We bought a re usable vape and opened it and it didn’t work and they wouldn’t exchange it.

They sell terrible quality, unsafe, knockoff vapes that will misfire and blow up on you. They even ask you to test them immediately. Purchased two new ecigs a week ago, neither worked and I had to replace before even leaving premises. The one that did work eventually started firing on its own for minutes at a time. Employees are very rude and disrespectful when confronted with video evidence. Will not be returning and steering all of my friends away. 👎

Very Clean store. Staff is very helpful. I always got a great welcome from the female employee and the old man who works there. There are very nice. I always gets the things of my choice. As being a regular customer she know my choice that i really appreciate. I love to visit this place everytime

Dont buy your Nasty ecigs there. Two separate times I have bought them and they arent burnt tasting or liquid leaking. They need to check their supplier. They charge $6 more than quick stop and other competitors. I only go there when I am too lazy to go down Harrison a mile or two. Not doing it again. They are nice but this just sucks.

Have everything you would ever want or need, I had a good experience here, got me some good salt nicotine e juice.

This is my local, go to smoke shop. The ladies are always helpful and make you feel welcomed. They have a great selection and have the best prices in Ogden.

This smoke shop has it all. I like to vape and they always have all sorts of vaping things. Especially whats popular. The prices are not bad at all. Plus they have those game, slot machine things inside too which look pretty fun. Its small🤏 but isnt lacking if you know what I mean 😜😄✌

They said open 24 hrs so I came to get smokes and etc @11pm and their sign says open...but the door is clearly locked while I can see atleast 4 people who do not work here...wth??? Isnt this false advertising???

DO NOT buy your cigars here. Sunday night, every place closed so I gave them a shot. I know, I know... you dont have to say it.....but,With tax, paid about $15 each... and every one was so damn dry the wrappers started to flake right out of the packaging. They went right into the humidor where theyll have to stay for at least a week if not longer. Clearly THEIR humidor is NOT functioning.

The people and products are great. The female with the accent is zero help and literally just hung up on me while I was polite. The problem. Im convinced to buy a product which they can no longer get atomizers for. Easy question. when are your normal shipments in case they come in. Answer. I dont know click. so be warned. I wont be going back. I can find better cheaper products onlin . So much for local.

Open 24 hours, but didnt carry my atomizer. Bummer. Good and helpful staff, lots of beautiful glassware. Would recommend calling first if your looking to replace atomizers or glass for your tanks.

They had everything we needed but the lady there was very rude, she couldnt understand me very well and when I wanted to purchase something she was very short and snappy other than that the store looked like a good store.

I visit that place very frequently. They are very friendly. I like especially the Female Employee, she is very friendly and helpful. They have nice collection of everything water pipes, glass pipes and many more things. Store is always clean. Always got a very warm and loving welcome, so love to visit the place again.

After calling ahead and being assured they had the vape rig I was after, I travelled several miles out of my way because they were the only shop open that late. I get there and he tells me they do not have it without so much as an apology for wasting my time and gas.This was the Indian gentleman who works here and he needs better product knowledge, better communication, and some semblance of customer service.Dont bother with this place, what a joke!

Ive never been treated worse in my life at a store, (especially one Im spending my money at). They just want you in and out. Al.ost like something shady is going on and they dont want you there long. Rude customer service! We werent greeted or even acknowledged when we walked in. We wondered around for a minute, but apparently I went to far past one of the glass counters because she yelled at me to not come farther past the invisible line she drew with her hand. We were looking for incense, which were around the counter (hence why I went so far to get a better look) where we were NOT allowed to go. So, we had no choice but to ask what scents they had (I wanted to be able to smell them but obviously that was a no no!). She sighed and rattled of quickly the list of incense. I asked if I could smell a specific one and she basically threw the box at me. We figured itd be good enough and went to pay. However, they charge an additional fee for using a card for purchases under $5. Not sure if this is a common thing to do, but it was the last straw. We left empty handed and will take our business elsewhere in the future.

They really do not have a very big selection of vape kits or vape juice & everything is way over priced. The sales girl knew NOTHING about CBD or any of the products they sell in the store. NO ONE was asked for their ID to prove they were of legal age to be in the store as well. I will NEVER go back there again!!!

Bought a defective product, I mentioned it when I got home I called the store and asked if they did exchanges on unused defects. I was told they did not, I have since gotten over myself and came here a few more times with no issues. It is a really good shop I just think there may have been a miscommunicaton/ misunderstanding.

This place is ok but what i meant by no selection of cigars or cigarillos or natural broadleaf wrappers is they dont stay on top of fresh tobacco like im used too. But its ok other than that cigarettes are never stale. But could give better deals if there not its all about quality control guys

Surprisingly Unknowledgeable about their products. I went in to buy an item and they ( the owner and the dude working the register) didnt even know what it was. So I asked for something else that is also popular in smoke shops and they were also clueless to what that was as well. The guy then found a product and tried to convince me it was what I was looking for. Which it was not... Even took it out and showed me it and how it would work, trying to bs us unknowing that the whole time we were laughing at him. Safe to say we wont be coming back 🤣

I had an absolutely amazing experience in Cloud 9 Smoke Shop! Im not sure how to spell it but Malana was incredibly helpful. I called first and told her what I was looking for which was something to help me quit smoking. I had only heard of mods for vaping and have owned one before. It was extremely expensive. She showed me something that had the word pencil in it. It is 100% the exact thing that I needed and was only $15 for the pencil and $15 for the juice Plus I got one extra filter at the cost of $4.99. She says that one should last one month. As a single mom I needed this as far as finding what I need at a reasonable price. Thank you Milan!! No matter the product you make this shop amazing!

The lady working the counter was extremely rude and off-putting. I had questions on a few items and she would show me where the items I asked about was and then just stood there staring at me and would not answer any additional questions I had. I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid that store due to being treated like I was a trash bin on the side of the road.

I worked for the owner of this shop for two mpnths at 5.50hr, with 12hr days, 6days a week. He only payed me once. Three months later im still waiting to get the rest of my money. He never put any money in the inventory or any part of the store. Hes horrible. I wouldent put amy money in to his business. Hes a terrible buisness owner.

They have anywhere from 25% to 50% markup on every single item in the store. Any other vape shop will be cheaper

This place ok. Not a big selection on ejuice nothing like vapor vault. One time I went there has they open they sign say they are open at 9am but the doors was close they opened 15mins later after I called asking if they are open. But if your looking for ejuice you can go there but the best place so far is vapor vault. The employees really dont know a lot about ejuice.
