First time I bought my car here for service, they caught it all up on service. It was a little costly but I know now that my car is good as new in the engine. Josh is the young man that helped us, he was very kind and friendly. He knows his job well and I liked that.
I have generally had good experiences here. However, their mechanics dont deal well with older cars and thats a shame since Hondas last so long. I brought the car in back in August for a starter issue. They couldnt duplicate the issue and it left me stranded yet again. The second time they finally fixed it (Joey was great), but instead of calling me to go over everything they used a text with a link that pulled up a bunch of other service items. I am certain I selected to replace the battery along with the starter (as a matter of security), yet they didnt do that and insisted I didnt select it. Maybe pick up a phone? Then after I selected all the fluid flushes the car, which had NEVER leaked, is leaking oil. Im feeling like a yo-yo with this place. Theyre still better than Battison, but I sadly will not be replacing the car with another Honda down the road.
This is my go-to place to take my Ridgeline! Jimmy is a great guy to work with.
Ill say this, they stood behind the commitments of engines for life. Good experiance

Do yourself a favor and save some money by going literally anywhere else. We bought our car from them, very bad experience. It came with free oil changes which is the only reason we still go there. They are way overpriced on service and will try and get you to replace things that they even tell you are fine.
I bought my car in another state and have been going to Eskridge since I moved. Theyve treated me better than the dealership I bought it from. . It was about an hour for an oil change which is standard I think. I will continue to go back.

I had an appointment at 3:30. Checked in at 3:15. At 4:45 I went to see what was taking so long and the girl at the desk said she would check on it. Went into another room and got my service sheet and the keys and handed to a guy whom I saw go and get my car and drive into one of the bays. She then told me that they were going to do the oil change then. I was upset and told her what time would it have been ready if I had not checked on it. She said well you know we were busy when you got here and I said that is why I made an appointment. She then said everyone had an appointment. Sounds like the appointment person needs to be talked to. After this discussion my car was ready 15 minutes later. So a 15 minute oil change took almost 2 hours. My granddaughter took it in the last time and it also took 2 hours. Something is wrong here.

Very thorough service and multi point inspection. Mechanic explained in detail what needs to be monitored on my Honda Pilot. Much better service than what I experienced at Honda of Abilene. I will get all my Honda service here from now on.

Horrible customer service in parts department, gave me attitude and sass the whole phone call. If you dont like dealing with people go back home and find another job.
Website won’t work to schedule appointment. They won’t accept drive ins. Tried several times to get my oil changed.... no luck. Also tried before this COVID garbage started.

Never really impressed with this Honda dealership/service center. The lady who answers the phone at the desk and even the man who answered were not very nice or helpful. My husband and I, who both called them at different times, felt that they really didnt like being bothered (even though customer service is their job)! The few times weve been in there its been for recall work thats covered, yet they always find something else wrong that we potentially need to have fixed. We always tell them no since we have a much better auto shop we go to regularly. Then they seem mad when they dont get any money from us!! Weve had bad experiences with Honda dealerships in other states, so I guess its not just limited to Oklahoma either 🙄

Please give the Service department @EskridgeHonda a call before you get a battery, oil change, brake job, tires, or other service needs. They are generally cheaper for OEM parts and warranty coverages. Ive saved on Oil changes, tire rotations, and a new battery. The battery was a Honda battery, installed for less than the after-market products
