I waited 35 days for a holster that did not lead up to the 5 star reviews. This has never happened to me with this company before their products were always top notch, however how the company handled this issue is very unprofessional and they will never get my business again. There are to many companies that make superior products that stand behind them. If you get a good one you will be OK BUT if your product is subpar beware. I would also be aware of a company that has all five star reviews on there website that makes me believe there not letting the bad ones through.

Looking at it as an employee-employer relationship, this company is extremely unprofessional. After receiving an offer from them, I asked to look over the paperwork first. They ghosted me for a week, then informed me the position has been filled. The second star is for the holsters, which are quality products I handled during the interview.

Teir 1 makes the best holsters on the market! There is a long hold time as indicated on their website. But there is a reason everyone wants one. Un matched in quality!

Customer service is incredible. I filled a warranty claim and within a week a had a new holster in the mail. Thank you!!

Purchased a holster on the website on February 15th, 2021. As of March 5th, 2021 I have NOT received the holster. After three emails, and two voice-mails with no response (over a week long period), I finally got through to someone. They indicated that there was a 30-35 business-day day lead-time and that there were 8,000 orders in front of mine. I asked to cancel my order, I was told that they could cancel the order with a 60% restocking fee!!! Although there was a 30-35 business day lead-time, my card was debited the day after I ordered it. It appears that the company is basically financing their business with the customers money.If you are in the market for a kydex holster, look elsewhere...at the end of the day, there are literally thousands of kydex holster manufacturers that produce products that are the same price or cheaper with comparable quality. DO NOT BY HERE!

I ordered a SPARA holster and OWB mag holder on 10/14/2020 and called to check the status of my order on 11/6/2020 only to be told that over 6000 orders were ahead of mine and i would be looking until the end of December to receive my order. Frustrated I looked into other options over the weekend and called Tier 1 back on Monday 11/9/2020 to see if i could adjust and change my order or get a full refund! I was told an order could not be changed after which I asked for a refund since my order was so far behind only to be told I would get a 40% refund? These guys do really make a great holster but their customer service is absolutely garbage! I was told my holster wasn’t even in production Friday afternoon only to be told Monday that I couldn’t get a refund because production has supposedly begun on my order? I recommend going somewhere else for a quality product and service!

If your looking for employment look elsewhere!!
