Meijer is always my preferred store to shop at whenever possible. I highly recommend you use Shop & Scan in their app. You scan you items as you shop and then get to go through a special checkout lane that is much faster.

Not happy with the Pennsylvania street Meijer for now having what I need! I had to drive out to Okemos Meijer just for DOG FOOD! Okemos Meijer is able to do what the Pennsylvania store cant do and they had everything I needed.

Found a tick on our dog, called around 1045 and was on hold, someone from corporate picked up, after being on hold for 20 minutes the corporate representative came back on and said no one is answering the phone. Really poor customer service in that regard. The gentleman from corporate grand Rapids was very nice. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Some one always available for assistance when I need help. even when not their department! they will try to help!! & have a good selection of merchandise & often am able to find whatever Im looking for. 🤓👍

This meijer is well run. There are ample checkout lanes open and the employees are well-trained. The store is clean and organized.

This place has everything and they are open 24 hours a day and maybe just closed half day for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Clothes, plants, groceries, baby formula, if youre a busy mom like me its great to get everything in one place. We do most of our groceries at Aldi to save, for most everything else we go here, they have a lovely flower section too.

Meijer is a great supermarket but the setup changes periodically and none of the stores are set up the same so it can be confusing when trying to locate products.

This Meijer has it all! Its quite big, though, so if youre doing a full shop, you will definitely be getting your steps in! Ive never once had trouble finding a product here, though! They employees are friendly, but not overbearing, which is nice if you just want a nice shop to yourself. Theres usually a good amount of people here, but its never felt overcrowded to me, and theres usually an employee around if you need help with anythibg! If Im not mistaken, this location has a barbershop upstairs.

A great Meijer with a good selection. I do most of my normal shopping here at least once a week, but usually more. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

This Meijer location is my favorite in the Lansing area. Its clean and well stocked. Most customers are friendly compared to the south lansing meijer, probably due to the location.

People are always friendly here! I can always find what I need and if not Im not afraid to ask someone for help. I love the greeters, they always make me feel welcome and put a smile on my face!

Super busy location. Nice place to go if youre looking to find a date. But be careful in the parking lot, because its so small that you may hit another vehicle or the inconsiderate people constantly walking behind your car when youre trying to back out.

What has happened to the leval of customer service at Meijer? Apparently its just get people out as quickly as possible. Also if you arent going to employ baggers, teach your cashiers to bag properly and ensure they actually do it. Bread doesnt go in the same bag as a heavy box. Also ripped bags arent cool. I dont like my stuff spilling all over the parking lot bc your cashiers dont care about what they are doing

This Meijer amazing. It is more intelligently organized than my usual one in Gaylord. It was also very clean and the AC was a nice break from the hot outside.

The story was very bright clean and it seems like the aisles are wider than other meijers in the area

The staff is always friendly and helpful, they move things around quite a bit and thats their biggest downfall other than that I think it a great place to shop.

This is as good as American style sushi gets in Michigan. Dont come here expecting Jiro Dreams of Sushi, this is not that type of establishment. It is a local joint run by a local family enjoyed by everyone. Everyone is super friendly, the place is super clean, and everything is fairly priced for the quality you get. The only thing I wish is for less people to know about this place so I dont have to wait as long.

Meijer is our go-to store for many things. For the everyday things we use, it is a one stop shop. It has a more complete selection than, Wal-Mart, Target, or Kroger.

Cozy crossover between Fresh Thyme and Whole Foods. Management is a bit abrupt but all in all nice environment to decompress and find local Michigan food.

A fine place to shop for everything, from groceries to clothes to even tropical fish. This Meijer has a far more international feel than the others with all the foreign MSU students shopping here.

Meijer is always a clean place to visit. I love the fact they have kept everything sanitized and clean so customers can feel safe knowing everything is being done to keep us all safe during the Pandemic. I also love their cheap prices that are comparable to Walmart, sometimes even better than Walmart!! I now only use Meijer for my grocery needs.

Fred Meijer once said, “Take care of your customers, team members and community … and all of them will take care of you, just like a family.” Does this include African American ladies? If yes, let the policies, business practices, and culture consistently demonstrate that Meijer is a safe and welcoming establishment for ladies of color.

Do not get your covid vaccine here. They don’t have anyone to help if you aren’t feeling well. All they do for you is provide water which made it much worse.That’s all they can do for you. There’s no paramedics or doctors to be found. They let someone who’s vomiting and dizzy just up and leave because they can’t do anything more.There is not a mandatory observed wait period. They care about money, not about helping people.

Good for what they do. They provide decent (not great) prices, in a decently laid out grocery store.I dont care for the layout of the non-grocery side. Its confusing.They do pay their employees well, and have a strong commitment to support the environment & the local communities they serve. I also like it that their corporate office is located in Grand Rapids, MI. Good, hardworking employees & quality foods.

Nice, clean store with items in stock. Typically I have been able to go to this store during the day or slightly off hours and the checkout lines have been very short. I cant speak for times that it would likely be busier such as in the evening. This is a big store that carries a wide variety of options, and their produce department is well stocked and fresh! The people who shop there are regulars and so everyone seems on a mission and isnt floating about every which way.

Been using their grocery delivery. Three times Ive used it the two girls were able to get the majority of my products the first time I used it I had 97 items on my list and she only got 72 so a little bit of improvement on there and it would be nice if you could request the same person all the time.

Poor drive thru pharmacy. Long wait. My RX insurance has NO copays but they could not seem to do it right and made me pay a copay to get my prescription.

Clean. Most all the people are hoity toity. And thats the crowd I like to shop amongst. I am in no way higher class but it makes me feel closer to the dream zipping in and out aisle dodging and diving around the high class pinkys up people.

Great place for must all of my needs. There are reasons for a 4 start instead of a 5 is the inconsistencies of cleaning the self checkout stations, and cleaning the convair belts in the classic checkout stations. The greeters always engage me when Im entering and exiting, and the overall store is well maintained. Rarely do I encounter a gruff associate that presents themselves as bothered to locate an item, but most of them, plus the item merchandisers, are usually very helpful if I need it. I would still recommend using the Meijer in Okemos to my friends and family.Thanks for reading

Great prices, good selection of produce, clean and welcoming interior. Very friendly and helpful staff. I can usually get close to everything I need in one trip here. Excellent beer, wine, and liquor selection as well. Not as busy as the Okemos location (especially when MSU is in session).

For the most part I would give it a five-star Id like it that it has almost anything that you can think of.it also has online shopping or you can scan the items in the store as you go along so you know how much your totals going to be type of a thing.and by using the app after you spend so much money they give you like five or ten dollars back.the store is pretty clean most of them Floyds are friendly and presentable some of them I would question as far as appearance because I couldnt have my hair that way or look disheveled I guess and I have work in that industry myself so I can say that.other than that like I said I do like it as far as them having so much to choose from you you dont have to go to someplace else.

You cant beat the breadth of products you can find at Meijer. Youll likely be able to find everything you need in one store. Super convenient and good weekly sale items. Youll pay a premium for that convenience though. Prepare to get gouged on some items that you can find in other stores for much less.

The last time I was there, I was treated with respect, and even though I had more than 20 items, I was allowed to go through a lane that normally wouldnt allow more items, but checked myself out, promptly, and without any interfearance from their staff members. And thank-you for asking

This Meijer is pretty large. Its usually pretty busy as well. Ive never been there when the parking lot isnt jammed. Its always neat and tidy. Because its always so busy it can be difficult to find assistance once you are in the store. The other problem I have with this Meijer is, for some reason I have a difficult time finding things quickly in this store. If it werent for those two small issues. I would really give this store 4 1/2 stars if I could. But, by the same token I dont think its quite a 5 star store. So thats where we are with this review. Its not a 5 star but its not 4.

Long lines and expectations that I can either wait for someone to check out or do all of the work myself. A quick trip to Meijer prior to COVID-19 was a fallacy. Now they close at midnight and have lost the appeal to support them in any way. Even their prices dont make it worth avoiding Whole Foods!!! At least I can talk to a person and know when a sale is a sale there. Plus their support of Michigan companies has waned as well. I, lifelong Michigander, am done with the Thrifty Acres!!!!!!
