Great service, knowledgeable staff. This is the place for appliance parts. If its not in stock they can get it {if its still manufactured). They also have disposals, some HVAC parts and some tools and test equipment. They also carry cleaning supplies for glass top ranges and cooktops, Stainless Steel cleaners and scratch removal kits. Theres coffee in the morning too.

Had the dryer part I needed for DIY & gave me better than expected price. Clerk tested the part I brought in to make sure it was bad & for FREE. A little off the beaten path but I know where to go for appliance parts from now on. Only other place could find part was in Amazon; no big name stores carried & I called them all.

Overpriced! I had a fitting on my washer crack. I did my research, found the part I needed on Sears direct parts store for $50. I called another store first and they were kind enough to do a search and informed me that 1st Source had the part available. I called and was told the part costs $79, with no budge on price even after informing them that I could get it from Sears for $50. After a quick Amazon search I found the part for $33 and $20 overnight shipping. I think Ill wait an extra day and save my $26 for something less demeaning.

Ppl tried to rip me off. I called for a heating element for dryer # DV 48H740PEW/A2. Now on the samsung website they want 35 dollars for this part. This place wants $104.80 plus tax for the same part!!! I couldnt get off the phone fast enough. Especially after being on hold for 5 or 6 minutes. Smh smfh.

I was bring Lifetime Replacement Certificate to the store asking to Replace My bad parts they says its Expire. ha what is Lifetime mean

Cant tell you if they are any good or not. What I can tell you is they dont answer their phones. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes on two occations and finally gave up. I am going to go to Associated Appliance, they picked up on the second ring!

If you think these guys are Greer, then you are sadly mistaken. They dont have the parts I need and dont answer phone. They dont seem to honor a warranty that I purchased. Do yourself a favor and go to Associated Appliance instead.

If they dont have the parts you need, they will order it.
