You guys were wonderful to work with, very helpful, prompt service, great attitudes. I love to be able to go into a place and feel so welcomed and comfortable, you guys do that! The staff here is super helpful. They are always on point and patient. Everytime I come here they are working hard to help customers. So glad I have this location close to me to get help when I need it. I really appreciate that the staff always knows their stuff.

AT&T has changed my 4G phone to 3G in their system. No one can help or correct. Working on leaving AT&T

Brandon and savitra were absolutely amazing! They did everything right! Very personable and friendly! They are the type of employees that you dont want to lose... They deserve to be recognized for being great employees, And great people. I would not go anywhere else. Please give them a raise I have already recommended this store several times because of the both of them!

I went to the Okemos AT&T store today to pick up my new phone. I worked with Savitra both when I ordered the phone and again today. She is amazing. She was able to help me and also take care of watching the door and making sure that the store was clean and sanitized. Her customer service skills are terrific – for example, she remembered my name when I arrived today. Also, she knows her products and represents AT&T very well.

Today I went to your Okemos location to help my Mother, who is elderly, upgrade her phone. We were greeted by Justine, who was not only professional and courteous as you would want any employee to be, she was extraordinarily patient and kind. She went above and beyond for my Mom. Answering all of her questions, waiting PAST closing time to install a never ending update, and not once did you see her sweat it. I’ve been in retail management, and AT&T is exceptionally lucky to have her as one of theirs. She represented your company so well, I may just switch from Verizon. Give her a raise immediately!

Yesterday my son and I went to upgrade our phones. I recently discovered my place of employment had a discount program with AT&T. Our first stop was AT& T store by Frandor. The gentleman was rude and clearly not interested in helping us. He told us there were no upgrade promotions on our phones. Since we have seen all the promotions online and in our email and text messages we knew he wasn’t correct. He was not even willing to look at my employee discount. We left disappointed because we had always had great service there. Clearly this guy didn’t think we were worth his time. Our next stop was AT& T in okemos. Sarita assisted us and she was wonderful!!! We left with a new plan and 2 new phones were ordered!! What a difference driving 15 min in the other direction made!!!

Dont trust their sales pitch. They will lie on your face. Especially store manager Roy. They will not honor their words and more importantly they will not help.

I came into the store to change service providers. I spent about 4 hours collectively in side the store (2 hours at two different times during the day). They were very patient. It turns out the issue I was having with switching over was because of my other provider and not on AT&T’s end. The first two hours were spent doing all of the paperwork getting the phone etc. The second two hours was spent trying to figure out why I could make calls but not receive them etc. Eventually we got it all worked out and squared away. Greg was so patient and so kind. I appreciate everything they did for me!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Was there for hours. Salesman offered my husband a promotional phone neglecting to tell me wed have to pay for his old phone for 3 months!

A pathetic excuse for an AT&T store. I had a horrible experience this morning 05/11/2020. It was like dumb and dumber. Could not believe it. Will never ever darken their door again. I will drive across town for competent customer service with no regrets.

Ive never experienced such bad customer service at an AT&T store before. I have been in here 3 times and I always leave feeling awful. Some of the people that work here are very friendly and care about their jobs but there is one man in particular who spoke down to me in a very demeaning way. He was completely unprofessional and even went as far as laughing at me when I expressed my frustration. I will not be returning here again (Tall, bald, heavier set guy). If I get his name then I will update it here. The first time I came in he was the only one there and it took 45 minutes to start up autopay for my phone. He was showing me things on his phone and making at a painfully slow pace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Management PLEASE get this guy out of your store. He is dragging that place down!!

My phone suddenly stopped working correctly. I brought in my phone here and they took care of the problem right a way and were very respectful. I had my loud kids with me and they understood and didnt give me any dirty looks.

That is a great store with great employees! I had a great experience! They got me everything I needed in a timely manner!

Came in to upgrade to a new phone and they were able to help me immediately. Despite my horrible indecisiveness, he was patient and went through all of my options thoroughly to help me pick out the right phone and plan for me without any pressure.

Went in to service an iPhone 6 that stopped connecting to ATT. Bought a new SIM card that was recommended by them and it didn’t solve the problem. They didn’t offer to refund us since it was useless...

She fixed our phones in 5 minutes! Fantastic!

Woildnt let me sign up my business

Not very helpful. I called to asked about a phone and the person who answered told me that the phone wasnt in stock which was not true. I checked the availability and went into the store and guess what, it was there. The guy was just too lazy to do his job.

I cant say enough about the guys at the at&t store specially Michael and Edward they always take good care of me.
