Honestly this was one of the best experiences Ive had with T-Mobile lately. Weve been having a lot of issues with customer service mainly. Ale was so super sweet and really listened to what I came in for instead of just trying to sell me the latest and greatest. She helped me with everything and I really appreciated it. I love my phone so much and Im so happy I got her. Thanks so much!!

T-Mobile store is always awesome....

Sales persons were friendly and definitely trying, but I left my old phone and my new one at the store for 3 hours waiting for my pictures, contacts, apps to transfer from my iPhone 7 to my iPhone 8 Plus (which shouldn’t be difficult).. came back about when they closed, they did not tell me everything was NOT uploaded to my new and shoved me out of the store. And when I got in my car I realized literally half of all my phone didn’t transfer, if I would’ve know this was going to happen I would’ve taken my old phone and saved all my pictures on my computer, but I was assured if “I got the new phone today” everything would be there. Really upset.. not impressed..

Went for a simple number for my phone spent half my day here its like the dmv really unprofessional So now its the next day and what I went to tmobile for in the first place failed should I go back and let them try to get it right sure update coming store on Washington

I never thought I would be leaving a review for this store- let alone a 5 star review- but things have changed down there and I really appreciate the new attitude. The staff was outnumbered 5 to 1 but they seemed to know exactly what was going on. I dont remember the employees name but he fixed my problem and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. And didnt even charge me. Thank you!

The best T-Mobile location I have been to. The staff is super friendly and not concerned with selling you just anything to make a $$ but more concerned with getting you the best fit for your needs and budget.

This location is excellent. I needed something done to my account that basically needed some strings to be pulled -- and they were. Without into detail, T-Mobile on Washington in Ogden went out of there way to help me get what I wanted (who else has 5gb for $30/month?). Highly recommended.Other reviewers must have been really stuck up to have left negative reviews here.

This place has proven to be a nightmare! I was in the store and made 5 changes to my account (adding lines and insurance, changing plans, etc.) and EVERY aspect of my account that was changed was done incorrectly. One year later, I am dealing with T-Mobile directly still trying to correct the issues created by this store. Obviously this is not the case for everyone, but if you choose to deal with this place, PLEASE proceed with extreme caution!!

Went in to buy a new phone for my Grandparents and they were very helpful in getting them the best possible phone for their needs. Awesome people down there!

Went in just to browse for a new phone (not intending to buy one right then and there) but to check out some of the options I had. I was approached by 3 different employees asking if I needed help with anything, told each of them no and it was pretty annoying. After being in there for about 10 minutes, the manager (I assume) came up to me and asked me a fourth time if I needed anything, I said no and he quickly told me to get out of the store. Pretty dissapointed by the disorganization of customer service and upset I was kicked out for not doing anything wrong.

The employees here are helpful and kind. However, you have to do basically everything through their customer call center. WHICH IS NOT HELPFUL. We have been trying to fix our bill for a few months now and in store they cannot do anything or even truly explain what is wrong. The in store employees always say to call in and you call in, then they do not help. It is frustrating.

I have been to this place twice and Im always happy to go back and do business with them.

I paid my bill and they didnt put it towards my acct. So hopefully my phone doesnt get turned off!! Riverdale is the best

I absolutely love the staff that work at this location. I walked in today to upgrade and find a decent phone to upgrade to, and Raymond, Luis, and all the staff were super friendly in helping me find the right phone for the right price, definitely a location to visit

Complete nitemare! It took me 3 hours from start to finish...and when I get home my phone wasnt even activated. Do not let them mess with your email set up on a new phone, they will screw it up. I keep having to call Customer Care on the phone issues I am having. What ever he did is mixing everything up with a phone number I had over a year ago. Word of advice...focus on the customers and not so much the fun atmosphere. I am considering switching to another cell company because of all the issues I have had. PLUS....the screen protector they put on my phone will not pick up on the touch of my fingertips. Disappointed and Pissed off!

This T-Mobile store was one of the most professional stores I have been in. The staff were great and made sure I had a wonderful experience.

Greedy manager. Wouldn’t let me buy an iPhone X unless I did a $200-$500 bundle package with it. I didn’t want the package, but that didn’t matter to him. I went over to the location in Roy and had my new phone in 10 minutes. Disappointed with this Ogden location.
