Everyone is always helpful and friendly when I visit this location. Staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help out. If they dont have an item they will check other stores to see if the item is located at another location. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Great staff but tiny store and under stocked(partially due to size)

GameStop is ok if youre shopping. Not good for sellers. As many already know, they dont offer much for used games or equipment. Even if its barely used. Gotta keep those profit margins high.

Best Gamestop Ive been to in Michigan. Polite staff and so much more to choose from than other locations.

There is good service and the staff is always nice but I found that some of the games are cheaper other places, they do have exclusive collectors stuff though

We ask if they had some Xbox one controllers and they said they had some, she showed us the controllers and said they were for Xbox one. We went home and found out it was for the Series Xboxs

Gamestops are all alike, I prefer this one because the staff is cool and they keep the store pretty clean and organized.

They have so much more than games now. Almost like a mini hot topic but everything is game related.

Worker actually asked my son what his health condition was and told us we had to prove it because he wasnt wearing a mask. I advised her it was illegal according to the mandate and HIPA laws for her to even ask that. I was wearing mine, and he only goes to very few stores. He had gotten a giftcard in the mail and wanted to use it. Not now! Anyone wanna buy a giftcard because we wont be back. Some people are just too ignorant to be let out in public.

Closed. Website says open. Just wasted a 20 minute drive there and home.

People in here are always super friendly,ready to help and talk. I take kids in here for used games and its always enjoyable. A little hot at times I wish they would turn the heat down a bit. You cant always find what you are looking for but they are always happy to look it up and send you where it can be found. Bought game once, got it home and it didnt work, store took it back no questions asked.

Very friendly staff. Have all sorts of new used video games and collectibles. Ask them about a video game they did not have and asked if any other location did and they told me which location had it.

We went to game stop in the meridian mall so my son could get a game. He found what he wanted and I went along to walk in the mall.

Love there selection of gaming products and the payment plans for purchases on upcoming games. Great staff at the location i go to all the time.

Great service with people who are very much in the gaming loop. Unfortunately I made a purchase on an Xbox 360 game with what looks like a small puncture wound on the disc, making it difficult to play. I would hope that the employees take more careful looks at the games they take in.Other than all of that, its worth a visit, and they do take great care of their other stock.

Infinitely helpful and almost always has what Im looking for. Im never disappointed when I roam into this store.

Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. Wish the location wasnt so small but that seems to be the norm for this business chain. The small spaces just make it hard to actually look at stuff

Pre owned games seem to high in price but they have lots of titles.

Been to many GameStop’s throughout the area and country, maybe it’s my bias for my hometown store it this store is always welcoming and many of the staff know their stuff when it comes to gaming.

Great GameStop with wide selection of games. Also really good for hardware repair as well.

Great store for gamers of all levels

Coporates choice to force the staff to hard sell add ons and preorders really makes it hard for me to shop there. Selection is good and the staff is knowledgeable, but the high pressure sales tactics make it uncomfortable

Ps3 specific - big advertisement for cheap bundles, except that we could not find suitable combos. Good for trade, like that aspect of sustainability, which works with books, so why not with games? Going again as long as sony and co dont kill the concept. Yay!

Manager removed the price sticker and then charged me a higher price. When i questioned him he told me if his staff would of put the game on the shelf he could of given it to me for that price but because they left it behind the counter he had to charge me the higher price. Im sorry what??? Moral of the story, watch them very closley behind the counter, im definetly not the only person theyve done this too.

Easily the worst store in the lansing area. To many bad experiences to list. All im going to say is unless youre personal friends with employees, youre going to get terrible service. Asked to speak with the district manager several time and get told no, every single time. Save your self the hassle and drive down the road to east lansing or over across the road to best buy

My PS3 was broken. Yes, they tested it out to try and figure out what the problem was, but once that was determined they said nothing about a refund or replacement despite I was clearly within 30 days of purchase. They just sent me on my way. Not what I was looking for.
