Brian in service is AMAZING as usual. I got to work and my truck was not running right and I had sensor warnings going as well. Deb was here about a hour after I called to pick up my truck. The service people got it right in and looked at before the end of the day. They were going to be keeping my truck and Brain got me a loaner and Deb brought it my work. Truly a hassle-free experience. I just LOVE your service department!!! One of the reason I keep buying from Graff.

IF YOU’RE SHOPPING ONLINE AND FROM OUT OF STATE…I drove 3 hrs. from Ohio to buy my car at Graff. Would not have made the trip if it wasn’t for the responsiveness and transparency provided pre-sales from Tricia and Tom- online, email, text and phone calls…all within the last couple hours of the day, on a Friday before a holiday weekend.The following Monday I let them know I was on my way and when I arrived the car was waiting for me, right outside the front door. Great staging…In the showroom, Bruce was there to greet me and was 100% prepared, having coordinated with Tricia and Tom earlier. It was a busy day yet at no time was I waiting around nor felt rushed. Bruce did the heavy lifting while I ate popcorn and drank coffee.When it came time to seal the deal, James eased my mind about an out of state purchase, made things simple and helped get me the best finance rate possible.I walked out with a bittersweet feeling, though. This is likely a one-time purchase from Graff, unfortunately. The logistics makes a lasting relationship difficult.I should hope that anyone shopping for a car online…finds what they are looking for miles away and is convinced to commit to taking the trip, drives away after the purchase with the same feeling.

Have a pre-approval through my bank, called on a 2013 Suburban and simply wanted to put a down-payment to hold the vehicle for the 24 hours or so necessary to finalize financing. Was going to just come in and buy the vehicle, no hassle or haggling with the dealer. Easy sale. The sales person said they dont hold vehicles at all, and can only hold the vehicle if we are on our way to see the vehicle. I explained that I am just trying to purchase the vehicle, no haggling, I just need to finalize my financing and come pick it up. I also explained that it would be a bad situation to get the financing done, have a check in hand and then find out the vehicle was sold in that time. None of this mattered. She reasoned that if they held vehicles for everyone, they wouldnt have any vehicles to sell. Im sure everyone isnt offering to put money down. Ive bought many vehicles this way with no issues, and have worked in auto sales myself. Wouldve been an easy commission.Update: We found another vehicle at a different dealer. They allowed us to put down $300 for a hold to finish financing and we are picking up the vehicle tomorrow morning. This was the plan for the vehicle with Graff. Maybe you should update your sales process, instead of turning down an easy sale.

We came all the way from Chicago to buy a Suburban from Russell Smith at Graff. After getting the run -around at several dealerships, we called Graff and were treated honestly, candidly and well, they made us and our poodle copper feel special. Everyone was a pro. Update- I am still having the same issues. Rating is for the vehicle, service department has been helpful, just can’t figure out the issue. I talked to a lawyer that deals with these issues. He said I have done the hard part and that is getting the vehicle looked at three times for the same issue without a fix. He said I could move onto the next step, but I told him I’ll wait because they said they sent the issue out to an engineer and I a, m just waiting. Vehicle is great when everything is working. I’m just concerned that something worse could fail. Luckily he has a Traverse and I was able to show him what is going on. I even took it back to him a few days later when everything started to work correctly again. He advised me to keep track of when it goes bad and to email Graff when it happens so he has a record of how many times I have contacted them. I am positive this is a very rare issue but it is still a problem I don’t expect to have with a new vehicle.Service- Bruce was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had during the buying process. He gets 5 stars.Vehicle- I bought a new Blazer and overall it is great. I have only had it for about a week. There seems to be some issues with some of the safety features. The lane assist, auto stop, vehicle collision functions don’t work correctly. All you need to do is push the buttons to set them up. I know how they work because my wife recently bought an Equinox. I a m taking it in to get looked at and hopefully it is just something I am missing. I really don’t want to deal with it being a lemon. Other than those features everything else seems ok but now I am a little worried. Expected no issues this early. Maybe it is just a computer update. So vehicle will be a 3 star. If everything is fixed when they get it, I will post an update and give it a higher rating. We will see.

I was really impressed with my experience at Graff. My 2020 vehicle was damaged in a parking lot. The front passenger side was scraped and the light broken. But after taking it to Graff you would never know it. It looks better than new. The staff was great and everything went smoothly. Good job!

I have been coming here for years for service on my previous vehicle which encouraged me to buy my current truck from Graff. Their service department is one of the most honest experiences Ive ever had. Most of the times I come in Im working with Tom and every time he gives honest advice on behalf of the mechanics there. There was one time in particular that I came to him for a second opinion after being told my Chevy Captiva needed a whole new timing chain...a 1500 dollar job. When I came to Tom he walked into the waiting room after the mechanics did their thing with a bill for 40 bucks...all I needed was a camshaft sensor replaced, AND it was covered under warranty. Walked out without paying a dime and a car that ran great! Great job to everyone at Graff. A special shout out to Tom as well.

We had a great experience buying the car - Bruce Gage is amazing! However, less than a week after purchase (and during a full week of downpour) the sunroof stopped working and forced us to leave our vacation 4 days early for the issue to be addressed. As it was stuck open, we had to drive home in the rain to hide the car in our garage until service was available. Although the car was still under warranty, not only were we not compensated for the lost time, we got the run around about when the car might be done for an entire week by an incompetent technician. Not until we finally stepped in to speak to the manager did anyone even pay any attention to us. And, whoever fixed the car actually damaged the fabric on the roof as well. We didnt even report the damage because it was a such terrible service experience overall. We had planned to take our second car for service there as well, but will now go someplace else. They did manage to wash the outside of the car before we picked it up leaving the inside water-stained and filthy. Very VERY poor experience and we will not be back.

I’m extremely satisfied with the Graff service department. I utilize the vehicle pick up and drop off service they offer to there customers. I schedule my routine oil changes and they’ll pick up my vehicle from my place of work and take it to complete the service and then they bring it back.They keep me updated on my vehicles progress through out the service. It’s a wonderful experience they provide to there customers. It saves me time having to do it myself on a weekend. Deb is Friendly and great to work with and she goes the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. I’ll continue to use this service in the future. Thank you!

This was perhaps my worst experience with Graff. I set an appointment for the 25th for an oil change and to check on some shaking in my truck, and was told I could drop my vehicle off as early as 7:30am. I had forgot about the time and had called on the 24th and was told my truck was scheduled to be worked on at 10am but could bring it in at 7:30am. On the 25th I brought my truck in at 7:45am. Tom asked me what time I needed the truck back by and I said 4pm at the latest, and he told me that would not be a problem. At 3pm I called to check in on the status of my truck since work was supposed to have been started at 10am, I was hoping it might be done early. I was told that it should be ready in about a half hour. So I showed up at 3:45pm to get my truck, only to be told that the oil change had just gotten started on it. I explained my discontent to the receptionist since I had dropped off the truck first thing in the morning and the events leading up to my arrival. Further I was told that the source of shaking in my truck could not be identified. After leaving with my truck, I quickly discovered the shaking was in fact worse, than when I had brought it in. That all being said, I will reiterate, this is the WORST service I have ever received and I will not being bringing my vehicles to Graff for service in the future.

He was always available to answer any and all questions I had regarding my purchase. I had my Chevy Spark serviced at Graff Chevrolet today. Oil change, tire rotation, etc. Everything went very smoothly. I especially liked the communication by text. That made it very easy to communicate with the service department without having to wait for a phone call. The service manager listened to my concerns and took care of everything. Although I said I was flexible with picking up the truck on Friday the fact it was dropped off at 8:00 am and not even looked at until 3:16 that day caused me to go without a vehicle all weekend. I have one more appointment on 4/9 and then will be looking to find a new mechanic. I use to be pleased with Graff but the last 2 visits were less then satisfactory.

Made an appointment for a cash offer on my current vehicle and wanting to look for a new blazer. When I show up, the sales person assigned to me was busy so I step outside to wait. He comes out shortly but within a minute of talking to me, he figured out they didnt have the exact blazer I was looking for. Told he cant order, can try to find and trade for it but will let me know. He then walks inside and I leave. Lasted maybe a minute conversation and never once brought up the reason for the trip which was the cash offer I received on the car. I get they might be busy but when am trying to spend 45k on a vehicle, i expect a little more a personal service and not quota pumping service.

Ive bought multiple vehicles from Graff Chevrolet Okemos and will be a customer for the foreseeable future. Steve Lampman is a genuinely fantastic person to buy from. He never steered me wrong when I purchased used vehicles in the past, and when I was in the market for a new vehicle this year, I was thrilled with the deal he was able to get for me on my 2020 Equinox. Great service, the only slight thing I would say is it takes a really long time to get your oil change done. It’s always 2 hours or more of a wait for it but other than that love that they do a complete inspection of the vehicle with a video and explanation, that’s amazing! Although the wait is long, it’s well worth it.

I would strongly encourage anyone to use graft service department based on our experience we have never had a better one we called the morning of needing a set of tires and by mid afternoon we had them on and driving out the door Brian in the whole service department was incredible to work with including Tabatha with her scheduling and ability to get us quotes and prices on our needs. Every time we’ve been to grab they have treated us kindly and have giving a rides when we needed and provide a professional service every time we will definitely be going back and suggest anyone else to do the same
