The best home decor store in OKC!!!

Ordered a hat online on Dec 1. On December 2 they withdrew the money from my account, the tracking number I received was bogus and it is now 2 days before Christmas and I still have not received the hat. I have video at the front of my house so I know when packages get delivered, nothing. You guys suckIt’s been almost a week since I posted this and no response from the company. Still no hat that was purchased for my wife. Guess I will send another email and wait to see if they respond to this one. So far three emails sent and 0 responses guess that equals the customer service 0.Wel, after multiple emails sent and no responses, I finally received the hat. Only, it was about 2 months late. If the hat was on backorder then it would have been nice to have an email stating that. I could understand that. But no emails. It seems that customer service is not priority. I will change my rating to two stars, simply because I finally received the hat. Thank you, she loves the hat by the way.

My parents purchased their lighting from here for their home remodel, and I fell in love with the eclectic pieces and friendly staff when visiting for lighting for my home. The owner is such a bright light. I highly recommend shopping here, just dont take my lighting and accessories. lol

Ordered some small pig cabinet pulls, havent shown up, wrong fedex number, no call back from customer service! Are they on vacation or just to busy for a $ 23 order.
