They sold my daughter-in-law a car with no valid ID. The car died shortly after. Its being towed to a junk yard. They are ripoff slime balls. Never and I mean NEVER, buy from them. Im turning them into the state for doing business illegally and have hired an attorney.

A few years back I test drove a Chevy Malibu and it ran good it was only my second or third car and I was kind of anxious to get into a car. I purchased it for about 4,000 and was on my way home to clear field and my car was smoking I called them when I got home and they basically told me it wasn’t there problem and the next day I took it into a mechanic and I had two blown head gaskets!My Ogden Motors would t help me with a think! Don’t purchase a vehicle here!

We had a great experience with Ty and Mando at Mt. Ogden Motors. After a LONG day of car shopping and not finding what we wanted or needed, I found an ad for one of their vehicles that I was interested in. When I called they told me they would wait to close so I could come in--(you wouldnt believe how many other places we visited that totally lacked in anything resembling customer service, so it was refreshing to find someone who cared.) They had just gotten a new car on the lot and after a short test drive and badic checkover, I was sold.My only complaint was that an inspection of the vehicle had not been performed beforehand. I was told the only things they did to the vehicle was wash the outside and do an emissions check. They had no idea when the last oil change had been done--something I think they should have taken care of. A tire started going flat the very next day, then, when I filled the tank with gas, the fuel gauge broke. I also have had to fix a few other minor things (i.e. back windshield wiper blade, the liftgate supports, and added Techron to the tank.) Its with my mechanic right now to make sure everything else is good (Im guessing it needs power steering fluid, new brake pads, and a new instrument gauge.)Still, as long as its nothing major, I feel like I got a decent deal and still appreciate the congenitality of the staff.

I took my Daughter to Mt. Ogden Motors to look at cars. She purchase a car from there and was treated very well. All her questions were answered and she was treated with respect. This was her 1st car purchase and our sales person went over the contract and made sure she understood. She loves her car and enjoys going in to make her payment so she can talk with the crew. After that experience her sister went to Mt. Ogden Motors and purchased a car also. She is also very happy with the car and the care she received.

Any time you buy a used vehicle, youre going to have little fix its, but youre not always going to have a dealer who gives you their full attention, and gets you the best price possible in the least amount of time. My test drive took longer than the paperwork process. I am amazed at how well I was treated compared to other, bigger dealerships nearby! I was shown nothing but trust and respect. Really grateful for such an awesome dealer, who helped me get into such a fantastic car!

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. Im sure that all the 5 star good reviews on this place are written by their own employees because this place sucks. I bought a vehicle from them and before I test drove it I saw a gentleman get out of the vehicle just getting back from test driving it and he was smoking a cigarette so while I was test driving it I could smell a faint smoke smell so when I got back to the dealership I asked if this vehicle had been a smoked in vehicle when they bought the truck and they reassured me that it was a clean truck and was smoke free so I decided to believe them. The truck drove very nice while I was driving it so I decided to buy it. Immediately after driving it off the lot the check engine light popped on right on Que. I turned around and told them about it and they said they would check it out. After checking it out they told me nothing was wrong with it and they had turned the light off and I was good to go. I started driving home and of course the light popped back on. I live an hour and half away from the dealership so I decided to take it to my mechanic back at home. My mechanic told me there was something majorly wrong with the truck and the guys at Ogden Motors lied to me. The next thing I did was get on my phone and try and call the guys at the dealership. As you can probably guess no one answered. I called about 5 or 6 times and no pick up. I left it be until the next day and when the next day rolled over I tried calling them again. After 7 times of calling someone finally answered and told me to take the truck back up to them. I took the truck back up there and their mechanic played around with it and turned the light back off. I drove all the way back home and it hadnt popped back on but when I went to go to work the next day the light came right back on. I tried calling the dealership to tell them. I called probably 10 times. I finally gave up and just took it to my mechanic and got it correctly taken care of instead of just turning the light off. Also, the cigarette smell never went away even after spending a ton of money on the nicest cleaning I could find. This place is shady and needs to be shut down. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. You will certainly get ripped off.

The first thing I did when I approached Armando at this dealership was ask if it was okay to take in a used car to a trusted mechanic and have them check if there was anything wrong with the car, and Armando said that he did not mind. This factor alone proves that these are some honest fellas and that they have nothing to hide. Armando even upfront told us that the car I was looking at needed the rear brakes to be replaced, which the dealership covered with no cost to me. I am extremely pleased with my transaction and would definitely shop here again.

STAY AWAY! I had a car wreck and needed a reliable car and Matt ripped me off and sold me a DEAL of a cracked engine block POS that was crappy from day one. I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT LOOK AT THE CARS THEY SELL BEFOREHAND! Luck of the draw. ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD, NO REMORSE, AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. BOO!!!

Fraud. Once you have made a purchase from them and try to contact them for assistance they wont answer your calls. They wont work with your situation and should NOT be trusted. They wouldnt pull a carfax without charging us and then lied to us about where the vehicle was purchased. STAY AWAY from this Dealership!!!I wished we would have been smart and read all the review before making this purchase! Please dont anyone else make the same mistake we made!!!

Fraud - Fraud - FraudI have had the same issue as the last person who worte a review. I wonder how many more. My son, starting out on his own, stationed at Hill AIR FORCE BASE, bought a truck from the Campbell brothers. They showed that the truck passed inspection. A 1/2 hour after he bought it, he filled the gas tank and it leaked all over the ground. The next day he took it into inspection and it requires 1500.00 to get it to apss inspection and 3200.00 to get it road ready. They wont give my son the inspection report that they had done TWO DAYS before he bought it. The inspection site shows the truck passing inspection when THEY brought it in, but failing when my son brought it in FIVE days later. How could that be? What is the connection between this dealership (dealers being key word) and the person who passed the truck. How many more have been ripped off from these guys. When I talk to them about getting the report, he just yells on the phone. People need to come forward and report.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I bought 2 cars from them last february and one broke down after 3 months with a bad transmission and the 2nd broke down before it hit 5 months. And they refused to help fix either one. Jeff was an alright dude but Matt is a weasel and a ripoff artist
