40 minutes to turn in a modem is to long. The emloyees were very busy and kind. Chairs are either to high or to low. Several people wanted to pay their bills and the place I went to did not have a bill pay scan machine. 3 or 4 people left due to the line and wIt time. Employees were kind.

I switched over to Xfinity Mobile and had some Major issues with my phone from day one. It took 3 weeks and the Associate name Chandler was so nice and friendly, and he was able to solve all my issues with the phone. Thanks Chandler your the best!

The support process is a mess honestly, the chat, as well-intentioned as it appears, is a minor failure, but this is about the store. The store was clean, not a long wait, the person who helped me was kind and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name to say thanks so sorry, but the store experience was five stars the support that got me there well thats another review

Booked an appointment online like their store details said on their website. Got there early and waited for my appointment time while I watched crowds of people just walk in. Finally decided to go in the store before my appointment to see what was going on. Everyone in there didn’t need an appointment. Waited another hour. Only two people working and were taking forever and nobody knew who was next or any form of a line. Finally a blonde girl emerges from the back room. I was finally assisted and she wasn’t able to assist me and directed me to go online after this whole time. I’ve managed customer service teams for over 10 years. This was one of the worse experiences I’ve seen and personally experienced. Ended up canceling services and rep could care less. She needs to be trained better or let go. Store needs better management and staff.

I went into this store on July 29th and got the new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and before I left I was informed that there was a protection plan put on the device, when in fact there was no insurance put on the phone. I cracked my screen which now glitches out to where part of the screen goes black.i have reached out to xfinity many times and gone into the store twice, only to be told that there is nothing they can or will do, because I dont have my phone on a protection plan. Which was not my fault. Now I am looking at possibly having to pay over $500 to repair the screen on an already expensive phone, I find this poor business as my family has used Comcast for years. Ill be contacting a legal representative to help with getting this phone sold and to where I wont be paying the outstanding amount owed on the phone. Be very careful and double check that you arent being lied to. I will be taking my business elsewhere as these guys made no effort to help me with a phone I clearly need for work. And I will be posting this on different platforms to where other people can see what I went through and make an informed decision on whether they want to risk going through them or not. I also informed Samsung and they are going to note what xfinity did to me as well. Never been so disappointed with a company before.

Terrible customer service. They dont tell you all the information you need to know which screws you over in hidden fees. If you go to the store in person youll be waiting for more than an hour to be helped. The service itself rarely works and is frequently down. Do not recommend!!

X-finity is a joke, weve wasted over 6 hours on the phone trying to get mobile set up along with 2 trips from Brigham to Ogden. STILL not able to get their great plan set up. 🤬 guess its not that great when dealing with incompetence

Love going to this store and closing my cable and internet services. Dont like NBC telling me what my politics should be and my bill going from $80 to $150 in just 3 yrs. Now getting over twice the speed for a third of the price

They just stand there talk to one customer when there’s other people need help and act like there’s no other customers waiting.. way to many employees working to be dealing with just one customer and just trying to look pretty.. never coming back to this branch for sure..

This location is severely understaffed. Every Xfinity location, on previous visits, had more than two employees working. And as I just said, theres only TWO employees working for a line of customers that goes out the door. And yet, in sure their corporate response will try to shift blame onto the Covid pandemic. But after a year has gone by, and many businesses have adapted, its time to fess up and realize that Xfinity can and should do better. The solution is simple: staff more employees at this location.

Got an email to return our old router since we upgraded to a new router. Email stated we could return to a xfinity store or ups location. Chose the xfinity store due to proximity. Wait time was longer than expected (only had two employees working the floor in the middle of the day) and would have been longer if the customer in front of me wouldnt have let me go ahead of her assuming as I did that a router return would be super quick and simple. Employee asked if I had the return label and said it would be quicker if I would take it to a ups location and that I should take it to a ups location. Okay? Sure it might be quicker for you if I take it to a ups location but I was on a time crunch and didnt have time to take it to a ups location especially after already having taken it to a xfinity store with an extra long wait time. Another one in a long list of terrible interactions with xfinity. So dumb...

Went to pick up my upgraded equipment.Verified the address, was told I could get service.Store employee cancelled my install appointment after I left with the equipment.Got install appointment back, only for the guy to say he cant do the install.All Comcast stores, locations, and employees have been, provably, garbage.

Waited for 40 min just to pick up a self install box. Was told 5 min when I walked in and I could tell they were putting people ahead in line who were signing up for services. That’s extremely unprofessional. I ended up walking out and will just try again tomorrow

I had a really great experience with this store. And, I have to say that Spencer went above and beyond helping me with a certain promotion with phone and internet. I really appreciate that he took some extra time to assist. Very helpful, and they all worked together as a team very well. Would definitely recommend!

I really like the Xfinity store in Riverdale they were always very helpful, in dealing with several situations that occurred from going to the Layton store. I dont recommend the Layton store at all. But the one in Riverdale is awesome, Matt, Grace, and shoot I cant remember his name sorry😔 but all three of them were very helpful and nice.

My opinion of this store is that the staff, I wont refer to them as customer service agents, are more concerned about their commissions then any problem you may face. I spent 10 minutes explaining my concerns and was given little empathy and a great deal of encouragement to bundle or upgrade or some kind of upsell. On the day of my visit I was in my work vehicle and arrived at 9:55 A.M. the parking is very limited and my vehicle is large. I needed to return some equipment and figured I could drop it be checked and go. I was greeted by the stares of the staff and not a smile, a wave, or any kind of acknowledgement. Only the blank stares as they looked back down at their phones. then at 10:00 A.M. was I helped and of course with the upsell of something I didnt need or ask for.

Booked an appointment online for 10:15 AM on a Sunday only to find out they don’t open until 11:00 AM. Needless to say I’m a bit annoyed, Xfinity obviously does not do great quality control for booking these appointments when they are outside of hours.

Store staff are great, but comcast in this area is deceptive and dishonest. They charge close to $60 a month in hidden fees to have tv in your home with a regional sports fee and broadcast tv fees, this is just their way of tricking the customer.

How an appointment at 6:30got their 630 had to wait 1520 minutes to even be talked to and when I was finally able to get help AI was turned away due to not having a debit card that was not prepaid thats the only way you can pay is with a bank card no cash no prepaid card the lady was very unhelpful and did not seem to want to spend any more time with me and wanted to get me out the door What do all business online for now on and I will never return to a xfinity store again What do all business online for now on and I will never return to a xfinity store again

Customer service was fast, but this is a Comcast partner not a corporate store so any refunds have to be done at the Layton store. I wanted to return a new Comcast modem I didnt need. Had original box and paperwork. Was told this store can do everything except refunds. They sent me to the Layton store.

Upgraded our internet online and went to this store per the online agents instructions to swap out a router.Waited in line 15 minutes and was told they are a new store and have no inventory. Was then asked to leave my old router there and theyd acquire the replacement in 2-3 days. When I stated we work from home cant go that long without internet, we were told the Layton location may have the new router. The rep refused to check or confirm inventory and basically just moved to the next customer.Why would Xfinity open a new store without inventory beats me.

Just bought an older home and wanted TV and wi fi. Stopped by store they just handed my wife a bag full of stuff. Didnt explain anything. Couldnt get it to work with old cables in house.
