Brenda is by far one of the worst cashiers I have come across driving truck in the last 7yrs. I dont like technology anymore then I can throw it. Instead of trying to be helpful she throw attitude like im inconvenienceing her at work asking her to do her job. If she worked for me she would not have a job anymore. Im just saying that the people that represent your company and thats not what I would want I wont be back. I will pass on to the other 2000 drivers that its not a good truck stop .........

I was having problems with my cars performance I switched to pilot gas and now my xterra runs like a champ and the gas was cheaper then everywhere else. They have a free air hose out back for my tires great long and short squeegee and a subway in there to eat. I love this place

What a great stop for travelers. Restrooms were sparkling clean, thanks to Brenda, and the staff was very friendly. Particularly during COVID, cleanliness is appreciated and it was obvious that this Pilot took that aspect seriously. Thank you!!

They have a really good taco bell and good employees and also a subway, they do not have a laundry but they have showers, parking is limited.

Hi everyone whom stops at pilot truck stop and whom works at pilots I just want to say I stopped at pilot truck stop in Ogden Utah store 294 .1670 west 12th street and I see there two employees Erin and Linda they were so polite and generous I love them and there service. I hope other people learn from them how do such a lovely deal with people. I really like your attitude Erin and Linda please keep it up. Luv you both be blessed.

Usually, everyone here is nice. Tonight they were rude and had no coffee. How hard is to tell someone politely that the women are using the shower for the restroom. If you dont like your job then go somewhere else. Lemon Limes!

Went to subway today and had the pleasure of getting a sandwich made by Angelina I think her name was. She was friendly, quick, assertive, and asked all the right questions. People like her deserve a raise she defiantly had the best customer service skills!!

With the whole virus going around, Im surprised to say The restaurants in this store are actually open on the inside! Take out only. So thankful. At the other truck stops the restaurants are only open for drive through. And we cant fit our big rigs through there. So thank you Pilot for actually caring about us truckers.

Not really a fan of this location, but, the windshield wash is usually full, trash cans not overflowing, & the CAT scale works.Parking is tight, usually oil/grease/diesel all over the pumps. Its really hit or miss on what worker is there some are ok others really seem to have a chip on their shoulder.Its not that bad but not that great.Theres resident transients that loiter at this location, hitting folks up for rides or food or money.

This place is small but the showers are clean. The ladys at the counter are really nice.

Great people who are very helpful. There is a bubbly woman with long brown hair who was extremely helpful. Plus.... You can get refills. Go pilot!!!

543am on 1/10/2020 ....I chose pilot flying I to spend my tens of thousands of dollars on fuel. I dont like being told to wait and waiting over 20 min for the associates here to clean ONE shower when the store is empty! Made me feel like my business didnt matter. I will take my business to Loves if this happens again. Im sure that they can use $10k plus fuel business per month!

This is a ok Pilot w/the fuel lanes but inside the Pilot there is a Subway and a Taco Bell, but right now the Taco Bell is Closed due to updating. 🤔😡😞 The Pilot Mgr. Rocky is very Rude and Inconsiderate! 😝😠 When I asked a question he had a smart aliq remark instead of just being nice and answer my question. Then to top it off I was at the microwave about to put my food in to warm up and he just came and put his hot dogs in. I told Rocky that was rude and you couldnt wait until I finished he just lol and said, oh youll be ok. I said I need to be on my way but you think your things are more important I guess. Rocky replied with a smile and just walked away. I dont think he understands the Truck Stop is to help us and get us back out on the road ASAP. 😡🤔😔 This is one of the worst Pilots we have ever been to. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Great travel center. It’s a great place to stop, take a break, and refuel. I always love the pilot travel centers. Far better than the typical gas station. They have decent prices on fuel and a great selection of snacks and other things.

Staff deserves 5 plus stars. The only reason for the 4 is not enough big truck parking. Need a bigger lot.

I always loved stopping here after long road trips because of some certain things. The bathrooms are always clean and smell nice. They have one of the best chicken strips in Western America. Good prices on gas and food. Nice employees. Definitely recommend stopping here if you are running low on gas, or food.

Exceptional customer service. Always friendly, and sociable. Taco Bell is fast and doesn’t take forever. Subway is always slow.

My truck broke down and I was able to get it to this pilot. Ended up locking my keys in my truck. Everything nearby was closed. These great employees helped by giving me a number to a nearby mechanic that was open and really were amazing at making me feel welcome and comfortable waiting. When even the mechanic they knew couldn’t come out same day they assured me they wouldn’t tow my vehicle over night so I could come get it first thing this morning. Me messing with my truck watching YouTube videos ended up getting me started enough to drive home.I will always be grateful to these two women who helped and made my bad day a bit better.

BEWARE TEAM DRIVERS!!! We frequent Pilots all over the country and this is the FIRST time we were charged $12/per shower (total of $24.00) instead of paying a one time fee for a team shower. Ridiculous!!

If you want a shower cleaned spectacular; THIS is the place to shower. VERY clean. Very impressive. Parking is a nightmare. I just always pay fer the prime spot, if I do a ten here. Most times, just stop in for the refreshingly clean shower. There is also great restaurant across the street next to the hotel. And they have a subway in store.

We needed fuel and they had it so top notch in my book!! Although if they could warm the air up outside it would be most appreciated

Travel center is nice. There are several shops there. Nice, easy access to and from I-15. Fuel prices are generally lower than other stations nearby.

Im normally there really early in the morning, but this far the graveyard staff are awesome, though my favorite changed to swing. Great store, quick to respond to scale requests. Friendly. And taco bell (and subway)

Decent Pilot with a Subway and a Taco Bell. Pretty clean inside. Friendly staff with great customer service through out the store. Small parking lot with a awkward lay out but you can get parked with a little effort.

Stephanie is kickass at her job, and will always give good recommendations or even talk you out of buying a nasty sugar free mountain dew. Store is clean and well organized.

Just needed the showers. It was $12 and they were very clean and they also had towels so I didnt have to bring my own. The woman at the cashier was really nice and the store looked clean as well.

The store was fine but taco bell and subway was not my husband ordered a breakfast sandwich from taco bell and a orange juice and the manager didnt know they had no orange juice until and employee spoke up so she had to switch it out then my husband breakfast sandwich was supposed to be warm not cold he took ut up there and they remade it the young gentleman who remade it said here you go and dropped his sandwich on the counter.... Not to mention the employees at subway were playing with there phones in front of customers.... I did tell the store manager and he refunded my money but the keyword here is customer service cause they had none....

At the store cashier was awesome. Taco Bell different story. Three employees working. Two were not helping guy who was preparing food. He just plan out had a bad attitude. Good help hard to find. May or may not be back.

Parking really sucks. The showers are nice clean good water pressure. Only fast food here so If thats your cup of tea you will enjoy the food.

I often use this location as a car pool stop. It’s easy to notice for my clients and it’s easy to get back to you. It’s very centrally located. I can’t speak to the truckstop features I’m sure they’re fantastic. I have used the restaurant here and I would say if they could improve on the cleanliness of the facility.

Very comfortable beds and clean fresh rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have semi truck parking in the back for Rvs and semi trucks. Hot breakfast in the mornings and a gym. It is also conveniently located next to the pilot truck stop.

2 good fast food shops. Truckers must love it since they have showers and I break your area. if your person with an RV or motorhome or just a trailer youll find yourself at home whenever you stop.

The employees at the Pilot Travel Center as well as the Subway and Taco Bell are very personable, enthusiastic, and efficient. I am always happy with the service here.

I am saddened by the level of unprofessionalism by one of the employees. Not because she was being rude, but because she didnt know any better and did not care. I went in to buy a few refreshments and paid in cash. When I noticed her bills were not facing up in her till I asked her not to hand me change unless its face up and in order. She looked at me, totally not understanding what I just asked, and placed my change in my hand, without even counting it back to me. When I asked her politely why she did that after I just asked her not to, she responded, thats the way the bills come from the machine.I am writing this comment because this trend of the younger generation showing no respect for customers request or even for respect enough in themselves to keep their drawer organized has got to change. What has happened to customer service?Worse of all her manager was standing right by her filling out his paperwork and didnt even pay attention to my concern. Please train your staff to show respect for others and most importantly themselves.

No washer or dryer. Has maybe 50 truck spots. I really liked it though. Beautiful mountain view. Ladies room could have used a mopping and scrub. Didnt shower there, so cannot vouch for that.

We ate at Subway tonight Sam the gal working didnt wash her hands after handling money. She even typed stuff in with gloves on and wend back to making sandwiches. Not sure if thats the proper way if health inspector would of seen that not cool.

Went to the subway inside pilot had a 6 inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Ended up with some pretty good food poisoning. Spent the rest of the night praying to the porcelain Gods.

I love pilot travel centers. You got a great deal on candy bars and CB radios. Put gasoline as well priced also..

Love this store!We always stop in here when we are on 12th, even just for drinks, mostly for taco bell!Highly recommend stopping if your wanting a drink or snacks! Really convenient location!

We use this as a meeting place a lot. I love thst there is built in fast food restaurants, clean bathrooms ND all. Sorts of. Little. Things you might need like fuses.

Very nice Pilot, for as busy as they are. There is NO 2 hr parking restriction for DOT certified professional drivers. They treat truck drivers with courtesy & try to accommodate their needs. Great place.

Small and cramped, the parking lot is a joke, no beginners try to park here. Food employees pleasant, truck stop staff 0 stars. Difficult to get in and out of. Exit 343 I believe has flying j would recommend that better.

I went to Subway this morning and Sara needs to work on her customer service skills just a bit. Especially since it seemed like she was training someone. She seemed impatient and rude even though I was not taking my time by any means since I had to be to work very soon. I went into that Subway in a great mood and did not leave with that same mood. She did however make sure the toppings I’d chosen for my sandwich were in good shape and threw out the not so good looking ones which was surprising after how she acted towards me. After eating the sandwich the egg was very cold and somehow wet? I give the employee 2 stars not the Subway. Because last week when I came I had the opposite experience and the woman who helped me was extremely kind and welcoming. Wish I had caught her name!

Ive been a pilot customer for 30 years, its a great place and I can only hope the marketing department can offer some really good sales and bring in more people.

I was working out in Utah for the gas pipeline. This Pilot had a crazy selection of coffee at a fair price. Store was really clean ...but most importantly for travelers the restrooms were very clean..

Nice and clean location only downside is during the day its very difficult to get back out onto the main rd. Lots of traffic and the truck parking is terrible.
