Where do I even begin.. Xavier is seriously best in the business! Lost my keys and the dealership wanted $1800+ plus it was going to take a week. Amazing service! I lost my keys playing with my dog in the Ogden River. I found a stranger and they called up Key Man. The gentleman that helped me was polite and helpful. He said that hed be up to my car in 20 to 30 minutes. It took him half that time. He was very friendly and was really nice to my dog. He got my car unlocked, car started, and programmed a new fob. Excellent honest staff. Found a hidden gem. They are also open Saturdays. I know because I came in on Saturday. I also got there 30 minutes before closing. Seriously some of the best service I have ever gotten!!!!I was super confused on why my car wasnt starting, the alarm was going off and wouldnt even turn over. Honestly, I was just expecting them to make me a new key, but when they saw it didnt start the car and fix my problem, they had me pull around to the back. They jumped and charged my battery, then when that didnt work, they pulled out even more diagnostic tools and got inside the car. We had a great conversation with the owner and by the time we came back, they had completely fixed my car! Super helpful, nice and extremely knowledgable workers!!AND they only charged me for the key. I gave them as much of a tip as I could! Cant recommend them enough

I could not recommend this business enough! Needed a new key fob to be programmed and cut, which they were able to do in about 15 minutes from the time I arrived.Extremely nice and genuine people that ended up saving me around $100 from the quote given by the dealership! Since I bought my key fob online and brought it to them, they even had the smart thought of programming first so that if for any reason the programming didnt work, I would be able to return the fob without the cut preventing me from doing so.Once again, HIGHLY recommended!

I have taken keys to Key Man Lock &Safe a few times. This last time I got a car fob made. They were super fast and was able to make the key for a fair price. I did buy a third party key and they were able to make it for me in less than 10 mins

Have a Honda Civic and the key fob sucks! This is my second replacement and the last time I paid too much! Stopped by Key Man Lock and they are taking care of me as we speak. Super awesome staff and very helpful. Hopefully this will be the fix but if I need any help in the future will be back here for sure.

Great service at reasonable prices, needed a new key fob for a car and they were able to quickly get one programmed for me even though it was close to closing time. Great people to work with!

These guys were able to fix what the dealer broke. I took my truck to the Ford dealer to get a backup key made, because I only had one key. The dealer not only wasnt able to duplicate the key, but they somehow damaged the key I brought in that worked before so it would only work if you had it in the perfect spot. It sometimes took 30 minutes to get the truck started. The dealer said the key I had was after market and it damaged the ignition. They tried to charge me almost $600 to replace the ignition. I could tell that the dealer had no idea what they were doing so I took my truck and now damaged key to Key Man down the street.Key Man was able to diagnose the issue, which was the key not the ignition, and they were able to make two new copies to give me a backup key and also replace the key that the dealer damaged. Both keys were cheaper at Key Man than one key bought from the dealer. After they got the keys working they went the extra mile and lubricated the ignition and jumped my truck when the battery died. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also upfront with whatever they charged before they did the work, so there were no surprises.Long story short, dont go to the dealer for key issues. Go to Key Man. They not only were less than half the price of the dealer, but had the tools/knowledge to get the job done right when the dealer didnt. They saved me several hundred dollars that I could have spent if I allowed the dealer to replace a functional ignition.

I shopped around for a while and came across with key man lock & safe company, called them, explained my situation, and they quickly set me up with an appointment. I happened upon this company, initially to get a couple of specialty key copies, ones that another store couldnt do for me. I ended up inquiring about my car key fob & Im so glad I did. About a year previous, I had a copy of my car key made by another company but it was not programmed for my car. Not only did the fob not work, but it also wouldnt start my car. That was frustrating but I assumed there was nothing that could be done about it; it became an emergency key that I could use to unlock my car manually if I happened to lock my real key in. After I inquired, they explained it to me & programmed that key to work with my car. Thats made a world of a difference! Now I am not worried should I permanently lose my car key. I was grateful for the service they provided for me & the help I received, as I clearly did not understand how my car fob worked. Very professional & personalized service. I will be using them from now on. 5/5 recommend.

We ask Key Man Lock & Safe Company to come install deadbolts in all our doors. They showed up at the appointed time did the job and keyed all our locks to work on one key. They made 4 extra keys They repaired one door that had damage to it and keyed our French doors even though they werent asked to do so. We asked them to make a new key for my truck and not only did they do that but made a new FOB that worked with the old one. Later I needed a 2nd key for my Polaris machine and did it at no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.
