Says they’re open until 9 but door is locked. No one is answering the phone. Sign in the window says 9pm. It’s is 6:20 pm why can’t I get in. Where are the employees?

Where are the employees? i’ve tried twice to make purchases this week and no one was there, doors were locked both times. friday afternoon and saturday morning. sat in my car and watched other customers try the door, call, knock and nothing. at least change your hours on the door and online if no one is going to be here.

Attempted to purchase pre-work out Sunday. Pulled up at 4:35 saw some kid at the doors, assuming an employee. Doors were then locked and no one offered to let us in. We checked closing time before heading over, should of been open for another 25 minutes.

Excellent Customer service. The Employees were knowledgeable about the products they were selling. Thats always a huge bonus when shopping for products you have little or No info about..

I arrived Five minutes before they opened and was totally fine with waiting. 10 AM rolls around and still no one. 10:05AM and I see an employee arrive and go into the store and lock the door behind them. They were late but whatever, I just told myself a couple more minutes and I can go in. I see the employee again after 5 minutes, they come to the door and then unlock and lock it again as they left. They got in their car and left. That’s when I decided to just leave. Not sure what was all going on but it was really disappointing waiting around only to just have no choice but to leave.

Showed up around 230 and the doors were locked and no one was there. No sign or anything on the door to explain why it was closed.

Their hours say they open at 10 and I was there at 12 and the doors were locked.

Need to change your hours if your not going to be open at 10:00 am. Arrived at the store at 10:20. Looked up store hours it said 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Answered the phone and claimed to have phone issues; called back several times after was told to by associate and call would disconnect.

I go here for my Amazon packages. Merilynn is very professional and very courteous. She certainly knows how to treat Deaf with consideration and has no problem writing what she has to say if I am unable to read her lips when she speaks to me. Its unfortunate seeing clerks prey on new lifters. Saying they have to buy 100s of dollars worth of supplements and work out 6 days a week in order to make progress. Lots of energy drinks for your inner caffeine addict at least.

I like going when these 2 guys work there Wyatt and I forgot the other guys name but he is there Thursdays evenings. Those two are awesome and friendly as they can be, when I ask questions. The Thursday guy more knowledgeable and Ive been buying more supplements thru him. I will not go in if these two arent working, they are awesome employees but other then that I havent had an issue with GNC

Had to make a decision tonight at 8:20 pm to either travel to this location or the location in South Ogden- I chose the 12th street location and arrived at 8:40 pm and the doors were already locked and no one was in the store even though their hours clearly say they close at 9 pm. This is disappointing to say the least because had I chosen the South Ogden location I would have been able to get what I needed tonight after my long workout. Very disappointed! Make sure to verify they are still working before you take the time to shop this location!

This particular GNC store I went into is an average store. I would really like to say above-average like it used to be in the past. But with so much employee turnover its just unfortunately not as good as it used to be. On that particular day I visited this a store the one person who was working, only one, and I was the only customer in the store. That employee was not very attentive. He didnt seem to know too much about the store he was working in but maybe he could have been new. Its hard to say because I have never seen him before. Being completely honest with everyone its not highly likely for me to visit that store again unless there was something that I needed quickly.

I went in to visit GNC and see about some products. The sales lady really dark hair and abrasive was super knowledgeable about her products, but often crossed the line & was offensive when it came to talking about routine. To be honest this is why I dont often shop at GNC because when I do, I run into someone who is pushy, judgy, & dont do everything the way they do. They rec $200 in products & act annoyed when you dont purchase. This instance reminded me why I dont go in often. Its nice to have knowledge but theres also a level of respect, letting a customer decide without being pushy & customer service missing. I was going to purchase a couple of products, but after about the 3rd time of being criticized for my opinion about my workout regimen and diet, & 6 different products suggested. I didnt. I spent $13 and bought 1 item just to prove a point. I wasnt interested in her macro program she offers outside of work & her comments around my responses is really what turned me off to purchasing as well. If I wanted to be on a macro program, I would be. Her goals are not mine. This is not something I go to GNC for. And to make someone feel less than because they dont want to purchase $200 in product plus but your fitness and nutrition program... totally turns me off to purchasing at all. I dont feel less than by her comments but they were meant that way. And I hope that when she sells to someone else she realizes that not everyone has the same goals as she does. And when she was rude about the $13 sale I feel I made my point.

I went there looking for a protein powder. He kept pointing me a specific GNC brand saying its clean. Its whey isolate (very processed) with sucralose (artificial sweetener). He then recommended against putting it in milk because milk naturally has sugar. I can understand why a body builder might eat like that, but dont call it clean. Thats far away from clean eating.At that point I stopped asking him questions and just looked at the foods myself. Its an average GNC. Not the best, but not terrible either.

Great customer services, and great place to find what you find for your health and fitness! Always giving me discounts and offers when I step there :)

The owner/operator?? black haired chick with tats was VERY rude. Made fun of my needs and had NO interest whatsoever in helping me. I will NEVER go back. Theres plenty of other shops I can get what I need without being judged and ridiculed for it. 👎🏾

The staff were very knowledgeable and got me just the right product that I needed.

Wyatt was the one that helped us, he was more interested in his phone than to approach us and try to help us out, if we didnt ask he wouldnt even look at us.Zero customer service and zero desire to actually do his job, if we had any questions he would answer and thats it and just went back to his phone.

I just want to say that Merrily has been nothing but helpful and very understanding to me and my husbands needs. She also has a great sense of humor. We will continue going to see Merrilyn. (The black hair, tatted girl) You rock, Merrilyn!!!!!!!

They do not always have the flavors I want in stock but the employees are really helpful and kind.

Employees were helpful over the phone and assisted me to find the desired product. Some supplements are more expensive at this store but maintain a high level of quality.

And then practically threw the bag at me and said good luck with ur goal. Never shopping at any gnc again and i buy alot of products
