The staff are super friendly and helpful. I enjoy the time I spent in the store and I am in there very often. I wish they would have more money available for the redeeming process but thats about the worst thing I can say about the business. Great job guys!

This smoke shop used to be a staple but theres a super rude employee there that made it so I will never come back and will get my glass from somewhere else. Rather walk through a feild of broken glass then have to deal with her nasty rude personality again.

I was at the shop down the street 15 minutes prior and everything was the exact opposite which made me appreciate it that much more.It was my first time at the shop i live on the other side of the town but would highly recommend the place over the other shops in the area to anyone for anything..5 stars. Very nice people. The product was okay. I got a weird vibe when the cashier told me that their policy is to take a picture of your ID (in the back room) when you spend over a certain amount. I have been to several places that have never done that before.I dont think I will be back.

I wouldn’t recommend working in this store. Every time I go there they have new people working. The owner must be doing something wrong if the staff are quitting or getting fired. I have seen one person work from early in the morning till they close late at night.

Do NOT BUY PUFF BARS FROM HERE! I bought the 3 for $25 and just opened my last one and low and behold there was nothing in the package!! Not to mention none of their bars last more that they should!!! I will stick with VAPOR MANIA FYI they have the real puff bars and they last.. also they treat you very well.. I only went here for the convenience. I feel like I could have went to the Red Duck and had better luck.

I usually dont do reviews but I wanna do a shout out to Carlie and Misty! These two girls answered every silly question I had, showed me new products and gave me tons of useful info that I didnt know. They hooked me up with a sweet deal for the holidays as well! The pricing here is so much more affordable than most other smoke shops but the service is what stood out to me most. Ill be returning thanks to Charlie and Misty!

They have always been kind and efficient in the way they do business and for me thats all that matters!

What I like more about this particular business when compared to similar establishments, is the positive atmosphere and Customer service & interaction, also how the business owner strives to put business earned income & revenue back into the community. The only drawback that is clearly apparent, is a significant lack of business logo inspired products (this is particularly due to potential business expansion/renovations and COVID-19 side-effects on businesses world-wide) which will be remedied at a later date. Aside from that, the overall consumer shopping experience is well worth it. I would recommend for those of you that partake in vaping and other smoking activities to check out their Vape-Mod accessories, vaporizers, E-Juice, CBD, tobacco, torch lighters, diverse ashtrays, various inscence, body jewelry, Shisha (Hookah flavored tobacco), Hookahs of all sizes, nearly unlimited Glassware, hemp-made accessories, (Tropical Kratom) mind & body health supplements, and last but not least, quality handmade clothing items from Nepal.

I came in there to get a couple of things the other day and the girl that was working was horrible. She completely over priced an item the had the price clearly labeled. Then when I said I wanted to look around some more, she hopped on her phone and sat down. Didn’t even try to see what I was interested in buying, didn’t bother to check on the other customers in the store.This is such horrible service and I will never be back.Her name was Shay.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not a bad place to get a few items but the staff seemed ill informed on a LOT of smoker related issues! They were actually trying to convince me that their loose tabacco was pipe tabacco when the fact is, it is standard role your own cigarette tabacco. There is a HUGE difference in cut, texture, and aroma between pipe and cigarette tabacco!

What a wonderful shop! I needed an atomizer and juice on Christmas day. This was the only shop that was open. Super friendly knowledgeable employees. They carry my favorite juice Naked brand at a 5$ less price compared to other shops in the area! They are open late and also have so much selection for vaping and any other smoking needs.

Zero stars, is a great rating, especially for this shop The item I purchased from them less than 30 days ago up and quit working, their attitude was oh too bad, all sales final, which makes it difficult to get the manufacturer to replace it because they never gave me a receiptunfortunately, to post this review, I had to select one star, negative one star would be more appropriate

Gave broken puff bars and they didnt exchange or give us new ones. They do not work and the lady was very rude.

So Not only was this shop in a questionable area but prior to showing up and driving all the way here from Layton because they are like the only ones that are open until 10 p.m. I called them to make sure that they had the atomizer I needed specifically and verified it twice before hanging up and I was a sure they would have it so I drove all the way here and they didnt have it. What a waste of gas! Not only that its disgusting outside the building trash everywhere homeless people wandering around and then while inside waiting to be helped theres like these two kids that look like they couldnt have been older than 19 talking about how they stiffed some girl $80 for 8 grams, will never visit the shop again ever!

Was meeting up with a few friends to play the machines and mistakenly went to this shmoke shop and was pretty happy I did.The blonde working the counter was way nice and really pretty.Their glass is decent quality and very reasonably priced.Check out there smaller dab rigs, you wont regret it.

Word to the wise. Dont buy the puff bars. You will get 15 puffs then they burn out And this store will do nothing in return to help you. A wasted 26 dollars for 3 defective bars. They will have you test them there amd they will work But shortly after the will burn out and then guess what, YOUR OUT

Its a good smoke shop they have a lot of items that you can buy such as glass paper e-juice scales and a lot of other stuff. There you juice selection is alright it could be better but overall the store is pretty good. The prices they have are also pretty good as well and if you like them on Facebook they give you a discount.

Went in there today to check out this shop as I have never been in there before was blown away by the variety of items they had I ended up buying a water pipe for a good price the guy working was really knowledgeable about his product and was very nice and patient while I was looking around. Awesome place, I used to go to gourmet vapor for all of my juice but because I was able to get 2 120 mils of premium juice for $40 and because of their variety of juices and mods, this will definitely be place I go for my juice from now on. Great customer service and glass as well!

Massive selection of water pipe, E-juice and a great selection of electronic cigarettes I was in here for at least an hour the staff was patient and showed me everything I wanted to see they even showed me some stuff they would recommend for what I needed this is definitely my new shop for all my water pipes and electronic cigarette needs in the near future!!!

Sold my fiancé the wrong tank for his mod, and it made his mod over heat and come to find out that tank only works with a certain mod. So he took it back 2 hours later, and they refused to return it even though it was their mistake. They know NOTHING of E-cigs! You need a new tank or adomizers and you don’t remember or know what works exactly with your things DO NOT go here! They will try to sell you things and refuse returns to get you to buy other things that you don’t need or want. Digital Smoke is better trusted with E-cigs and knows exactly what their doing unliked these guys!

Horrible!! Bad business! Had a battery break.. Bought a new one from this place. Got it home.. My top didnt fit the battery i bought.. Went back to this shop again next day to buy a top that fit.. Got the top home and found that it was the battery that they had sold me.. The lady wouldnt exchange it... I understand a no exchange policy.. Thought that meant if you werent happy... Never heard of a company selling something that didnt work, was faulty, and wouldnt exchange it for one that worked. Thats all i wanted was a battery... THAT WORKED!!! I hope that bad business really does mean something and Im begging you to please find another store to use and not allow this place to make money by selling faulty products... And if your feeling frisky stop in there on your way to the other store and let her know that because this review (and i notice Im not the only one) is the reason youre not spending your money there. They sold me the crappiest fakest counterfeit tank. It was a tfv8 tank the cloud beast. Its fake. The base pops off. The atomizers are to big. Leaks a lot. Even the fine print is off. Its a complete fake. I got a real one and put it side by side and its so crappy. Worst thing is. It broke before i even started my car. I went in a few minutes after and the lady said it is supposed to do that. Then the boss was a no show and hasnt contacted me about it. Theyre selling counterfeits that dont work. Dont waste your time. Just go to digital smoke if youre looking for anything vape.

Bought an e cig set up from this shop, granted it is a smoke shop but they had the vision spinner 2 I was looking for. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable of the product they had.One week after purchasing it my battery died, I went back in to show them what had happened and the owner agreed that the battery had died. I asked if I could trade mine in for a functioning one and the owner refused.I would not recommend this shop to anyone as the shop and owner are untrustworthy.

I went there for the first time today (admittedly only because they were one of the only shops open on a Sunday night) and it was pretty great, I went there for juice and wandered around the shop cuz they have tons of other merch.
