Fair prices, incredibly helpful staff, and an always fascinating, frequently rotating stock of furniture. Plenty of real gems here if youre handy at fixing little issues or refinishing. Ive bought half a dozen pieces here over the years, and theyve been fantastic. Plenty of cheap, useful remodeling materials in stock as well.

Love shopping here and for such a touching cause!! Visited recently to get items for my new place. Found a beautiful dining room light, sconces, paint supplies & art supplies. Looked at cabinets to organize my garage, tools, dining sets, etc. A DEFINITE stop for my shopping list!! P.S. Im eclectic so the sconces were perfect however they have the current trends too.

I visited Restore Store recently when planning done home improvement projects. It had been well over a year since my prior visit. I found the store to be better organized, but that seemed to come at a cost because the prices, like everywhere else, have moved higher. When I bought bought crown moulding, I was told there pricing was about half of the new price. Although Im saving money, Ive found better clearance pricing on new items. Considering the items are donated, i believe a price closer to 35% of new retail is more appropriate. Itll take more than that to keep me away from here though.

We usually come here and find some decent things at a low price. This time we came to donate. We pulled up with a trunk FULL of items; things on the list of accepted items and things I’ve seen sold inside Restores. I rang the bell and no one answered, so I called the store for assistance. A guy finally came out, looked at the trunk, and said there was nothing in there they accept. I would have gladly taken out the items myself and place what they wouldn’t take back. MY guess is that he didn’t want to do his job that day go through anything. I’ll stick to one in Davis where we normally donate. Much better!!

I had an almost new door with frame to donate (wrong size). Then went inside, I ended up buying a few things. You have to look, but it is fairly well sorted out. Most pricing is fairly reasonable. But of course a few things werent. I bought something needing minor repairs, but it was a match for what I already had.

I have visited the Ogden store many times in hope of finding something useful for my home. I feel they are overpriced. I have only found two items during my visits that seemed like a reasonable deal. Today I saw brand new items from Ikea that were priced at the original dollar value. Many of the items are well-used and in okay condition but the prices are exaggerated. I have been finding better deals on marketplace and other outlets. Most likely will not return here.

An awesome second-hand home improvement store! I love the ReStore, and I would love to give them five stars but I cannot. They deserve five stars because habitat for humanity is a great organization! I cant give the five stars only because its difficult to determine pricing on some of the items in the store. While its awesome to have the volunteers in the store it would be nice if they just said hi, and thank you. I would encourage everyone to shop at this store and support habitat for humanity!if you have the time and ability it would be great if you could volunteer some of your time to this great organization as well! Be sure you check out there other locations throughout the state.oftentimes I find that the pricing is very similar to what you would pay at any other second-hand location, or used goods from Facebook or other individual sellers. Purchasing from the ReStore helps support a great non-profit organization!

I just love love love this store. It is a wonderful idea. Home Improvement Thrift store. I visit this store before ever visiting home depot, Lowes, or any other home improvement store. Highly highly recommended. Please please donate your home renovation left overs or any other building materials rather than just tossing them.Had to drop a couple stars. Went here to do some volunteer work for school. Asked several times what my crime was and how much community service I needed. Volunteer work is volunteer work, why are you discriminating? Accept the work, you know since you are a non-profit community organization. Maybe someone needs an audit?

Went to the Ogden ReStore this morning looking for some used chairs for my basement and found two very nice barrel chairs for $9.00 each. They were clean and odor free, and apart from some minor wear on the arms and wooden legs appeared to have hardly been used. Im sitting in one of the barrel chairs as I type this, and its very comfortable to sit in when Im using my PC. This store has some very cool vintage stuff and I could have spent at least 30 to 60 minutes looking around if I didnt have a previous commitment later in the day. The gentleman at the register was very friendly and personable as well. This was my first visit to the Ogden ReStore after seeing some chairs they had advertised on KSL, but Ill definitely be back again. All in all, a very positive experience and a good first impression.

The ReStore is like a thrift store for home building supplies. Like a Lowes Thrift version. You can donate things like old still working appliances, extra tile or flooring from a building job. Used light fixtures or faucets. When I went they were still pretty new and didnt have a ton of inventory. I hear the current inventory is much larger. Highly recommend supporting this store with donations or purchases. Help keep things out of the landfill.

It was great, we found a base kitchen cabinet and a wall cabinet, that was the same width and put them one on top of the other. We made a pantry for our mother-in-law apartment downstairs. The cabinets are even a close match in color. Two gentleman helped my husband get the cabinets out to our SUV and put them in. We also found draw pulls and knobs for our own kitchen. Cant wait to put them on. The lady/customer service/clerk, at the counter, was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Habitat for Humanity. We are on a tight budget and every penny counts...
