An excellent experience ! As a first time customer (doinga favor for a friend) I felt very comfortable. The sales woman at the front desk was busy but, got to me quickly. She was so courteous and helpful, and I was done in no time at all. She was helpful at every step in the process.

Melissa was very very helpful. They didnt have what i needed (which herdly ever happens). However, I needed the gas badly so Melissa called different competitors stores and found a bottle of Argon for me. They really care about my best interest when they put the pride aside and called thr competition. She then apologized and I was appreciative of her extra work because she didnt have to do that. My experience at the competitor (rocky mountain) was a disaster. Very sneaky and rude. So I made sure to go back to see melissa from now on and thank her for her customer service. She always makes me feel comfertable and will try her best to get me the best deal. Ever since then she always made sure they have bottles stocked. Im an Airgas customer for life.

Horrible I am a new customer went in bought a bottle of argon $80 stopped at Norco Welding Supply $40 sure glad they AR sending me to Norco Welding Supply

You can’t ask for anything better then when a company is on your side when a uncrown troll let issue happens. Worst place I have ever dealt with. I bought a Lincoln Square wave 200 about 2 years ago and its blown up 2 times leaving me with out a welder for 6 months total between the 2 different times. After getting it back the second time it still wont work and the sales men said to bring the pedal in since the machine does arc weld. When I went to pick up the pedal they tried to charge me for it. I asked why and they said because there isnt anything wrong with it. They also told me that its not there problem both times and that it has to be taken care of by Lincoln even though they are a Lincoln dealer. Why wouldnt a dealer stand behind the product they sale. Also the sales men and manager if the Ogden store havent ever returned any if my phone calls. The sales men told me that its not his problem and acted as if I was bothering him. He also promised he coukd get me a loner welder so I could finish a major project I was working on, I never heard anything from him after the fact. Ive never been treated this way at any place if business in 20 years of doing Maintenance. What a joke this company is.
