We had a rain gutter machine break down and stopped our work for a client. Joe was instrumental in getting us the right parts to get it back up and running. Did a really good job at failing to mention the $20 freight charge to ship two 0.7 oz bearings from Nevada to Utah until I came to pick up the product. Not only were the bearings cheaper online but I could have had them shipped to my house express for less. Way to get the sale Zack!
