Me and my wife used to go to blue alot to get things and then we stopped.but today oct 2, 2021 we stopped in and looked and the ladies there GG,ashely and fran were working and were so helpful on helping my wife find stuff she would like and i would like. as well as the other customers there that got help and then came back to us to make sure we are ok.we diffently will be back.but on the sad note they stop saleing magazines.

I was looking for outfits back in Aug/Sept for a boudoir photoshoot. Id been to 2 other places before walking in to Dr Johns & told the gal what I was looking for. She looked me up and down and said IF anything here fits you, itll be over there and she pointed to 1 small rack of clothes. I felt completely belittled and defeated.I went to Blue Boutique next. As soon as I walked in, the cute gal said what can I do for you? I told her about the boudior shoot & point blank asked I just need to know if you have anything that might fit me...She SMILED. And said Gorgeous, Ive got you! What do you want to accent & what do you want to hide? In less than 3 minute, she had NINE outfits to try on! LOVED 3 of them, liked 2 of them and they ALL fit!Thank you Blue Boutique for an amazing experience, great customer service & for having sizes that make average sized women (18/20) feel great and confident!!!

Shiv was an outstanding salesperson and apparently is your sizing and fitting main person for corsets! My girlfriend and I had been looking for good fitting lingerie for a photo shoot and her professionalism and knowledge was priceless in our search . Thank you! Im sorry but to not allow returns regardless of any reasons is a crooked scheme. I was literally told that if the package was unopened i could bring it back and get a return. There has to be some situations where a return can be acceptable in order for me to have any respect for a business. We all know the type of stores that do this and they are all shady businesses... Coerce you into something, reassure the customer that they can return it under certain conditions, then you show up a day later with it in perfect condition and all of a sudden they dont do returns. How can anyone feel good about that? Itll be the last time they get my business. This is one of my only 1 star reviews out of hundreds and they deserve less.

I take boudoir shoots and Blue Boutique is honestly the first place I go to every time if I need something. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of toys and clothes and this is where I found my FIRST RAVE OUTFIT, and at LAST minute. Huge sigh of relief. Thank you so much for all your help Jocelyne!

Do not shop here, the worker flat out lied to us. Told us we had 48 hours to return if we didnt like the purchase. Manager refused said her worker wouldnt have said that. One of them is lying.*Update* Manager of sugarhouse was very professional and explained their policy. Could not return the item but went above and beyond to help us and make us whole as much as she could

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of items from costume wear, lingerie, adult play and I fell in love with their corsets and steam punk wears. Coming from NYC I felt at home in this gem of a store. Well done. If I lived here this would be my go to store being a performer myself.

I just moved to the area and came in after driving by the store. I wasnt sure what to expect, but what I found in this gem of Ogden is more than I could of hoped for! Cat, Kennedy, and Jocelyn were so friendly and answered every question I had. Ogden blue boutique is a awesome store with ample of fun toys for both men and women, but what I love the most is their customer support and their love for their customers. all the girls are super hot, but most important I bought a vibrator with a camera at the end that inserts but it didnt work and all the girls especially Kennedy worked over and beyond with me and the manufacter to rectify the issue but the creator of the toy refused to accommodate. So instead of saying sorry Ray your Sol these wonderful girls gave me my full amount back in store credit and discontinued using and or having anything to do with svakom. I recommend all anybody and every body to visit and frequent Ogden blue boutique.
