This owner is rude. My husband had a terrible experience there today. How are they still open? Nothing but terrible reviews except for the few probable friends and family saying kind words to boost the overall rating. Would rather run out of gas and walk than give her my business!

Same story as half the reviews on here. We committed the cardinal sin of using their restroom for my young daughter. I was looking for something to buy for the trouble. Grew up in a small town and I get how it goes for these little shops. The older lady (I assume the owner) started into how she should charge for using the bathroom and that we should have gone to the port-a-potties. That we must have missed them on purpose and they are there for a reason. What port-a-potties? I honestly thought it was a joke at first and played along. She made it clear it was not and continued on with this tantrum until I walked my daughter out the door.

Must only be nice to the regulars like other reviews have said. I went in to use the bathroom and grab a cup of coffee then get gas and do my paperwork. Lady that must own the place was so rude I just used the restroom and left to go up to a crowded maverick. At least they dont make rude sarcastic remarks for no reason. Kind of crazy unfathomable experience in my opinion. Will never return.

I am like everyone else here, I wanted to drop in and tell you that the extremely old lady with terribly dyed dark hair that works there is completely rude.I had just bought some food for lunch, doing construction. I was parked and eating. I was outside a total of MAYBE 5 minutes. She came outside and told me to park somewhere else. I WAS EATING MY LUNCH I JUST BOUGHT FROM THERE. But whatever. I thought this was a decent store till I met her. Ill never go back. Ill drive farther and pay more just to stay away from someone that rude.

Old lady got mad at me for filling up a water bottle, buying a $3 energy drink and using a card. Called me a big spender very sarcastically as she glared at me and snapped at me when my card didnt work the first time. She must only like people if they are locals. Will NEVER go back. Just go up the road about 5 minutes to pilot.

This has to be the worst store ever. The clerks are rude, the managment is rude. Everything is over priced and horrible quality. Theres bugs everywhere. Please sell this place to someone that knows how to run a business and actually cares about what they do in life. STAY W AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!. The owner looks at you and tells you off if your dirty from a hard days labor at all. She has terrible people skills and lacks the ability to communicate with her customers. The food is disgusting. I had chicken nuggets and and threw them up. Something is terribly we wrong with this store.Recommendation if you have the gas to get somewhere else do it. They have better prices and customer service most places.

Ran by the most friendly people in West Weber! Stop by weekly and always greeted with love and care! They truly want to know how your day/week is going😊My son goes there all the time with his Asian friend and we heard they are racist which is far from the truth! They get free food and extras all the time:)

Good place for a quick soda pop or a fresh baked good. They always have what i need wether its food, snack, medicine, or a good cheap bag of ice. I’ve never had a bad experience with the store, the owner, or the employees like everyone else has claimed. But, I will say if you don’t have thick skin, then don’t come this far west. Stay up town and go to one of those worthless crowed Maverik stores, and don’t get your feelings hurt.

I would have added a star or two to my rating for the convenience and variety in the store but due to the terrible experience I had with the lack of good customer service, I am leaving it with one. In fact, the worker there was awfully rude. It was my first time inside the store, and all I did was ask if they had a military discount which COULD have been answered with a simple, kind yes or no. Instead, she made extremely rude and sarcastic comments like, Dont you get enough discounts? Dont we pay you enough already? and You probably joined because you couldnt get a job and had nothing else to do. I was so surprised at these remarks I almost thought she was kidding. All I did was take my purchased merchandise, and with a smile, I told her to have a good day as I walked out, and probably for the last time. Thinking back, I would have liked to address such an unappreciative attitude with, Well, I am sorry you feel that way toward brave service-men and women who risk their lives to protect your freedom to sit in a crummy convenient store and express such snide and unthoughtful comments. If you want a successful business, dont include a dosage of opinionated hate with each transaction.On top of that, they dont show the price for a lot of the merchandise on the shelves either.

This little country store is a staple in our community. They have saved me more than I can count. Just wish they had Diet Pepsi on tap. Love the owners, kind, generous people.

In all the years I have stopped in here the workers have always been snotty, rude, or standoffish or a combination of all 3. I can confidently say the only reason this place is still in business is because they have no competition out here in the west Weber area ( though I dont doubt a lot of people drive the extra 5 miles to pilot). They really took the term convenient store to heart because thats the only thing they have going for them. I gave one star for the good soft serve ice cream and also because I cant rate it any lower.

Ive lived out in west weber for 23 years. All of the million times Ive been into country corner Ive been greeted by wonderful people. Kind and caring, the kind that makes you feel like family.

I usually dont see the point in leaving bad reviews bbb and the older cashier lady was so rude I thought it should be known.

Maybe they’re only nice to regulars. Rude cashiers. Expensive prices, which I don’t mind paying IF the service is at least decent. Not the case here. Do not recommend.

Giving this place 1 star, wish there was a no star review.I have lived out west for over 10 years, and given this store tons of chances, always bad service.Expensive prices, plus awful customer service, and questionable gas. Steer clear at all costs.I could live with the high prices if the service was good.Clerks that are mad that you for only wanting to buy a drink, or try to pay with a credit card. Newsflash, its the year 2017, no one has cash on them.When you do finally make a purchase and go to drink your drink its only slightly cold like they are too cheap to turn down the temp in the fridges to give you an ice cold drink.I thought it was maybe just me, so I asked my family about it. My wife, father, and friends all report the same thing.Now I just avoid this place and go to any other store. Luckily there are some in almost any direction not too far away.

This is my go to convenience store. Everyone is so nice! I have seen reviews of people complaining about the prices....its a convenience store people. I think their prices are better than Maverik for most things!

The older lady who works here is extremely rude and wouldn’t let me use the bathroom unless I bought something first.

Absolutely wonderful little store that has saved my butt a couple of times. Real people who care and won’t BS you!!! I couldn’t possibly say enough about everyone who works there and who run it.

Been in 3 times and felt judged and uncomfortable every time. First time I was asking if she would like to get my services as I am a salesman. She started getting mad and defensive saying I don’t need anything. I asked if there were other businesses around I could see. She then started arguing with me and getting very rude. Second time I gassed up and used the bathroom trying to avoid her. I accidentally found her on the way out. She asked me if she could help me in a questioning and suspucious way. Just said I needed the bathroom and left. Third time I needed a place to warm up my lunch. Microwave said no outside food but there was no other place around so I ignored it. She then came up to me and asked if she could help and I just said I was warming up my food. She said I’m sorry you can’t as it is against health code and pulled my food out of the microwave and handed it it to me. I was mad.

Great service and the employees are amazing!! The construction on 12th St. is frustrating for everyone but its well worth the stop just for their fresh made treats! Love these guys!!!

Moved out here and I am among some of the best people ever. Its too bad some of the crankiest and rude people work at this place to represent the people out here. I have had too many negative experiences at this place to think it is just an off day for an employee. Again, the community is fantastic!

This place is terrible. The lot is all torn up, and we were forced to go around the building. When we did, the lady screamed at us to get off her property. There was no concern for her patrons welfare or safety. I assured her we will never return at her request. Thanks for the friendly hospitality Ogden, Utah. This lady is a pock mark on your face.

You should choose your words more wisely. Business will start to tank if you do not. We are all Americans and it is propably your kind that should not be welcome. I will never do business here again!

The service and demeanor is rude.. Its not a snobish rude its a mean rude.. Ill not go there unless in dire need of something maybe not even then.. BTW I believe these 5 star reviews are her friends and family...

Kind and generous people at this place. Cant blame them for getting a little grumpy every once in a while after having to clean up a messy bathroom every time the cyclists come through without buying anything.

This is the best place for a quick stop to get a drink or a nice baked good love this place.

The management and employees of this store are aweful and very rude to their customers. Today my friend who is Asian was out riding his bike and stopped in to by a Gatorade and was told by the store manager that his kind was not welcome in their store. Wheather it was racist or just plain hatred toward cyclist. The comments were wrong. I have also felt uncomfortable while stopping at this store on past bike rides to buy drinks and food along with filling up my water bottles and using the restroom. IIhave always be polite and respectful when in the store. Th girl at the register just glared at me and never once said one word to me. Even as I said hi and thank you and to have a nice day after paying for my stuff. She still continued to give me dirty looks and ignored me.

I love this place so much! The service is amazing! And its a fun place to be!!!

All the negative reviews in the past few days about racism are based on a fb post claiming that a person was denied service because he is Asian. The reality is they are a group of cyclists who, for whatever reason, have bad blood with the store and have used the race card to fuel the flames. Ive used this store for many years and its just like any other convenience store. Nothing more, nothing less. And Ive never witnessed any unfair treatment of anyone. But they (cyclists) have all talked about how much they have always disliked this store and have some kind of grudge. A little digging through the friends posts on our local social media and that becomes all too clear. When all else fails, throw the word racist into the fight and watch the internet sheep begin to mobilize... disgusting actually.

Country Corner is always my favorite to go to when I head out to my moms house. They have the most friendly staff ever there and a fun assortment of candy for my girls!

Sorry guys, you lost my business today. I brought food to microwave for lunch and was told they dont allow outside food. NO OTHER gas station cares if you use their microwave. I even asked if I bought something if they would let me and she said no. Good luck with all the negative reviews..
