I did not purchase my Polaris General here (very bad experience at a different dealer). Polaris cooperate provided me a voucher for the first service. Because the dealer I bought the machine from was so bad, I contacted Country Equipment and they took care of me in a very expeditious way. The service manage was great! I now know where to go for other service/maintenance for my 2021 General
My wife and I recently purchased 80 acres of land. I came in to Country Equipment with no idea what type of tractor I would need for our new property. I’ve never owned a tractor in my life. I met with Dustin and explained the features of our property and what we would like to be able to do. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly explained what type of equipment I would need for the job. My experience was extremely pleasant. The process of buying a tractor from start to finish was extremely quick and painless. Dustin has also takien my calls several times since the purchase to answer quick questions and continues to be a helpful resource. I recommend him and this dealership to anyone.
I bought a mower here. Havent needed anything for that. But I bought a battery... dont make that mistake... it was 150.00 and only guaranteed for 60 days...and it didnt last longer then that. We also purchased a replacement floor piece for our ATV...they never bothered to call us when it came in. It was paid for in advance. I cannot recommend this place for the products or service.
I bought my first BX series tractor from Country Equipment 15 years ago. I got great service and assistance with any issues or questions I had over the years.I recently went back to Country Equipment, traded in my old BX and purchased a new one. Once again I was very satisfied with the deal I got with Country Equipment. Dustin, my salesman, was great! He answered all the questions I had about the new tractor and made the purchase very easy. He even delivered it as well since I couldnt get to my trailer do to weather conditions.Great job Dustin and Country Equipment!
We went to them with our need for a tractor with attachments that we could use for our construction business. We had know idea what size we needed. We explained what we did for work. Our salesman told us which package we needed. We bought it. After the very first hour it’s been nothing but issue after issue. We have had in the shop so many times they now refuse to work on it. We have found out through another dealership that they way under sold us on the power. We should have bought a 40 horse minimum. He sold us a 25 horse. It can’t dig a hole in a sand box. It stalls while mowing or tilling. The backhoe won’t even dig a hole without stalling out. They tell us it works the way it is designed. Tyson stop taking my calls after telling me to go pound sand. We offered to buy a larger one but they want to depreciate this one by $13K with only 50 hrs on it. I would not send my worst enemy to them to purchase anything.
Told me they had a part in stock. Drove 50 minutes in the rain to pick it up and they didnt have it. Never had it according to the employee that could have cared less. Went to Mikes in Harrah. Their attitude was so much different then Country Equipment. So much better in Harrah. Worth the drive.
The lady that works at the counter is awesome 👌 super helpful. The guy usually up there acts like its burden to help. If you show up 10 minutes before 5 P.M. good luck. Everything is already shut down and you get attitude. Telling me I should have called first. Apparently this is common from what I am told. I wish it wasnt this way its closer than Great Plains Kubota, but the customer service is night and day. There everyone is willing to help and makes you feel welcome.
Quality service, bought blades for my 60” here, lovely mechanic helped me figure out what I needed to do to help get my mower going today, 5 stars .
Dustin VanCuren was a very knowledgeable salesman with no pressure to purchase. He answered every question we had immediately and correctly, without having to look anything up. He was accommodating and professional giving us all the time we needed for our investment. (In the past employees were less than friendly or knowledgeable, so we are glad we went back now that Dustin is there). The parts man for service parts was Johnny On The Spot with products and prices. Shop was great to have the machine ready for us, and even the man that loaded it was great too. It was a pleasureable experience to purchase there and very, very fast to complete everything.
Dustin was very helpful throughout the sales and delivery process. Everything was painless and the L series tractor is better than I expected!
First all they were very nice until we spent $25,000 in there store. We bought a brand new polaris rasor xp 4. It started having problems from the very beginning. Stalling out the battery kept dying. When we had nothing on . They said it wasnt their fault. This rasor is well taking care of and it is use to drive my kids around so it hasnt been riden hard at all. We also bought a ranger 150 $5,000 cash that we saved to buy our sweet little girls. The first time they road it and parked it wouldnt drive or come out of park. We called them they told us we couldnt use the parking Break. We had to reset it they wouldnt look at it. Okay we were willing to look passed that not a big deal. Well then the tail gate came down crack a little peice of the front plasic which is our fault. The girls took it out with us about more time and drove it up and the street a few times. That is it . You can see how it was driven and how many hours because it is a GEO. So 3 weeks ago we went to load it up and it had no power steering. We took to them they had it until a few days ago said they wouldnt fix it because someone wreck it and bent underneath which is a flat out lie. Nothing is bent. We didnt wreck it at all. I will take pictures so you can see what kind of people are at this place. So now we have 5000 peice of equipment that we saved for 2 years for our girls cant even ride it. This company are a bunch of crooks. Since this has happened we have met 3 other people with similar stories we are going to the news. We are turning them in. When my husband went to go pick it up after they said they wont fix it. They put it on the fork lift and didnt reconnect everything my husband was yelling at the guy to stop finally he did my husband ran over and hook it back up underneath the rasor.
Dustin took care of our purchase. Great personality, knowledgeable and straight forward. Thanks!
Best guys around for parts and service.
Bought a tractor the guy was very friendly very helpful full of good information and directly to the point enjoyed his company hes a good salesman Scotts keeper
REALLY GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH! Dustin was super to help us and walk us through the process. We bought a new Kubota 2650 tractor with several pieces of equipment. Dustin helped us so much in configuring out tractor with what we needed and did not need. The price was a great price as I shopped several dealerships...and ironically we have relatives who are Kubota dealers but their prices were too high. Looking forward to dealing with Dustin on more future purchases. He will take good care of you.
I had been looking to buy a Polaris Ranger. Stopped by the location on I-35 and spoke with Dustin in sales. They had the unit I was looking for at a better price than anyone around. Dustin was very knowledgeable about the products and able to answer all my questions. He made me a great deal on the unit as well as a few accessories. Also, no dealer freight, prep, or doc fees. He even helped me out with a small snafu with a net door I had while loading. Do yourself a favor, if your looking to buy a new Polaris product, stop by and see Dustin!
Great service and staff.
Brought my mower in for servicing needed a New transmission belt, Told me my transmission is going out on my 3 year old mower... been in shop for nearly 2 weeks no phone call to update me. Had to call up there 3 times to get an answer. Picked up my mower today. Did $600 worth of servicing, $200 for parts and $400 for labor when he said he could have it done in one day. I am not usual to give bad reviews just feel as if they took advantage of me. Will not be back for service or parts. There are other Hustle dealers and repair shops in town. Read review before going to Country Equipment.
Just purchased a 2021 Polaris Rzr 1000 XP with Mr. Dustin VanCuren! Very professional & very humble! 😊 He gave my husband and I a lot of great advice! ❤️
I bought my ranger and my mower from this place. They delivered it to me and have been veery helpful in helping me with advice for how to take care of my equipment. I would recommend this place to anybody! Locally Owned and operated and they are AWESOME!
Very truthful on their stuff if my salvage needs anything else will go there
Worst l have ever been in . Nobody wants to help and they could care less to help you.
Interacted with them for a zero-turn and side by side, they (Dustin) were courteous and attentive. He explained the products, demonstrated how to work them, and when discussing price, we were even able to negotiate a discount. The sales experience was good.
Went and pick up two brand new rangers this weekend from dustin for my buddy and I. great experience and transaction decently will be back. Thanks again dustin!
I had to buy a Polaris for work on the pipelines and Dustin made it so simple and easy, even when having to do everything over the phone never seeing it in person. Dustin made it quick and painless, and even delivered it to my camper.
Jason picked up my mower the day after I called to schedule a repair. Within days I had a diagnosis and price. I knew I needed an idler arm and new blades, but wasnt sure if anything else was wrong. Very thankful Jason was honest in telling me that was all I needed, because he could have said I needed much more and I would not have known differently. Lifetime customer here.
Sales staff was very friendly and informative. Pricing was competitive. Service department was disappointing.
Great job, great prices,friendly service!
Great and friendly service buying my 2020 Polaris Ranger XP 1000. Wasnt pressured, they were very knowledgeable, and quick in the process
Ive use the I-35 South store. bought a hustler 3 years back and the very first time i tried it out on a hill at my house realized my tires were not wide enough and i would slide off the hill. I called back and they graciously allowed me to move up a model with full credit on my previous lawnmower. Ive bought maint. parts and misc items over the years. To date Ive never been disappointed. they will lend you trailers to bring your equipment or they will pick up for a modest charge. Im having them pick up my unit tomorrow for routine service. Ill post again if the service continues to be excellent.
Dustin has been a tremendous help to me. I would highly recommend contacting Dustin if you need any help.
Went there for service on my Polaris rzr 170, after two weeks I had heard nothing on the progress of my machine. Went up there to check on the progress, couldn’t find the service manager, a very professional mechanic came to the front, told me they had not touched it, and that they might be able to get on it next week after they get done with some mowers that came in for warranty work. In my opinion, there are better Polaris concentrated dealers around if you need your machine serviced.
Took a zero turn mower in for repair took 45 days and cost 497.00 labor is 93 an hour and took three hours to find a wire loose . Service manager is totally arrogant and 0 customer service. On the other hand everyone else in the building super nice too bad they let one person drag this company down
Dustin was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend buying any equipment or atvs from them.
Purchased brand new mx5200 here a couple years ago. was very satisfied with that experience. took it back this week for 200 hour maint. was told 600-700 on the phone for the recommended services at that interval. drop it off and its now 950..no problem, ill pick it up, purchase the parts while im there and do it myself right?..wrong..got charged an hour of labor for the estimate. if the phone estimate was even in the ballpark of correct the situation would have been avoided completely. solution: perform maint myself and go somewhere else next time i buy a tractor.
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!If you ever thought Country Equipment in Moore, OK was a reputable business please read this post before you give them one red cent.We bought a Polaris Razor (used) from them. After less than a week of owning it the first time we used low gear it kept popping out of low gear. I called the manager, Tyson, and he said bring it on it we will make it right. After taking it in I was told it would be a $400 job and he would go half with us. After a lot of back and forth we agreed to pay for the parts ($140). Apparently making it right means something totally different to him. We were told we would be called in a week or so when it was done. After 2 weeks with no phone call from them, we called them. In speaking to the service manager we were told those parts did not fix it and the low gear would have to be replaced and the parts had been ordered. No one ever authorized them to do this work (at our expense of course). In fact, no reputable company would ever order more parts and do more work without agreement of the customer. They did! They then after 2 more weeks said we owed them for half of the parts (amount seen below). I went over this again and again this morning with Tyson and he kept saying it was the cost of doing business.I wouldnt recommend buying a damn thing from them.
I took my Dixon ZTR in for an oil change and asked them to check the blades and tire that was leaking. He called me about 3 days after I dropped it off telling me it was ready. At that time, he told me my bill was $374!!! I expressed my disbelief and he told me they spent 2.5 hours changing oil, filters and the blades. I picked up the mower Friday, March 31st, 2017. I expressed my disbelief that they could say it took 2.5 hrs to do what they claimed they did. The guy was incredulous in explaining that they went into the engine to check it out. After pointing out to him that by law they are required to tell me prior to performing any work other than what I authorized, he agreed to take an hour off and the environmental fee of $12. So, bottom line, if you are prepared to spend $277 for an oil change, fuel filter, air filter and blades, help yourself to Country Equipment. I know Ive spent my last penny with these guys. By the way, I had to jump the mower when I tried to get it started to unload!
Love my Tractor. But the way Kubota dealers advertise their KTAC insurance is very inaccurate. And maybe its just that they dont understand the policy. But when you file a total loss claim, you are covered for what you paid when the item was new, not what it cost right now to replace the item. OK, that makes sense. But the problem is that the dealership and their shop advertise guaranteed replacement or a full replacement policy. You can even find other dealers on Youtube misrepresenting the KTAC policy.
First time going into the store, I was literally the only customer in the store and had to ask someone to acknowledge my being at the front desk. People there were not courteous to say the least. Next, I ordered a part on a Tuesday needing it as soon as possible. Having not received a call or any information on its whereabouts over a week later, I called the store only to find out that they flat out forgot to order it. The employee I spoke with did not apologize nor did they make any attempt to get me the part. They simply said, Looks like we forgot to order it. That was followed by an awkward silence until I hung up.Bottom line: very disappointed with customer service.
I took my Kubota garden tractor in to get a new belt which broke while I was mowing. They called me later to tell me there was a lot more wrong with my mower deck that just a belt, so I went over there to talk about it and the mechanic said it would cost $1000.00 to fix it. When I showed my surprise at the estimate the mechanic cussed me and said I was crazy quote; “it must be Friday the crazies have come out” I can’t publish the words they used to intimidate me because they are lewd (I’m 73 years old). They put my tractor on a forklift and dropped it in the parking lot along with my mower deck. These people are mean and disrespectful. They are involved in more than one dealership so be careful not to go to one they own. I ended up going to Shawnee where I was treated much better.
Very friendly, helpful service.
My husband and I bought a 2017 ranger 1000 in October 2016 from jones motorsports. We have been through 4 main belts so far. And our check engine light was on. we brought it to country equipment and my husband told them to not change the belt because we had one at home. He then received a call that we had a bill of $85. He asked what it was for and they said an hour of labor to take apart the Belt casing to which my husband had told them not to check that just to check the engine light. We were then told we could not retrieve our ranger until we paid the $85. My husband asked so your business will just charge people money for doing nothing that was asked of you to do. The service guy just laughed. We will never be doing any business with country equipment again.
Best prices. Great service after the sale.
Wont ever be taking my stuff back to get fixed! Service guy was hateful. Then asked for help load my four wheeler they told me yes and I stood outside for 30 mins until somebody else gladly help me.
Good but very expensive always have to wait for parts to be ordered
Always fair on pricing and service
Called and asked about the warranty on my deck on a $4000 lawn mower because the welds broke on the foot petal. The service manager was rude and very unprofessional. Told me it wasn’t rocket science to fix it myself. He could’ve easily just said it wasn’t covered. Get over yourself. You work on lawn mowers for a living.
Tyson is a class act. Great service. We just bought a new kubota tractor from him.
I took my Polaris 400 in for a water pump seal replacement. I was told it would be $450.00 and take 10 days 6 weeks later I and numerous phone calls later wondering why they hadnt worked on it I get it back in plastic bags and they charged me $471.00
Quick easy unload and nice people to deal with.
Nope. Go to Edmond. Its worth the drive.
Tyson was really helpful with questions about our ATV questions. Its a no pressure kind of place.
Always been good to me.
I have bought a lot from them over the years, seems they have lost the edge to sell equipment at a fair price.
Very helpful and friendly staff
Terrible place. Staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Also, they mark up their parts over 300%. ALWAYS check online before you purchase anything from these crooks.
Scott is a great salesman, real kind and helpful
Always know that I can get my parts here whenever Im broke down with my mower
Fixed our commercial SCAG on the spot, got us right back to work. So glad i didnt have to take it across town to the other SCAG dealer. Would have been there for months.
I delivered there and the staff was very nice
Was told by Jason on the phone that they sharpen chainsaws, after dropping it off he called back and said they didnt sharpen them and they would order a chain, it would take 5 days and $65. When I refused that I went to pick it up just to get back a box full of pieces. 😖 I called ace hardware, they sharpen them in 20 minutes and charged $6.00.
Superior customer service!
Had parts i needed
