Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered my questions in a way that I understood what was being said. Im not exactly known for being tech savvy. They did set my brother with some great new gear on his tour van at a very reasonable price. I never once felt talked down to or degraded just because Im a woman. I will definitely go there of I decide to get the radio I want for my car.

I went in to look at subs for my car and Brandon immediately came and talked to me. Unlike most sales representatives who try to upsell the most expensive system, he showed me a couple options and gave me his genuine opinion on which would be best for my car. He made me an appointment and I was able to get in almost with 3-4 days. They did a great job installing the subs and they sound better than I would have imagined. Fair pricing and good work, will definitely go here again with any cars I may have in the future :))

Pretty disappointed. Went in to Sound Warehouse in May. Brandon helped me with figuring out what would be the best speakers for my car and he gave me a quote and told me that they didn’t have the speakers in stock and would put me on a wait list . I was fine with that. After 6 weeks of not hearing a word back I finally called and they still didn’t have them. Called about 3 weeks later nothing. So my son who does a lot of his own audio had me go online and I found better speakers for less than I was quoted at SW and had them in 3 days. My son put them in and they sound awesome. I’m sad that sound warehouse didn’t want my business. And I would not refer them to anyone.

Prices are competitive to online sale pricing. They gave me a really good deal. Install was quick, clean, and cost less than a lot of other shops in the area. Would recommend!

Horrible customer service. I am NEVER one who writes reviews, but people deserve to know that the job they’re doing is very poor. I called in asking about the best way to approach purchasing a sub from them & having them install it. The response I got was this: “Sorry buddy, we just don’t have time for that.“ There are plenty of other audio shops, and I will make sure to go a different route.

I went in to check my amp and it was close to closing. They came out and noticed that I just had a bad fuze, they hooked me up with a new fuze and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. They will always get my business, great people work there.

We took my husband’s Sequoia there a few years ago and had excellent service getting a new display and backup camera. Today we went because we wanted a radio for a smaller car. They had what we needed in shop. There was no pressure to have them do the install. We spoke about getting something for a different car, and he gave recommendations about what to look for and when a good sale would be on for the type of items he recommended. Very friendly, highly recommend.

These guys were super great from my first call inquiry to making a down payment to setting up my appointment to dropping my car off to picking it up.Everything was fast, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. So glad I chose to go here instead of this other place I had gone to before for the same service. Lets just say SW had more to offer and treated me much better as a new customer than the other place did as a repeat customer. I was appalled by that places lack of professionalism.I had a remote start installed and they did a beautiful job. Cant even tell they were in the car. Dropped it off at 9am and they called me at 1Pm to let me know they were done.Didnt pressure me into paying everything up front when I made the appointment. Didnt pressure me for payment when I dropped my car off either.They were more than happy to show me how the remote start works (although I had the same kit on a previous car). Provided me the best option at the best price to fit my needs. No pressure trying up-sale something I didnt need or get me to buy other stuff just to make a buck. Left me alone to browse around the store. There to answer my questions when asked.I will definitely be back for the stereo and speaker install next. They have a new repeat customer for life.Lastly, the experience alone between the technicians combined cant be beat. Not a bunch of young kids who dont know what theyre doing and in need of constant supervision. These guys have been doing this for YEARS! Love companies with employees that have been there forever. I recommend these guys highly. I bought a stereo a few months ago and my daughter put coins in the player. They warrantied it and replaced free of charge and did it fast. Great guys and great service.

Went in to ask about my stock speakers being replaced one worked said he could do it for about $300 for 4 Kenwood speakers and 2 tweeters. Well 5 min goes by and another worker told me he would look at the car and verify how much it would be well after he looked at it he claimed I would need a whole new stereo that he couldnt use it for aftermarket speakers which after looking into it turns out he lied. He also told me he would email the quote which I never received. Waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

These guys are the best, they were cheaper for better quality equipment, they new what they were talking about and very honest and up front about everything, they were even able to get my equipment installed same day. They have made a customer for life.

I am extremely satisfied with sound warehouses products. Ive had my JBL for over a year and it has been perfect. When moving my amp my fuse blew due to bad grounding. In the end they gave me what I needed to fix the problem fuses and wire. I love how they hook up product for you to hear before purchasing anything. The sound room is extreme I recommend trying.

When my stereo was installed, they had to use some after market parts. My rear defrost button was one of those parts and it shorted out. I took it into these guys to see if I could find just that peice to replace and Mike and Brandon found me a peice to replace it without costing me a fortune or having to give up my stereo to put the factory parts back in. They made my WHOLE week! They were so friendly and helpful. If I ever need a new stereo, Im going to these guys!

Went here to upgrade my stock sound to something better, and boy did they deliver! I told mike the basics I was looking for and he showed me options! I wasn’t going to install speakers, but when I went in for install, there awesomeness continued to shine, I spoke with bill and asked if speakers were possible for x and he made it work!!! I had left a review previously about being over charged on a speaker install for my Jeep. They said it would be a very easy install, especially since the top was off. They quoted me about 250 then when I went to pick it up they charged me about 350. From other reviews it send like I am not the only one this happens to. They denied quoting me at that price when I brought it up. I wish they would have just been straight with me.EDIT: Upon leaving this past review the dude working there saw my name and looked up my records to then go out of his way to call and haze me over the phone. He called me randomly and was belligerent. He yelled at me for leaving a bad review and said that he never quoted me wrong. They are shady and rude people.

They have always been able to help me out with whatever my needs may be. They were able to get me a few small parts that I needed for some custom installs I was doing. I have also had my vehicle windows tinted there with great work having been done by them at a fair price. Great job and great customer service!! Went back again on 3-31-2021 for an additional item and Brandon was phenomenal! Was able to identify the RCA connections that I needed and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend this place!

They fixed subwoofer wiring that another car audio place messed up. The previous place fried my remote wire and line output converter. These guys had it fixed and got my subs working great in less than an hour. A lot less expensive than I was expecting too. Great service!

I got my first sound system from these guys in the 90s when the store was located in Riverdale (around where the Maverick) is now... They did a great job then and they did a great job on my new system in 2020. Some of the same people are even still around, so they know their stuff.They worked within my budget to help me put together a great system and even cut me some deals to get the system I wanted without going over budget. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my car audio needs.

The best! I’ve had a stereo and an auto start put into my truck by the Sound Warehouse. Everyone from the sales rep to the install technician were extremely helpful. Their prices beat everyone in town and the installations were above expectations. I recently had to Take my truck in due to the auto start not working correctly. They got me right in and determined a factory defect. They had to replace the unit and it was all under warranty. That’s pretty amazing, considering I had it installed nearly 4 years ago! Visited this location 3-2-20. car stereos always require numerous parts to install. fortunately this shop had all required parts for my new car stereo. prices are pretty competetive but reasonable for touch screen. able to get installed same day too which was huge since i had been without a car stereo for a few days before this. they even was generous to give me a loaner car so i wouldnt be late for work.

Awesome experience. I’ve been having problems with a stereo that another sound warehouse installed and they weren’t being helpful so i came to the Ogden one they got me an appointment really fast I took it in and they got me a new part under warranty. All was installed and fixed in about 30 min. I couldn’t believe how helpful they were. Their customer service was awesome they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of!
