getting the piercings, one of the balls was stripped and kept falling off. They took care of it in a super time efficient and courteous manner!Today I needed them out for an MRI and Travis was phenomenal! My appointment was soon and the other piercer was a 30 min wait. Travis grabbed the plastic studs and took me back right away to get me on my way to my appointment!Amazing group of artists!

Ignored my better judgement when i saw the word “tattoo” misspelled on their sign out front, but i should have trusted my gut. completely unprofessional. had them help me screw my ball into the back of my cartilage piercing and they charged me $5? after they told me they’d do it real quick. didn’t change my earring or anything, just screwed the ball back on. absolutely ridiculous. after the artist dropped my ball on the ground twice and nearly lost it. would not recommend.

Junior is my tattoo artist and he is the best, i only trust him because he does the best work Pictures do not justify his artistic talent, he has done several of my tattoos and he has a great personality, he focuses on his work and always makes sure u are satisfied with your tattoo, he is amazing i give him 5 stars and more, Definitely recommend.

I was a little nervous to go here after some bad reviews I read. I decided to go ahead and just go anyway. I can’t remember the name of the girl who helped me behind the counter, but she was SO nice. Travis is the name of the guy who pierced me, and he was also really nice too. He definitely has a sarcastic sense of humor which I personally liked. For me it helped calm the nerves. My only complaint is I wish they’d send home a paper or brochure on after care instructions. They did tell me everything I needed to go buy to keep it clean, but I forgot as soon as I left.

Pros: The best tattoo artist I can find in all of utah Junior. His tattoos stick out of your skin. (He is getting more expensive.)

Been battling a migraine for 6 days, finally came in level was about a 2, Travis tested a couple of spots and found the one the took the rest of the pain away. Been following this shop and Steve for a while and they really know their stuff. I did it for medical reasons but would come back for other piercings for how clean and professional they are.
