I called 7/27/21 for a Frigidaire Gallery Spark Module by part number. The gentleman pulled the item, put my name on it for pickup, and on arrival the New Unopened box was waiting for me. The new part was explained to me which I highly appreciated.The Customer Service was OUTSTANDING and I RECOMMEND this Store to everyone who has an Appliance.

This is a great store and just what you’re looking for when it comes to appliance parts. My wash door was broken. I walked right in, put my washer door on the counter and before I could even explain, he told me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend these friendly and helpful gentlemen. Fast, efficient and had exactly what I needed.

These guys are awesome! I went in and told one of them the part I thought I needed to fix my dryer. I told him the problem and he told me to check my utility outlet in my house. Explained everything and drew out a diagram for me. Low and behold he was right. saved me time and money when he could have just sold me the part. Ill definitely come back here for parts.

I’ve used this establishment twice now. They definitely deserve your business. Honest dudes (who seem like they’ve worked there since the business started in the 1940s) make up the staff and both checked with me to make sure I was on the right track before buying an expensive timer for my washing machine. I picked up a thermal fuse that had gone out in our dryer. The location was easy to find. I was the second one to be helped after entering the store with a very short wait. I took in the broken part and asked if they could match it. He said well everything except the brokenness...ha,ha. Went to the back and pulled the part I needed quickly. Then he offered to test my old one... which having a second meter opinion was good. He tested it, said it was blown and asked me if I knew why it had blown. I said Id read some of the possible reasons. He then told me how I could test it by using the air setting which I thought was good. He was friendly and helpful. The part was more expensive than it would have been if Id ordered it online but we didnt have to wait to get it and I wouldnt have gotten the nice advise either.

I really only come here if Im in need of an urgent part immediately. The only issue I have with the place is that whatever you get is non-returnable. It doesnt matter if the part was defective when it was sold to you. Once you buy it its yours. Its not all together fair.

Was referred to here by another hardware store. Purchased part for my LG dryer. Great service. Brought in heating element from dryer and they were able to test with a voltmeter, found that issue was with a different dryer part. Part I needed was reasonably priced. Will defintely use again if I need parts for my washer or dryer

Great place with an extremely knowledgeable staff. Anyone whos ever gone through the frustration of trying to get parts from a manufacturer or Lockes Supply will appreciate this place. My only gripe is that parts are non-returnable, but it makes sense. Ive seen too many tweaker scams where people try to return the busted part to the store claiming its the replacement part they actually purchased.

Quite expensive (more than twice the price of mail-order sources, if you can afford to wait). Also, they wont take anything back; even if you never even opened it. In my case, I walked out with a part they had in stock on the shelf, and in less than two hours realized I had the wrong part. Id never even removed the part from the box. I called to discuss exchanging it, and they were clear: I bought it, and they would NOT exchange it. If youre going to use them, make absolutely sure the part you walk out with is what you need.

They were patient when I had a hard time locating the part number. Then they had the part in stock and reasonably priced. Nice guys up front. Will definitely go back. Much more reliable than eBay.

I have a ten year old Sears Kenmore electric dryer (whirlpool) that wouldnt start. I thought it was either a starter button switch or thermal fuse. Tom of Associated Appliance determined it wasnt my starter switch (I brought it in and he checked it out); and most likely my thermal fuse. Not only did he have it in stock at a very fair price, he gave me a quick tutorial of how to replace it. An hour later I had a working dryer! Thank you Tom and Associated Appliance.

I have gone there several times. My friend gave me and old set of washer and dryer that havent been used in a long time and the dryer broke. I took it apart and found the defective piece, but the guys tested it for me and noticed that piece was good. He not only helped me, but draw a diagram showing me which piece to look for. I went home, got the piece, we tested and found the problem. I fixed the dryer and now it works just fine. Every time I need a part, I will definitely go there or recommend this place!

We have a dryer that is 36 years old and finally stopped getting hot, I called them and they said bring in the heating element and they would test it. I also checked it and the thermostat and then told them what I found and Tom brought out a new thermostat and said this should fix it, now I dont have to go shopping, thanks Tom.

Cheapest place to find good unused parts in okc. A part that costs $104.80 plus tax at another place. Costs 39.82 plus tax here. Im serious. Call anywhere (im not gunna say the name but they consider themselves to be the first source) and ask for a heating element for dryer model DC 48H7400EW/A2. Hurt my feelings when that lady said 104 dollars after being on hold for 5 minutes. Especially when Im looking at the samsung website and they only want 35 dollars for the part. Called this place and thier price was right on the money. Glad i looked around some more. I could have wasted money today. . .

I called and asked a question and she basically told me that I was in idiot for not knowing exactly what was wrong with my appliance and that she would not help me until I knew. If Im not mistaken, the whole point of an appliance store is for them to help you figure out what you need and then sell you a part. This lady refused to do either.I will not be giving them any of my business.
