Well, I dont feel like I have a truly honest opinion of this place. My experience was this.I made a phone call before I ran down here, because Ive been all over town trying to find what Im looking for. Im looking to to refill an old 20 oz paintball tank. (For an aquarium)The person on the phone, told me that they dont refill tanks, especially not that small. He did say that I could come down and they would sell me a new tank and then I could just swap that out when it was empty. He told me itd be $40. Sounded kosher to me, so I drove the 20 minutes and headed down there. Only to find out that they dont sell tanks that small that they only sell 5 lb tanks which is to say, way more than what I need. When I asked him how much the 5lb tank would be he told me it was around $120 plus the $40 for the gas. 😕 When I asked if he had any suggestions of where I could go, he just told me he didnt know.🙄Look, with my story Ive told you I see where the mistakes were made, and the communication was broken. Like I said at the beginning, I didnt come here for welding supply, Im an unusual case for what this store is for. So I dont think I have an honest opinion. The customer service here, I would just say is subpar.Thats why Im giving 4 stars.He could have taken the time to actually just listen to what I was saying so I didnt waste my time. It sure felt pretty clear to me that he knew what I was talking about. 🤔🤷‍♂️

I just moved from slc and was looking for a new spot to fill my acetylene tanks. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received at any welding supply store. The guy up front was really helpful in answering all my questions and helping me put together a new torch set up, helping me load my tanks, and was giving me great advice on making my tanks last longer. Prices are fair too. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tank fills from here on out.

Best place to get your propane tanks filled, esp if you dont like the exchange places. Get a little or get it filled up. Always prompt and easy to get your gas on.

These guys know what they are doing. Took an old helmet in and they helped me find all the parts I needed as well as all of the options available. Very friendly, educational and excited to help you get everything you need. Couldnt recommend more!

Every time I go in there it’s like working with people who have been trained to care for guests in a high-end hotel. The staff is absolutely fantastic.

I went in for advice about a machine Id recently purchased elsewhere, and got the sales persons undivided attention even after I told him I was not going to buy anything. He cleaned out the rollers on my machine and gave some quick tips on welding with its equipped flux wire. The store was empty at the time, and normally is when I have visited. Its always clean, quiet, and well organized.

We were told that it would cost $250 for at lbs co2 tank. When we told the salesman that we could get it for around $100 less from Airgas he said he would see what he could do and came back with $140 really quickly. It would have been nice if they would have been more upfront.

I called ahead and asked how much they would charge to fill my nitrogen tank. They quoted me at $22 and change. I went to their location and the manager told me they dont fill tanks, but they could lease one to me for double the cost. I dont know how they quoted me a price on a service they dont provide.

Linden in Ogden has always had good prices and everything is in stock. Theyve also been very helpful to me as a hobbyist. Ill be buying all my consumables there for the foreseeable future.
